We are almost at the record high national average price for regular unleaded of $4.11 back in July 2008.
Over here in bitter-knitter country I see prices of around $3.75/gal. I think last week it was $3.63. It may not be at the record high yet, but it’s hard to remember when it kept jumping up so fast. It climbs at breathtaking, historic speed.
