Iowa GOP Posts Controversial Facebook Photo
The Republican Party of Iowa briefly posted a photo on its Facebook page of a flowchart asking readers to determine “Is Someone A Racist?”
The flowchart first asked if the person was white or not white. If they weren’t white, they were automatically not a racist. If they were, it then asked “do you like them?” If the answer was yes, they were also not a racist. However, if the answer is no, then “they are racist.” The flowchart also noted “if you think this flowchart isn’t funny, then this flowchart is racist.”
It was posted by the official Iowa GOP Facebook account at 8:00pm EST on Friday night with the message “Because it’s Friday night and we don’t need serious political posts on Friday night we are sharing this. Happy Friday and LIKE and SHARE! Unless you think the chart is racist, then don’t.”
After the flowchart was brought to the Republican Party of Iowa’s attention, it was quickly removed from the Facebook page.
In a statement posted on the Iowa GOP Facebook page at 8:50 EST, party chair A.J. Spiker wrote “Earlier tonight, a contractor of the Iowa GOP made a post referencing a discussion on race that the GOP believes was in bad taste and inappropriate. We apologize to those whom were offended, have removed the post and are ensuring it does not happen again.”
I wish they would have left it up. That flowchart nailed it.
I guess some people just can’t handle the truth.

Remember, the Daily Beast didn’t think the flowchart was funny, ergo it is racist.
It is also IOWA! They think “racist” refers to weird horse racing fans.
But the Daily Beast did post the flowchart on their website, so they’re not racist 🙂
I went to the link and saw the comments on the page. Just from OFA-types trolling for things to bitch about on GOP sites. Confirming, of course, OFA is racist.
I’ve seen this chart dozens of times on a variety of sites and thought it was funny! Hope the trolls never find TCH’s FB page 😀

Politico says Wendy Davis is “the most judged woman in America”. I guess they have been asleep until this morning. I think Sarah Palin gets that title. Of course, Sarah Palin deserved it, and Wendy Davis is being treated unfairly. Right?
With Sarah, they skipped the judging and went right to the execution.

Wendy is running for public office. Sarah’s been a private citizen for 5+ years and still lives rent free in their heads. Wendy will drop out or lose and be forgotten, Sarah never will be !

Sexism is the new racism. Just wait until Hillary runs. She’ll use allegations of sexism as an offensive weapon against her critics and opponents – just like Obama used allegations of racism.
Of course she won’t make the allegations herself, but then neither did Obama.
And of course if the GOP has a woman in the race, she will be a “token”. And during the race, some GOP members will be talking about rape and lady parts and sex. And the media will be on board. Like taking candy from a baby.

The big business Republicans are not going to let the Individual Mandate disappear after the big insurance Democrats worked so hard to get it passed and Justice Roberts worked so hard to get it upheld.
Baucus and Obama worked to enact a stealth Heritage Plan to turn it over to the Republicans to make it a pure Heritage Plan. The two parties will make very sure that a pure Heritage Plan is what emerges.
