That may be the worst country song ever made.

  2. The Klown says:

That model who made some catty remarks about Tay at last year’s VS show didn’t get invited to be at this years performance. Rumor is Tay told them she didn’t want that model there but I don’t believe it. Pettiness is not her style.

by the time the backtrack bunch gets finished, we will no longer have a jury system in the US. why take time out of your life, listen to the evidence, make a finding and be told we do not like your finding so we will do it over again and maybe investigate you

House votes 219 to 197, 3 voted present, to block President Obama from changing immigration laws by executive authority – @edatpost

Gwen Stefani is another singer who could be a fashion model.

Is there a way to post an image here if you don’t have twitter or if you’re not a moderator?

My neighbor across the street put out one of those lighted flamingos, but from the side only the top of its head pokes above the bushes…….and it looks like a big penis. It’s really funny to me and I wanted to share it with you all. I pointed it out to several of the other people on the street and they agree. I believe my neighbor may have started a new trend, the Christmas dick, LOL! Perhaps I just have a dirty mind???

      • DandyTIger says:

If you have Facebook you can post it to the crawdad hole page. Otherwise you need to get it up on the internet where it’s sharable by a link. Once you’ve done that, it’s easy.

The Johnny and the Douchebags Hillary vid was tough to watch but I made it all the way to the end.
    It’s a joke. Right???

    • DeniseVB says:

Why doesn’t she run for NY governor or NYC Mayor ? If she could make it there, she can make it anywhere? I think the voters are tired of Presidential level social experiments.

  10. DeniseVB says:

Cosby back in the news…..he probably has enough money to move to a friendlier country before Allred tries to take it all.

    • elliesmom says:

I guess he really must have hit the target.

    • 1539days says:

Michael Jackson eventually moved out of the US.

      • lyn says:

I think Cosby has a Connecticut estate where his son is buried. I doubt his wife would move. If these women want Cosby jailed, then go for it. If they want money, then negotiate without all this tell-all crap. I guess I’m a hard ass when I say the past is the past. Why didn’t they speak out when it happened?

        • elliesmom says:

Because when it happened, it didn’t meet the standard of “rape”. It was being a groupie or trying to sleep your way into a job or an acting role. Today morning after buyer’s remorse is rape.

          • lyn says:

True. I forgot about the evolution of the meaning of rape. I think Cosby paid dearly for his alleged crimes with the murder of his son.

        • The Klown says:

There is a reason why we have statutes of limitation. It has to do with due process. In civil law they say “He who sits on his rights, loses them.”

Right now Bill Cosby is in the near-impossible situation of having to prove his innocence of crimes allegedly committed decades ago.

Puke! I can’t believe that Victoria’s Secret managed to jam the fabulous Taylor into their narrow definition of beauty. Why market women’s underwear to men? I wish I could unsee those images of Taylor Swift.

  13. WMCB says:

The video is soooo bad. Sorry, but posing now as all about the rural white working class after supporting Obama’s reign of terror and her party’s ceaseless strident race-baiting and jeering at rural folks just makes me ill. Fuck off, Hillary. You chose, and you chose badly. Same goes for Webb and all the other Dems scrambling to be born-again salt-of the-earth flyover state advocates. FUCK. YOU.

In other news, is there anyone besides me who is able to hold a thought in their head other than “ZOMG, MURDERER!” or “LAW AND ORDER, SCREW HIM!”?

  14. HELENK3 says:

Shared on FB. That’s the best thing I’ve read about what’s happening in our country. When people no longer believe in anything, what’s left?

      • Constance says:

Progressivisim is a religion and a lot of people believe in that. They are expected to have blind faith in unbelievable fables like the fable of Furguson, They worship the great leader Obama, etc.

A lot of that list is utter bullshit or it depends on where you are located. If I went to Harlem, I’d have a hard time finding someone that could handle my hair. I don’t think the list truly originated at Wellesley, an associate director of research damn well should know it’s BUY not BY……..you BUY posters, postcards, etc. Speaking of buying cards, I’ve been in stores before where the only cards they carried were Mahogany so I couldn’t buy a card with members of my race on it, but I’m not screaming racism because of it.

Many of the things on her list are commercial things, a business is going to stock what sells they don’t give a shit if you’re pink and purple polka dotted. I can go into store in my area and find rap music, AA centric movies, mahogany cards, AA hair products, etc. My area is 90% white to boot, so I don’t know where the hell this woman shops. Quite frankly I don’t think she has an issue finding products in stores. There are plenty of minorities represented on TV these days, does she only watch reruns?? There are a lot of perception items on the list too, how do you know someone thinks you got something due to affirmative action???

I’m so sick of all this white privilege bullshit. I’m really sick of all the race stuff. It seems to me more often than not it’s black people that break everything down to race and skin color. It’s not even all of them, but they have full time race baiters that stir the pot constantly. Those race baiters have convinced a large number of people that they’re victims. The truth is, unless they’re senior citizen there isn’t a black person alive today that has experienced institutional racism. There are and there always will be racists of every color, nobody is ever going to change that……some people don’t like red heads, some people don’t like fat people, on and on the list goes.

    • swanspirit says:

The people who make these lists must live in what is left of all white gated communities , because that in no way represents anywhere I have lived , and that includes Baltimore and the Eastern Shore of Md. They need to get out more , Or maybe they would rather prattle on about white privilege, wallow in “white guilt ” whatever the flock that means ; and stay where they are .

      • elliesmom says:

I don’t live that far from Wellesley, and I can get clear bandaids at the grocery store but I prefer the Barbie ones.

        • Somebody says:

I bet you rock a mean Barbie bandaid!!!

I just off the phone with my usually apolitical mother, she was fired up about all of this protesting and race baiting. I guess she needs to check her white privilege, because she made some snide remarks about what to expect when you resist arrest. She also had some not so nice things to say about Al Sharpton, LOL!

When people that normally don’t engage in such conversations, people that normally tune out a lot of political stuff get fed up…….the race baiters have jumped the shark.

  21. Constance says:

I ran into a friend of mine today (she is 66) who sells her photographs at Pike Place Market. That is the open air farmer’s and artist market where the guys throw the salmon which is apparently sort of iconic for Seattle. She is there all year but she makes most of her money this time of year. She said business is awful because of the protesters making people want to stay away from downtown. She said that starting the week before Thanksgiving there is usually one stall un-rented but last week there were over one hundred empty stalls which makes the place feel dead. She said there are a lot of panicked artists this year of all races.

Of course they have other problems like every time I go there it costs me $12 to park for 2 hours and they are unforgiving in their parking ticket issuing zeal. Also unless it is raining hard there are bums all over the park across the street which has the spectacular view. But those problems are always there and the protesters seem to be a last straw.

  22. Kathy says:

My daughter’s boyfriend says all these kids are marching because they don’t have jobs–if they worked all day, they would be too tired for this bs. Believe me, this isn’t helping the dems.

NBC *Live* Peter Pan….did anyone watch? I think the Left Coasties are getting the tape delayed version now. Your twitter feed might be as snarky the the Right Coast feed because it was mostly NASCAR fans waiting for the crash. I definitely recommend viewing with twitter. LOL !

    • DeniseVB says:

#PeterPanLive is currently trending with the #CantBreathe and the #EricGarner, so #IGiveUP.

One more thing, *Special Greg* played Mr.Darling in a Special Arts production of Peter Pan in the 90’s. The NBC version tonight was not that enjoyable 😉

      • leslie says:

Personally, AFAIC, No One can do Peter Pan like Mary Martin. G-d bless her.

      • swanspirit says:

Sometimes it felt like someone was dragging it along . And Christopher Walken’s Captain Hook , was sadly not that sharp . Maybe I expected more from him .
It was fun that it was live , that helped , but not quite enough . YMMV

    • westcoaster says:

summary- Democrats lost in the south because white southerners are religious, socially conservative and possibly racist (“there is certainly a case that (race) was a factor”) and Republicans will dominate for at least a generation unless the left stops its “full-throated embrace of cultural liberalism”.

  27. leslie says:

There is now “live TV news coverage” of the protests in Chicago. Lake Shore Drive was blocked earlier tonight. Now the protestors are blocking Roosevelt Road – which leads from the lake front to the West side – including University of Illinois @Chicago and the Hospital District – including 3 of the largest hospitals in the city. The Bears-Dallas football game just ended and Roosevelt Road is at the north end of where people from the game will be trying to access the highway to go home. I can see nothing good coming from this. The Bears lost and the fans will not be happy being blocked from going home when they had to deal with blockades on their way to the game.
I heard&saw a report of 300+ protestors lying down at Michigan Ave & Wacker Dr and then moved to Lake Shore Drive.
When the protests against the Iraq War took place, there were many hundreds of arrests while people protested the onset of the war. Seriously, no one was afraid to arrest protestors then. But then the police weren’t afraid of being called names the way they are now. I’m pretty tired of this and other acts of thoughtlessness or selfishness or meanness. the white demonstrators are talking about the “open season against Blacks” and the black protestors are still talking about racism as if more than half the people out there tonite who are supporting them weren’t white.
