Does anybody besides my mom watch Undercover Boss? That is the fakest “reality” show ever made.

NYT Opinion: Leave Hillary alone! Don’t pay attention to her husband’s indiscretions (bad, Trump, bad !) let her own actions and record (she’s so fabulous!) speak for itself. Slobber, slobber or something like that 😉

Uhm, I don’t really care about Bill leaving the porch so many times, that’s between them. I do mind how she vilified and blamed his “victims” over the years, then runs a campaign based on ending the War on Women. She cray-cray. Then there’s those other things bubbling to the surface like the State Dept and Clinton Foundation. Actions, check. Record, check. Nice try NYT.

As of now, still no statement from Team Hillary on the Cologne attacks.

Believe it or not, I’ve never tasted venison. It’s supposed to be good, but it’s hard to find on Long Island. Oh, we do have deer, but no hunting allowed.

Good luck Don Jr. You show them how it’s done. 🙂

Donald Trump, Jr. in Iowa all week to hunt deer

Venison is only as good as the cook. I’ve had horrible venison and I’ve had some that melts in your mouth. I’ve never cooked any myself, but through the years I’ve learned who can and can’t cook it among my friends and family and accept invitations accordingly!

I can say that about duck too. I was always hesitant to order it, but a few years ago I finally did. I was in a NYC restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. The next time I tried it – not so good. I suppose it’s always best to carry a can of tuna fish with you in your purse. 🙂

I’ve invited Crash, aka Sarah Heartburn, to come and stay with us for a few days next week. Her mom really needs a break. Her brother is loving his new school, but Crash is a bit out of sorts. All of her new friends are in school all day, and she hasn’t started in a new preschool yet. The cut-off date for kindergarten in her new town is different, and if they start her in the fall, she’ll be one of the youngest, if not the youngest, kid in the class. Mom and Dad are cogitating on that. In the meantime, Mom needs a few play dough free days. I’m resting up. Ellie would be, too, if she knew what lies ahead.

  5. So here’s a well-known German feminist commenting on the Cologne attacks (you’ll need to translate, which you are automatically asked if you want from Chrome):

One thing you’ll notice right off the bat is that in the lead off, she links to a video of the incident, but if you click the link, the video has been taken down. Next, if you google for video of the attack, you won’t find any. Why has this incident been deliberately suppressed?

Also, wtf is this bitch sympathizing more with refugee men perpetrators than with sexual assault victims? Oh, right. My bad. She’s a brainwashed NYT editor living in an echo chamber. Note how she uses false equivalence.

The police have since identified 31 suspects. They are a multinational lot, including Germans, a Serb and even one American. But 18 of them are asylum seekers from the Middle East and North Africa.

But what was their religion? Any Christians or Buddhists?

      • Myiq2xu says:

There were some incidents of anti-semitic violence in France last year and the news said the perpetrators were French citizens, making it sound like they were Neo-Nazis. But if you went digging you found that they were all Muslims.

        • Jadzia says:

Oh, you have hit on something that makes me SO ANGRY. I hear ALL THE TIME from my smug friends about how anti-Semitic France is, all the Jews are leaving for Israel (you know, where it’s totally safe and secure), etc etc etc.

Let me clue you in on one difference between present day France and Nazi Germany, folks: when terrorists target Jews, OUR GOVERNMENT PROTECTS THEM. There is a police presence at the Jewish schools in Paris, it was French law enforcement that rescued people at the kosher market the day of the Charlie Hebdo massacre. That is oh I don’t know, about 100% different than the Europe of the 1930s, when the government and the majority culture were the enemies of the Jewish community.

      • Right? And why lead with the others when the overwhelming majority are refugees? And what are the details of the arrests. Did the “Germans” (who very well could be immigrants), Serb, and American get arrested for incidents related to the melee, or where they separate

    • lyn says:

The comments to the NYT piece also are disgusting. Why do progs sympathize with Islamic sexual terrorists? One commenter called the rape rampage “a tempest in a teapot.” Tell that to the women whose breasts and buttocks were bruised by the Troglodytes and to the women who were raped.

      • Somebody says:

Muslim culture and values simply are not compatible with western values. If that makes me a racist then so be it, although I don’t know WTF kind of race muslim is. It is part of their faith that women are property and if a woman isn’t covered up AND accompanied by a male relative then she’s a whore and fair game. How do you square that with our culture and our freedoms?? You can’t.
