This little piggy ad has got to be the most annoying commercial ever. It is the reason I will never buy GEICO insurance. The reason I bring it up is they made a sequel.

I hate them all! It’s gotten really bad, some channels give you 90 seconds of a movie followed by 3 minutes of commercials.
Worst of all – it’s the same 3 minutes over and over.

I hate any commercial with a ringing doorbell or telephone. They always wake me up from a good nap.
We’re living in porcine times….porcine entitlements, porcine politics and, of course, porcine ads. Why the porkishness? Anti-semitic? Anti-islamic……what the pork is up with these things??/

Speaking of annoying, I didn’t read the book Game Change because I didn’t want to relive the nightmare that was Campaign 2008. This is a good article on what the “movie” left out and what could have been a compelling movie.

Isn’t it weird that they chose to focus the entire movie on Palin? I mean obviously it’s a hit piece, but there were all these other people involved in the election of 2008.
Just like the star of the movie admitted, which is actually refreshing, what scared them shitless was Palin’s abilities and story and how she was a regular person who connected with the public. They knew the moment she hit the stage that she could beat Obama. That fear turned into hate and turned into an effort to destroy her at all costs.
And that fear and hate continues to this day. This probably won’t even be the last hit piece as long as Palin remains a public figure.
That’s one special book. Could it be more pro Obama in everything it’s covering? Evil white Democrats who didn’t support Obama. Perfect.
What York is saying there would be an interesting angle for Republican’s. Talk about the evil white racist Democrats just as the Obama campaign did. Basically say how sad it is that the Democratic party has such a race problem. Hey, I’m only quoting Obama, don’t blame the messenger.
