Cruzin’ with Ted II – “Mike Lee, I am your father!”

Ted is wrapping up now. If you didn’t watch it with your own eyes, don’t believe anything you read about it. The exchange with Dingy Harry was an all-time classic.

So, that lawsuit filed against GA voter ID laws in 2005? The one they lost? They had sworn affadavits from many citizens, swearing that there was no way, no how they could ever ever get the free ID card. Absolutely impossible. That was the whole basis of their case – those affadavits. Poor poor disenfranchised.

Someone decided to go back and check. There’s a loooong list of those poor disenfranchised voters who, after they lost the case, went lickety split and got themselves their free ID card and voted.

Yep. Surprise! They voted. In 2008. And 2010. And 2012. With their impossible-to-get ID cards.

Because opposition to voter ID laws has bupkus to do with disenfranchisement and oppression. It just makes it harder to cheat.

Watched as much of it as I could stand…..not the fault of Cruz…but because I think we are witnessing the total collapse of our federal republic. If you stand up against any of the political machinery you are doomed. I have come to truly despise politics and politicians…all of them. Not sure what we as individuals do at this point but the whole Washington fiasco is depressing. There seems to be an air of desperation everywhere…that doesn’t bode well as people will begin to strike out at others around them.

Wait until the huddled masses find out that Obamacare is not free…

Good news, young people! Obamacare lets you have to buy the insurance you didn’t want before, even after you lose the job you used to have.

Ted Cruz just spent over 21 hours standing up for the American people and is being villified by the democrats and some rinos for doing so.

lest we forget just what backtrack and the dems think about the American people

You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

There’s a new hashtag created by the progs… #disappoinTed. If you feel the opposite please tweet #notdisappoinTed.

Sen Cruz is at least making America pause and some liberals read about the bill, which they were still believing covers health CARE. Now they’re just starting to wake up to the reality its not and the unions claims it will destroy the 40 hour work week.
