There’s a video on PJTV from 10/9/12 with Richard Grenell (former communications director for John Bolton)& and Christian Whiton.( a former State Department official) that has some good insights into what’s going on in the State Dept.

I’d vote for Akin just to get rid of McCaskill. His religion has totally screwed his mind, but I’d rather have him as senator than corrupt McCaskill. It’s what the Dems deserve for spending $1 million to help Akin in the primaries.

less than a month before Election Day, Akin not only remains the Republican candidate to unseat Democratic incumbent Claire McCaskill, but is actually within striking distance of what could be the election season’s most stunning victory. Though badly outspent by McCaskill, Akin is close enough in the polls that Real Clear Politics counts the race a tossup.

So here is a link to the story about the immigrant nutcase who made the anti Islam movie that was falsely blamed for the terrorist attack in Libya.

Since at no time did anyone in the Administration really think that this film caused the assassination of 4 Americans why were the Feds turned loose on this guy? And it says in this article that 50 people in the ME were dead from riots caused by this film that no one knew about until the Obama Administration publicized it. This is another part of the scandal. Americans have the right to free speech. When I was a little girl I remember going to the corner store to buy Popsicles with my neighbor kids, in front of the checkout counter was a magazine with a picture of a sexed up dead woman being run through a meat grinder. This is the liberal men’s idea of free speech. I was forced to grow up with this brain dead soul dead crap in my face. I am now not going to stand by the the President and the Feds arrest some nut case immigrant for freedom of religious speech. NO. I won’t be quiet about this.

    • Mary says:

I read at Hot Air (yes, speculation) that the arrest—with 4 -5 deputies, and the press advised so they could get pictures, was to send a “message” to those in the Middle East that the Obama administration was “tough” on those insulting the Prophet.

Don’t forget—they spent something like $72,000 on advertisements in ME countries denouncing the film.

Not a word about defending the First Amendment and free speech.

What makes not sense to me, is that Reuters reported that a crowd had gathered in front of the consulate in Benghazi at around 7pm. Is Reuters getting its news from the WH? Reuters reported sh*t that never happened. Here is the report I read right after the event:

However, this much is clear: a crowd gathered at dusk, about 7 p.m. (1700 GMT), chanting slogans against the film and angry at Washington’s failure to act against its promoters. At some point, shooting began, with some in the crowd thinking they were under fire from the consulate. Around 10 p.m., rioters surged into the compound, bullets and grenades flew, and fires started

‘Schoolgirl Fabiola Mann beats Einstein’s Mensa IQ score – A London teenager has beaten scientific geniuses Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein to be invited to join Mensa with the highest possible IQ score. Fabiola Mann, 15, of Harrow-on-the-hill, scored 162 on the IQ society’s test – two points more than the scientific greats. “I was completely thrilled and surprised,” the teenager said. She hopes to study medicine at Cambridge University after completing her GCSEs and A-levels’.

I hope she gets well and lives there away from the fruitcakes that shot her

Oh, this is rich. ‘Hollywood fears Laden films will incite attacks – Hollywood Studios fear that three new films depicting the mission to kill Obama bin Laden could incite terror attacks. The fear follows violent protests over the crudely-made video ‘Innocence of Muslims’. Atleast one studio has asked an Islamic cleric to “vet” their film and senior executives at another have held briefing sessions with Department of State officials in Washington’. Funny, I’ve never heard of them asking a Christian pastor or priest to “vet” anything.

    • DM says:

Radical Christians are nuts too, attacking people who provide abortions. Religion make people crazy.

      • Underwhelmed says:

I’m sorry, but I think that’s a false equivalency. Put the number of dead people killed by fundie Christians one side, and the number killed by radical Islamists. There’s no comparison.
