The New Birthers

This so cray:

View Guest Co-Host Declares Herself a ‘Ted Cruz Birther’

On Monday, the co-hosts of The View had a vigorous debate surrounding Ted Cruz’s presidential bid and guest host Michelle Collins took the discussion one step further by declaring to be a “Ted Cruz birther” and asked to “see the birth certificate.” The heated discussion began with Collins asking “He [Ted Cruz] was not born in America. He was born in Canada. So how can he run — how can he run for president? I actually don’t get it. I know he has to go to court.”

Unfortunately, no one on the panel, including conservative co-host Nicolle Wallace, bothered to explain that because Ted Cruz’s mother was born in the United States, he is in fact a natural born citizen and thus eligible to run for president.

Instead, the co-hosts went into a lengthy discussion about birtherism with Rosie Perez and Whoopi Goldberg both falsely accusing Ted Cruz of being a birther himself when in fact the senator has never questioned President Obama’s citizenship.

After Wallace argued that Cruz being born in Canada was “the least of his problems” Rosie Perez went one step further and began smearing the GOP senator:

For you [Nicolle Wallace] to say as a Republican that him not being born in this country is the least of his problems is insane. Insane. I love you darling, but with the birthers and all of that stuff, they’ve made it a huge issue.

Ted Cruz running for president is worth it just for the entertainment value. Prog heads are already exploding. Once again they are proving that their principles are for convenience only.

u mad bro tc

I made it through the entire Cruz speech without daydrinking so I feel pretty fucking confident about my prospects for longterm sobriety.

This man may actually be dumber than Sarah Palin.

    The comments are priceless.

If the dems are exploding about Ted Cruz running, he must be good for the country. Their behavior is the best endorsement for him

IMO the establishment republicans better wake up and understand the people are tired of their go along to get along actions. They are lucky they have a back bench of people that seem to listen to the people . They had their chance and have blown it. No Jeb Bush is needed or wanted that day has passed.

“Only 40% of all rapes are reported” — how they fuck did they come up with that statistic? If they are NOT reported, it could that only 10% of all rapes are reported; or it could be 70% of all rapes are reported.

And I’m sorry — what do you want the police or the school to do when you *don’t* report the rape to the proper authorities — which even taking everything this UVA student/alleged rape victim says as true — she never once did. Were the police & the campus administration just supposed to GUESS that so-and-so at XYZ frat raped her?

      • DandyTIger says:

Let’s see, according to the FBI, reported rapes for that town and is on the order of .03% of the campus population. Even if that’s only 40%, then it’s still a very small percentage. Of course rape is extremely high on the scale of horrible crimes, but let’s not blow things out of proportion of the population. It’s like spending all your medical dollars doing research on something that affects only 1% of the population. IOW, it’s a religious/political agenda, not about community health and welfare.

Remember the day care child abuse hysteria of the 80’s? Everybody was looking for ritual satanic abusers at preschools when the real danger was and still is friends and family members.

Just in case you weren’t completely certain, Jon Stewart is a slimy turd. He had Ayaan Hirsi Ali on his show tonight, and he was a total bag of sh*t to her. And she was totally classy and made him look stupid, which he is. They haven’t posted the video yet , but when they do i will post it.

The media manipulation begins. A lot was made about how the Liberty University audience was mandatory for students. I guess the media is going to ignore that all of Obama’s events are hand-picked and therefore mandatory for the liberal interest group plants who pretend they’re real people. Plus, we know Obama used to keep Muslim women in hijabs out of the frame during campaign events.

The hypocrisy of the left is mind shattering. I hope he posts a real birth certificate and asks for it to be compared to the one that Obama posted…just for laughs. I’m not a big Cruz fan just yet but I really do like his courage to speak out. The time has come.
