She really wasn’t that great. But she wore white, just like the suffragettes.

  1. Blah, blah, blah. She reminds me of my aunt Carole, who is not really very likable.

    CNN predictably just GUSHING.

  2. elliesmom says:

Thank goodness, it’s over. Such a let down after over 50 years of waiting for this moment. 😦

I know, this whole Hillary situation really doesn’t even vaguely resemble my fantasy of the first Woman President. It a good thing I’m to old to feel pain of disillusionment.

      • mothy67 says:

My brat wanted nothing to do with her. She is most annoying person ever. I used to say love you she’d say less I’d say less than less. We went on until someone shut a door. I now say believe in you. She says believe in you too. I say less she normally tells me I am less than less. Not tonight. She does not like Hillary and she told me.
Pimple is my best friend. I don’t steer her to have opinions. I am her great gay fag. Dislike of Hillary stems from her. I have a hobby or two don’t sit around the hearth bad mouthing Hillary. Never

      • lateblum says:

I completely identify with what you said, Constance. I woke up this morning and thought about this “event”, and compared it to the way I felt in 2008. THAT was real disillusionment.

        • Anthony says:

If you see any of her video clips from 08, she’s done a 180 on her platform. Almost like she’s running against who she used to (pretend to?) be. As a matter of fact, sounded a lot like Trump does now, insofar as calling out elitists, establishment, etc.

We weren’t duped – she simply reversed her principles and values. And thought nobody would notice.

    • John Denney says:

When Hillary and Obama were vying for the Dem nomination way back when, my boss, a Hispanic, asked us guys (a couple whites, one of Persian, and another of Portuguese ancestry) if we would ever vote for a woman or black.
I did a fist pump and said, “Condoleezza Rice! In a heartbeat!”.
Hearty laughter of approval all around; question answered in the affirmative.🙂

  3. What does this even mean???

  4. swanspirit says:

I had a moment of feeling truly happy that a woman is a candidate running for POTUS. And I am so disappointed that it’s Hillary

    • lateblum says:

      Me, too.
Except for the first part of what you wrote.

    • ^THIS^

I would literally take almost any woman, but not this one anymore. I’ve seen how she governed. #Benghazi #Emailgate

    • Constance says:

I know, I am pulling for Hillary to do well but I just don’t think she should have run this time. There are so many huge scandals being suppressed, Benghazi, Emails, rigging the primary elections (which is standard procedure with the Dems). The judgement and character damage is too extensive.

      • mothy67 says:

With all do rezpect I cannot fathom how she espouses open borders. The cost to local schools, unreported, is yuuuuge.

      • mothy67 says:

  13. kanaughty says:

You know, i have no idea wtf kevin d williamson is talking about advocating that if you vote, you have no right to complain. Saying that we should limit voting. I don’t even want to get into it with him cause he’s got it all backwards. It’s a gov for the people, by tge people. The only permanent changes we should be making should go through us, through initiative, or else you get california who passes everything through legislation bypassing the people passing the worse gun control laws in america. So kevin needs to stop being so bitter about trump winning or something. I think that’s his problem. Like he’s willing to give up our voting rights as individuals because he’s having a little temper tantrum. I believe, you DON’T have a right to complain if you don’t vote.

    • John Denney says:

“Elections have consequences”, said the Wise One in the White House.

Consequences are evil, and must be avoided, therefore, there should be no elections.

      • lizzy says:

I expect that any time now. Obama just wants to protect us from our bad judgement. Cancel all elections and we will continue to prosper as we have for 8 years. We will joyfully submit to Media’s happy land as we quietly starve to death blessing our betters./s

    • 1539days says:

The direct election of Senators and ballot initiatives are progressive ideas from the early 20th century. Democracy is good, but letting people vote on every decision leads to politicians either acting based on polls or manipulating the electorate to stay in power.

More direct democracy around the world has led to more socialist governments with more people living off the state. Eventually, the majority of voters, living on the dole, will vote to eat the rich and spend all the money for themselves. At this point, voting is even compulsory in many places.

There are libertarian arguments against voting because it perpetuates a uniparty system where people think they have a choice. In the case of Williamson, however, he’s a contrarian and kind of a nut. He once threw a woman’s cell phone into a wall because she was using it in a theater.

Had to unfollow dances with pumas. It was getting a little too hard to bare to listen to anymore. Noticed still for hill, katiebird and not your sweetie as suggestions. Didn’t follow any of them since still for hill and not your sweetie are still for hill and katiebird is a berner.

  18. mothy67 says:

I want to follow the money. I hate the fact I cannot quit smoking. For the most part I am a single guy. I started rolling my own with a machine. PA is adding a dollar to smokes. Seems so not progressive. Poor people smoke. One dollar a pack. Makes it about 4 a pack in PA taxes
    Where does thar money go?
I had a bar 7% tax to fund the buses. Not one bus came any where near my bar. 7% on every beer. Nine bars near me. No buses. Where has that money gone? How do I follow it. There is fraud. Its blatant.

  19. mothy67 says:

I am so repulsed by the DNC
All I want is for my baby brat to be safe
She is it. I do not give a flying fuck about refugees. My government should make sure Ll Americans are safe.
    Fuck the cunt DNC.

  20. mothy67 says:

I am just so sad. Hillary has a shot at defining my brats life because some tools think it is time for a woman. Go ahead Constance negate the future of ral women.

  21. mothy67 says:

    Fuck off vagina voters
I BELIEVE in my little girl. I do not need an unhappy person to elevate her. She does not need to hate men to get ahead.

You people have participated in icky. I over the years sometimes needed to know I was not wrong. Seeing my imps almost mother no front teeth skinny as a rail. Thank God I vented.

  22. Dora says:

I didn’t watch any of it. I couldn’t. I’m glad to see that Hillary enjoyed the fireworks though.

    • Lulu says:

Me either. I just get nostalgic for the 90’s when they and I were younger and before I was so jaded. The good news is the Dem party has fallen apart. It is like a clown car wreck on an interstate bridge. I hope no one is is physically injured. Maybe bruised or singed but not really hurt-hurt. The Dems can reform into two new parties, the Crooks party and the Crazies party. Lots of fun.

      • DeniseVB says:

I voted for GWB in 2000 when Clinton fatigue set in. Gore seemed more of the same. I don’t think I ever recovered, and they won’t go away. Made me think back to that election, the Clintons were nowhere to be seen on Gore’s campaign trail. Yet Obama can’t get enough of schmoozing with Hillary. (The rat bastard stole all Tim Kaine’s thunder, which should have been Kaine’s night.) That should help Trump🙂

      • blowme0bama says:

I suspect that nostalgia is what underlies a lot of the reality defying female loyalty to brand HRC.

        • lateblum says:

I was in a shop yesterday and they were playing Fleetwood Mac over and over and over again. Don’t get me wrong, I looove FM. But it was simply another reminder that the DNC, et al, are everywhere. Couldn’t escape the HRC thing no matter where I went.

  23. CiscoKid says:

Well Trump promises to take care of our veterans, here’s how the Dem’s at the convention treated a Medal of Honor recipient.

    • taw46 says:

FBN showed a policewoman speaking, asked for a moment of silence for police lives lost. And, shouts of “black lives matter”.

Border Patrol Union: Clinton amnesty endangers U.S., ‘cartels, Islamic extremists’ set to invade

PHILADELPHIA – In the strongest criticism yet of Hillary Clinton’s open-border and amnesty plan, the National Border Patrol Council Thursday warned that the Democrat’s plan endangers Americans and that drug cartels and Islamic extremists are eager for her to win so they can invade the U.S.

  25. CiscoKid says:

Even worse, though, was Tim Kaine. He was just awful.
Love the slogan Kaine and Fable.
At this point, if one is voting, the choice is pretty clear, It is not a choice between two evils as there is really only one “evil” choice.

    • Anthony says:

Komrade Kaine serves one purpose – bait for all the Kasich supporters that are still whining about butthurt. Add to that the even whinier Cruz supporters, who are demanding “apologies” and insisting that Trump has to kiss their ass to “earn their vote!”

lmao – good riddance to both factions

How many of the vagina voters who are gushing and giddy over the nomination of Hillary would have cast a vote for Sarah Palin?

    • DeniseVB says:

As the saying goes “Sarah’s hotter than a liberal woman and more masculine than a liberal male” DESTROY HER! ABORTION YAY! Nope, I’d say not.

    • swanspirit says:

I remember when Jon Stewart compared the size.of Sarah Palin’s V. to the tour bus she was touring in at the time, for her One Nation tour to promote her book. Because the dems and progs just love women, yes they do.

“It’s dumbfounding that this race should even be close. But there are millions of people out there, especially men, who seem to hate Hillary more than they love their freedom from irresponsible megalomania. They seem eager to aggressively pounce on Hillary and stomp the s^&* out of her.

But first we have to get her there. And for once, I agree heartily with the Obamas. AS Michelle says, “When they go low, we go high”. And as Barack asks, we will carry her.

Stockholm Syndrome: once it gets hold of you, its a bitch to get rid of. Stomp out capture bonding NOW!

  39. DeniseVB says:

Hillary does think we’re stupid. I lived in the trenches of special education for the past 45 years, I haven’t seen the entire quote in context, just responded to what was quoted….

    • DeniseVB says:

      Crap, here’s my response…..

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

There are two sides to the special ed issue, but only one side is PC. I used to date a woman who had a daughter with severe CP

        • elliesmom says:

We had a mom who wanted a lot for her special needs child, which believe me, all of us at the school understood, and we wanted her child to have what he needed, too. Her choice was a private boarding school that cost over $150,000 a year. There was a nearby day school with comparable classes for him. Tuition and transportation closer to $75,000. The rest of the teachers thought I was heartless, but she had another child in the school who was very musically talented so I suggested the $75,000 difference was a teacher salary, and the band director would be at the top of list to go if we couldn’t find the money anywhere else. I knew some of it would come from federal funds, but this wasn’t “the least restrictive environment” so they could refuse to pay any of it. She chose the day school. I know she needed some respite care for him, which was what was pushing her toward the boarding school, so the school’s adjustment counselor helped her find that, too. When you have 125 kids in a class, and one of them needs $125,000 in special education, realistically, that takes around a thousand dollars away from the budget for each of the other kids. In a small town school budget, there just isn’t enough slack in the budget to move money around much. While the federal government mandates a lot of things in the federal laws, it doesn’t fully fund them. If Hillary would move the entire special ed budget to the federal government so kids could get what they need w/o crippling the local school budgets, I might pay attention.

          • 1539days says:

Remember James Stockdale? He once wondered aloud if it was worth spending $100,000 to teach a special ed kid to roll over. That comment did not end well.

Judith Miller on FOX, raving about the DNC convention. By golly, those optics worked for her! Gushing about Hillary walking out in white in that sea of red, white, and blue. Flags waving. And that powerful, patriotic Muslim father. All the Generals there. A vote for Hillary, yes indeedy!

    • DandyTIger says:

Miller has been pro Hillary for quite a while. It would have been interesting to see which way she went if it had been Jeb vs. Hillary. But mainly she’s establishment, and leans left.

    • DeniseVB says:

Judith thinks we’re stupid too, every one of those “optics” were auditioning for a spot in the Hillary administration because they’re probably too stupid to even think about being in Trump’s.

  47. CiscoKid says:

Can’t understand how I missed that during the reports on the DNC.
Inside Obama & Hillary were saying everything is peachy keen in the Dem party.

  48. taw46 says:

I watched FBN this week, so only saw the speeches they showed (the main ones). Just came back from reading Kevin over at Hillbuzz, his summary of all the speeches from yesterday. If you had any doubt, it proves the Dem party has gone full Commie.

  49. DeniseVB says:

I’m probably going to hell for even thinking about this. A lot of concern for Bill Clinton’s obvious illness today, more so than HRC’s speech, and you know nothing occupies the media for a full week than the passing of a former President. Trump wouldn’t dare campaign that week either. Optics!

    • taw46 says:

I watched him the night of his speech, also last night. Definitely something going on. I had 2 relatives who had Alzheimer’s, sometimes he has that look. Whatever he has, just shows you what a joke it was for Hillary to say she would turn the economy over to him. He barely can manage being on stage (just watch the video from last night).

So this morning at 6:45 I went to the hospital to take mom her paper. When I arrived there was an ambulance crew standing outside her room. The nurse said “Oh good, you got the message.”

    “What message?”

“They are taking your mom to Fresno this morning.”

If I had shown up 15 minutes later she would have been gone. I must have been outside watering the plants when the call came in.

Mom took her glasses and her teeth with her. I took everything else from her room – I walked out with four bags of stuff.

She should be having the procedure right now. My sister drove up to be there with her. I’m not sure what comes next.

Stop the hate, stop the ridiculous “Unfriending” and on-line attacks when someone doesn’t agree with your politics. This is EXACTLY what they want – a divided electorate who, if there are any who still have firing brain cells, will feel like total assholes the day after the election.
