Y’all just got caught harvesting and selling baby parts and you have the nerve to call Scott Walker “extreme?” That’s chutzpah.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed legislation Monday banning abortions after 20 weeks from fertilization.

Action on the abortion bill came after Walker announced his bid for the presidency and then made a cross-country tour of early primary states. A committed, longtime opponent of abortion, Walker repeatedly declined to say what he thought of the idea when he ran for re-election last year, but as his presidential run has taken off he has said he supports the measure and would sign it.

Walker said Monday that at this point in a pregnancy a fetus in the womb can feel pain, an assertion that the medical establishment says is unproven.

“At five months, that’s the time when that unborn child can feel pain,” Walker said. “When an unborn child can feel pain, we should be protecting that child.”

Texas passed the same law, which made Wendy Davis famous for opposing it. How did that work out for her?

20 weeks = 5 months. I’m pro-choice in the first trimester, so I’m more extreme than Walker.

With the great strides being made with premies, some are becoming viable at 21 weeks and turning out just fine.

That is good news. Surprised Trump’s so high among the Hot Airians, And Carly so low😦

      • elliesmom says:

I think it would be a big mistake not to include Carly in the debates no matter where she is in the polls.

        • DeniseVB says:

Wonder which poll Fox will use? Their own I suppose. I think she’s higher in others and USA Today did a nice feature on her. Fingers crossed, I really don’t want anyone left out.

I belong to some social groups where blatant campaigning would get me kicked out. So I’ve started a “whisper campaign”. Like putting her sexism in the workplace video where these women will see it. Some of them have no idea who she is and have no clue she’s running for president. Most of them vote for Democrats because their family has always voted for Democrats. That I can discuss as long as I don’t mention any candidate’s names. Like “I always cut the end off the ham because my grandmother always did, but I don’t know why” kind of discussions.😉

          I agree.
I want to see her step in the ring and say what she is going to say.
She will not back down, not in her makeup.

There was a former Navy Seal on Fox this morning endorsing Carly as the best qualified just for her sheer love of country and explaining her positions so eloquently without sounding like a pandering politician. (hint, hint Fox, she needs to be heard!)

          • AFVet says:

I doubt whether Trump will ever attack her either.

I love the thought of the mindbogglingly difficult place her election would put most dhims. She, a mere woman, coming in and cleaning up after the disaster left by our “greatest prez evah!”, or at least the best since the invention of peanut butter. Hee hee hee. I just don’t know what she’d find to occupy her time for the other 47 months.

Good read about PP’s tweaking the laws by not being so transparent about their “health” services.

This makes me sad. They are trying to selectively erase part of our USA history and those tying to save our heritage are treated like criminals and being considered mentally unstable.

Did they really think I was gonna miss watching John Cole implode from trying to reconcile his hyper-partisanship and his acute CDS?

His Hillary-hating posts from 2007-2008 are a treasure trove of unintentional humor now.

Is Fox the only news covering the NN15 meltdown ? Cavuto showed the O’Malley walkback of his all lives matter comment, and Sanders being treated rudely by the BLM crowd and he told them fine, I’ll leave. Cavuto thought this was a bigger story than Trump in the past few days and nobody else is covering it. He quipped, hope the BLM crowd doesn’t show up at the Dem convention next year. He also said it was a nice break from watching the GOP eating their own😉

I have the good fortune of knowing both John McCain and Donald Trump well. Both men have more in common than the today’s media hype would have you believe. Both blazed trails in their careers and love our great nation. Sen. McCain dedicated his life to serving our country, and in my humble opinion the sacrifices made by all ethical service members are heroic – putting it all on the line to defend freedom IS heroic – and Donald Trump is a hero in another arena. Trump is the candidate giving voice to untold millions of fed-up Americans witnessing a purposeful destruction of our economy and the equal opportunity for success that made America exceptional. We’re watching career politicians throw away our kids’ future through bankrupting public budgets and ripping open our porous borders which, obvious to all us non-politicians, puts us at great risk. Everywhere I go, hard-working patriotic Americans – not “crazies” or “wacko birds” – ask me to pass on to Mr. Trump encouragement to keep educating the masses about true ramifications of illegal immigration, and in general the real state of our union. I encourage both leaders to resolve the media driven wedge between them, and we can keep the debate focused on significant issues at hand. I leave politics of personal destruction to those on the Left and lazy media lapdogs whose only take away from any debate is any salacious slip-up, as if they’ve never wanted to restate something they’ve publicly uttered. I’ll fight the exhausting, divisive strategy that’s taken hold under the current crop of politicians who refuse to allow our United States to unite. Both Mr. Trump and Sen. McCain can contribute their gifts and talents to join that fight to work together, because the Left is headed the other direction, and under their desired division we will fall.
