    I love this blog:

Put it on your daily drive by if you have time. You won’t read any of it in the msm, and why it’s so popular with recovering Dems 😉

    do I misunderstand this?
people think the government is going to give them money to pay for insurance?
A tax credit is not a check coming to your home. You spend your own money and then pay less taxes at the end of the year If you do not pay taxes you get nothing

OK, one more. If you all loved the Sam Youngman link downstairs, you need to drive by Keith Koffler’s daily musings at:

verdict in on the case of the marine who tried to warn about police chief in talaban

    honorable discharge

you not only have to worry about the enemy you are fighting but also the brass that is covering their ass.

Is the son in law of one of the brass who did not heed the warning and 3 marines died still in the service?

Just read this. Astounding! So they can pass a law and then just do whatever they want with it??? This really makes a mockery of the our three branches of government. And what is truly astounding is that our elected officials are just sitting on their hands doing nothing. This may indeed be the “first crack” and I fear the whole thing is soon going to be tumbling down. Scary times with no leadership.

January is when the enormous deductibles hit and huge numbers of people will not have the cash to pay for medical care that is required before meeting the deduc’s and why Obamacare is shit insurance. It is also the month that the restricted drug lists cause people to be switching drugs to at least some ill effects. Then there are the saps who went in on the website to get subsidized care, or were forced into Medicaid (or wanted Medicaid as I am sure there are a few) who really don’t have anything because it was never processed by a website that isn’t hooked up to anything and paper applications that are not processed because they too need a verification from a website that isn’t hooked up to anything. There are many other consequences that hit January 1.

I can’t find this morning something I read yesterday about the WH now trying to backtrack and claim that repeal would be too expensive. I thought repeal was over Obama’s cold dead body but they have now switched to the fool’s sunk cost argument that we have already spent so much money on this sinkhole of failure we can’t just walk away and it would disrupt the planned disruption too much. And of course they are now saying inferior (and now illegal) catastrophic insurance as a stop gap is ok even though they colluded with insurers to cancel perfectly good comprehensive policies to force people onto the exchanges that do not (nor will ever) work and to subsidize various Democratic constituencies. It will be repealed next year because it is unfixable and will have caused incalculable harm. When I said Obamacare would kill people a couple of years ago I was screamed at. Not anymore.
