This is why they call him “The Big Dawg”:

Bill Clinton Wants ‘Black Lives Matter’ Protesters To Shut Their Mouths

At a campaign event in Philadelphia on Thursday, former president Bill Clinton was repeatedly interrupted by Black Lives Matter activists while delivering a stump speech for his wife’s campaign. What he said in response quickly shut them down.

One of the activists reportedly carried a sign that referenced Hillary Clinton’s use in 1996 of the term “super-predator” to describe young black people. That sign prompted Bill Clinton to launch into a lengthy defense of his administration’s crackdown on crime and welfare abuse in the 1990’s, policies which have come under repeated attack by black activists.

“I don’t know how you would characterize the gang leaders who got 13-year-old kids hopped up on crack and sent them out onto the street to murder other African American children!” Clinton said.

The Race-Pimp Left is freaking out. Too bad Bill can’t run again.

Right now Hillary is reading Bill the riot act for saying this (if they even speak at all anymore).

Which is yet another reason I’m not voting for Hillary.

    • leslie says:

I just returned from a condo meeting during which someone asked if I were working on the HRC campaign. I stunned everyone when I said I wouldn’t vote for her now if they put a gun to my head. They weren’t really stunned, they were shocked out loud. They all recalled my support of her in 2008 and couldn’t reconcile then and now. When they asked what changed, I said Secretary of State and Benghazi. ‘Nuff said.

      • 49erDweet says:

They live their lives, attend their meetings, watch their media and never once allow a random analytical thought per se to penetrate their cranium.

      • Dora says:

I really admire you for that. You are a lady who thinks for herself. There are too many people out there who still have a blind devotion to Hillary and refuse to see the harm she has done. Or worse yet – they see the negatives and make excuses. When I hear people say that Hillary did nothing wrong regarding the e-mails and her enemies are just out to get her, I could scream! So, congratulations. Whether you want it or not – you have earned my respect. 🙂

      • Mt.Laurel says:

Heck, I give her credit for attending a condo meeting. Those things can be vicious blood baths in and of themselves without the fun of party politics to make things even more chaotic. I fortunately now have a conflict as the they changed the meeting night to Mondays when we have our board and committee meetings. Does give me an excuse not to serve another term on the board. I try to make the annual meeting so there is a quorum. That is in December so the election is for the condo board – and that is more than enough politics for the year. Our management company always tells us that we are actually one of the easiest associations they have – because we have the lowest loony ratio. I would hate to see how bad the others are if we are the cream of the crop.

        • leslie says:

Haha. I’m not on the board – any longer. When I first moved here (20 yrs ago), I was on the board more than off. the past 2 weeks we have had meetings that I have attended. Last night we were interviewing prospects for a new management company as the current one has been quite a disappointment. I think our board is quite dysfunctional and has become a problem for the current mgt company. That said, I haven’t liked them from when they started, so I’m looking forward to a change. There weren’t too many people last night. That’s probably a good thing. The applicants couldn’t have been scared away. 😉
Saturday morning is another. I hope to work my taxes into my “free time”.

This is your brain on Koolaid:

There’s nobody on either side of the aisle who is more ready to be president than Hillary.
She worked in the White House for 8 years.
She worked in the Senate for 6 years.
She ran the State Department for 4 years.
When she opens her mouth, fully formed policies on every subject fall out with such detail an completeness that this former scientist can tell she’s done her homework, asked all the questions and has come up with most of the answers.
You might not like her solutions. She might not be as revolutionary as you want. I wish she were pushing the envelope too. Those are legitimate concerns
But that’s quite a different question than whether she is qualified to be president.
The answer is profoundly, whole heartedly, without any reservation-YES.

    • DeniseVB says:

Riding her husband’s coattails is an accomplishment ? Carpetbagging and her last name got her into the Senate (against a very weak opponent that the GOP could care less about), and she couldn’t beat the most unaccomplished Presidential candidate in history in 2008? SoS was her deal for giving it all up for Obama. She failed miserably at that too.

Hillary? Nope. She just tells people what they want to hear and she panders poorly too. Most traveled SoS in history is an activity, not an accomplishment (h/t Carly).

Twitter is fine with azealia banks tweete about Palin. Which I am fine with if its a two way street.

    • swanspirit says:

No, it is not fine on any street, to call for the rape of any female, we might as well have Sharia law and get it over with. Never never never it is ok to call for the rape of any female for any reason under any circumstances. ever.

      • mothy67 says:

I thinks its putrid, but from what I read it seems she says she’d like it if she were. She did not directly threaten to rape.

        • Melissa Click also didn’t directly ask someone to use physical aggression against that reporter. She just called for “some muscle.” The meaning was entirely clear in both cases. And Banks apology was as smug and condescending as it gets. I hope Palin does sue, and wins.

          • Jadzia says:

I’m not exactly sure what cause of action Palin could possibly have, but peasants get banned from Twitter ALL THE TIME for a helluva lot less than what Banks did.

Update on 49er’s Sweetie’s spine surgery recovery. It’s day #17 now and been meaning to update you here at TCH. She is back in an Acute Rehab unit and making some headway.  The number and duration (length) of her pain episodes have decreased some, but their intensity is still quite high.  Thur she used a walker and walked 100 feet. Therapists are happy with her mobility and progress.  We are encouraged and thanking God for these things.  She misses all of her friends and looks forward to getting back into her routines again.  Thank you all for your support, kindness, love and prayers.

I’m amused at the brazenness of his innocent act.
He’s like a hussy all tarted up flirting shamelessly with a (married) guy, and if anyone calls her on it she’s all “I was just being friendly! Stop having such a dirty mind!”

    • I saw it. It’s direct and earnest, just like he is, but if he’s what’s inside the Trojan Horse, the GOPe is gonna lose.

      • leslie says:

        You were so right!
Memeorandum is rife with stories about Clinton and his blast at BLM.

        • Toldya. My husband said, “Nah. They’re all about narratives now.” But this is a narrative. It’s the story of how America’s first black president told the base of crybullies to fuck right off. And it’s a sentiment shared by a lot of Americans.

    • leslie says:

What does he mean that conservatives and liberals will disagree about wanting everyone to reach their full potential and be healthy and prosperous? Don’t we all want that? Talk about dividing people… That’s what he is now about.

  18. elliesmom says:

Elliesdad and I had the first grandchild on both sides of the family. I had barely popped that puppy out when I heard oohs! and ahs! and sniffles outside the nursery looking for “the baby”. The sniffles came from my dad. The conversation about who she looked like from her four grandparents was hilarious. My dad finally pulled out his wallet and found a baby picture of me and asked the nurse to hold it next to “the baby”, (The nursery was full, but there was only one “the baby”.) She does indeed look more like me than like her father, but my dad and I have a decided chin dimple, and she does not. My Dad said he’d fix that by poking her in the chin a lot.

I’m just not creeped out by Donald Trump’s kidding about whether his daughter will take after her mother’s gorgeous body, but it’s today’s “scold” on my FB page. Fathers aren’t supposed to know their daughters will grow up to be women? Or is it too shameful to acknowledge little girls will one day be sexual beings? I remember staring at myself in the mirror one day when I was about 10 and pulling my sweater out to see what I’d look like with boobs. I didn’t see my dad was nearby. He laughed and said I shouldn’t worry about it. There wasn’t a flat chested woman on either side of the family. Did that make him a perv? I don’t think so. I think it made him a man with a sense of humor who was comfortable having a daughter.

    • Lulu says:

Scolds, prudes and people who are insecure with their own looks. Trump was a good looking, tall man until he got old. He married beautiful women and has very good looking kids. I didn’t want to marry someone who was ugly or a dink either and have ugo kids. Call me shallow but that is biology folks. This is just more virtue signaling that looks don’t matter which is bullshit.

      • Lulu says:

And that Amy whatever comedian going postal over being called “plus-size”. She is shaped like a potato. It isn’t her weight it is her lumpiness and she wears tight clothes and looks awful. You can look spectacular at any natural weight if you dress correctly. I doubt anyone can tell her jack squat because she is a difficult know it all. So shut up potato girl.

      • DeniseVB says:

What’s funny about the whole “incestuous” finger wagging, it appears to be next up on the LGBT plate …. or rumors as such …. that “Genetically Attracted People” should have rights too. Probably from the fringe wing who want to decriminalize sex with children.

        • Lulu says:

Absolutely it is from the perverted fringe. But they don’t want to follow ANY rules with anything really. Most of them are crazy as hell.

    • Somebody says:

I mentioned the other day about the cold open last week on SNL. Apparently a big meme on the left is that Trump has the hots for his daughter. The SNL thing was absolutely disgusting and IMO it crossed a line.

Is the comment you posted the basis for that sentiment on the left?? Trump supposedly is quoted as saying something about his daughter taking after her mother? That is what has been translated into Trump wants to bang his daughter??? Is that it or is there more?

      • votermom says:

I think there was a Howard Stern interview years ago where Trump said something like like Ivanka being as good looking as the women he dates. Don’t remember the exact words or if there is an audio
He is very proud of Ivanka – beauty, brains, she’s got everything.

      • Lulu says:

A lot of that stuff comes from the pervy and/or childless. I think of them as sicko cretins with the mentality of 12 year old boys. Maybe they are impotent porn addicts too.

      • elliesmom says:

Donald Trump introduced Ivanka at a campaign event as “my beautiful daughter. If I was younger and she wasn’t my daughter, I’d want to date her.” Apparently, that means he wants to have sex with his daughter. (Scott Brown was also skewered at one point for mentioning how beautiful and date-able his daughters were.) In 1994, right after their daughter Tiffany was born, Trump and Marla Maples were being interviewed on “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous”. Trump was asked if his infant daughter looked like her mother. He replied she had her mother’s legs, but they’d have to wait and see about the rest, and he used hand gestures to give himself breasts.

I was recently at an event for women at the engineering school I attended. There were six of us there from my class, which was 25% of us. We were laughing about some of things that happened during our freshman year as the school made adjustments to having women on campus. More recent graduates were appalled we found that stuff funny. We told them we were feminists before losing your sense of humor was a requirement.

        • Somebody says:

EM thanks for the info, I wasn’t sure what the genesis of it was. I just know I keep seeing vague and not so vague references about Trump and his daughter.

      • taw46 says:

The ones spreading this, I don’t think they really believe it. I think they want to make other people believe it. They have already shown they will do anything to take down Trump. They truly are evil little shits.

        • elliesmom says:

I agree with you totally, but these are the people who have been suckered in. They get sent stuff on their FB feeds, and they hit the “Share” button. I get stuff like this passed on to me daily. Usually, unless the person sharing it to me has commented herself, I just skip it or “Unfollow” the source if I can. The “Trump is a perv” meme has been hitting my feed daily this week. Mostly, I’m concerned these women 25-40 or so think it’s perverted for a man to think his daughter is or will be beautiful and desirable to other men. Are only women supposed to want women to be sexually empowered? I’m happy my daughter found a guy who thinks she’s beautiful and worships the ground she walks on. Is her father not supposed to be happy for her, too?

          • taw46 says:

You are right, depressing that the people believe the meme and don’t use their common sense. I just don’t go on Facebook as much, especially during election season. When I do, I just scroll by the posts.

There is nothing perverted about a father thinking his daughter is beautiful, all my life I have seen fathers be proud of their daughters. When did that become evil and ugly?

      • taw46 says:

I guess this is the new tactic of the #neverTrump group. Not praise for raising such a wonderful daughter, but try to make him resentful and jealous of said wonderful daughter.

        • DandyTIger says:

Reminds me of the sleazy stuff these guys, GOPe, did to destroy McCain in SC in order to get Dubya nominated. They’re rotten to the core and will do anything and destroy anyone, even the whole country, to get what they want.

          • taw46 says:

And that is what I will never understand, their willingness to destroy the country. They think they will be above it, but they won’t. They need to read some history, they will be destroyed as well.

        • Lulu says:

It really is so much like the Palin hate. I think they resent other people being successful, taking risks, working hard, having her OWN children while they just sit there and snipe and resent someone who is not a lazy, lump asshole who has to be part of the pack like they are. It is petty jealousy and resentment. Why do they care so much?

        • Venus says:

Weird line of attack — who exactly do they think her daddy is? Trump not only sired her, he raised her, educated her, cared for her, instilled values in her
She is who she is in large part BECAUSE of him — a fact she acknowledges every time she speaks if him.
Furthermore, like any good parent I am sure Trump is happy that she is “better” than him. My mother says something to that effect every time I do something that makes her proud. That’s what good parents want for their children — to be better people and have better/happier lives than they had.

          • taw46 says:

Any sane, normal person would agree with everything you wrote. But Mary Katherine Ham did not give him any credit in that article. She used her praise of Ivanka to call him a jerk. In one of her tweets, she said something to the effect, if he had anything to do with it, he would be more like her. They won’t give him credit for anything he has done in his life.

    • mothy67 says:

It’s okay though if the school teaches them the joys of anal in 3rd grade and all of the “kids” shows are laden with blatent sexual references. Let’snot forget about the fat shaming letters sent home because of meeeeechelle.
