Almost did a spit take on that image. Good one.

  2. Anthony says:

What I’m hearing (unsolicited) from fellow Manhattan residents is that they’re not confident enough to vote for Obama again, and are “seriously thinking about” voting for Romney.

Now in this Obot infested neighborhood (UWS), that’s quite an admission. If you’re undecided around here, its a tacit signal that the axe is going to fall on The Dog Eater in November.

And just like a bad penny, he’ll turn up again in the IL legislature.
(this was all probably raycist anyways and that will not be tolerated here in cook county)

Annual Indian Market in Santa Fe…..place is crazy with people.

  6. gram cracker says:

Looks like Niblett got his hand slapped.

But he today apologised, saying: ‘On yesterday’s show in discussion about the presidential race, I used a word to make a point. In retrospect, I muddied the discussion by using the “N-word,”‘
‘I could’ve made my point without that word. I shouldn’t have used it, and for that I’m sorry.’

    no on deserves it more.

I remember her being as ignorant as cat sh-t to Hillary in the 2008 campaign

    • DandyTiger says:

I hope she loses. She so deserves to be taken down. What an asshole she has been. Good riddance.

5/31/08, never forget, never forgive. We know who you are.

At your link there’s a video of Toure’s lame apology with caption,
      “Toure-Sorry-For-Using-N-Word-Not-For being-an insufferable douche.”
      🙂

if this lands me in spam, please get me out. that word is in the title. It was used last year by cornell west. I guess they really do get the talking points from the same place

  10. The Romney campaign and the Super PACs have been running some fabulous TV ads here in Columbus. They’re the kind of ads that completely and effectively counter the garbage put out by the O campaign. And it’s a saturation buy.

Also compared to 4 years ago, the is no sign of Obamamania anywhere here. None. Nada. It was so disgusting by this point last election, I had to avert my eyes to keep from throwing up.

Yard signs are already sprouting up in my neighborhood for local candidates. This is why we are a swing area—–in a single block you see signs for both parties and for Ron Paul as well. We all just live side by side.

  11. That analysis of the speech I promised you: http://peacocksandlilies.com/2012/08/17/team-romney-allusion-subtlety-sincerity/

I’ll also be on The John Smart Show tonight. yes, he’s gone to TWO days a week now!

    • HELENK says:

do we ever need a president that can identify, foresee and quietly fix problems with out causing a forest fire that will only make the problem worse.
Think about this who would you rather have dealing with Russia, Iran, and some of the other countries who are not our BFFs? Who could work better with our allies.
He is smart enough to turn weapons pointed at him to his advantage. It has been a long time since we have had that in the president’s office.
Is he a miracle worker NO, is he a smart hard worker Yes.
Is he what the country needs at this moment YES

The irony of a granny upset about Planned Parenthood. Someone posted on Treacher’s site that spitting in someone’s face is assault and she should be arrested.

I live in the middle of Obot hell. Just the same, there is hardly a darn political sign up, totally different from 2008. But today I found one, at the end of a dead end street overlooking a cliff. Sure enough, there was a “forward” sign with Obama’s logo on it and an arrow pointing over the cliff.

    http://hillbuzz.org/employers-committing-perjury-during-meritless-appeals-of-unemployment-benefits-a-trend-you-probably-dont-know-about-43965

this is something that no one is talking about. The unemployment numbers got posted but how many are applying and getting turned down due to perjury by employers?

    • yttik says:

Not to defend employers, but this issue can be laid directly at Obama’s feet. With all the unemployment extensions and layoffs, states had to find a way to pay for it all. In my state we increased the unemployment taxes that businesses have to pay. Unemployment benefits aren’t free money, it comes from employers. The more people you lay off who successfully claim unemployment benefits, the higher your tax rates go. This gave employers strong motivation to fight unemployment claims.

When the economy crashed we were forced to lay off four people. Now, because that raised our unemployment premiums so high, we can’t afford to hire anybody back on.

In the Hiillbuzz case, those employers might just be jerks, I don’t know. But for the majority of employers they aren’t just attending those hearings and appeals for fun. They really are fighting to try and keep their rates down and manageable.

      • HELENK says:

I am sure that most employers would not lie to keep someone from getting unemployment. But there are some who will. One of my daughters ran into that situation. It took such a long time before she could get the unemployment that she just kept getting deeper and deeper into debt. She finally got it, but it was hard.

for all those who bitch and complain about this country, these three women just got sentenced to two years in jail for a peaceful protest.
So while you are out there protesting , vandalizing and acting like animals thank the fore fathers of this country that you can do so

  16. Someone may have already posted this, but Toure apologized. But only for using the N-word.

“In retrospect, I muddied the discussion by using the ‘n-word,’” he said on Friday’s show. “I could have made the same point without that word. I shouldn’t have used it, and for that I’m sorry.”
