Hump Day Open Thread

There is a lot of really good music available on the intertoobs. Unfortunately, there is a lot of good music that is unavailable or hard to find because of ongoing disputes over rights and royalties.

In the late 70’s and early 80’s there was a band that almost rivaled Queen for the quality of their music. That band was Supertramp. Good luck finding their stuff online. Prince’s original stuff is hard to find too.

I fucking hate lawyers.

This song reminds me of an episode of WKRP where Andy Travis trashes his own desk after he thinks he failed at his job. It’s been replaced on the DVDs.

    Damn lawyers.

I was updating a directory that has health systems and policy information for each state. In checking to make sure links to those silly exchanges were accurate – I noticed that all states and saying there will be stiff increases and several states are anticipating a 50% or greater increases in premiums for the 2017. Deductibles are also on the rise.

The police chief was on Megyn show briefly (already scheduled), but left because of violence. I liked him, and he said they were going to restore order in Charlotte. Tear gas and looting.

  12. Somebody says:

This whole Charlotte “protest” seems to be nothing more than a good excuse to rage, vandalize and loot.

I hope this doesn’t go on and on and on like Ferguson did.

Everyone stand for Milo in drag singing the National Anthem:

    • mothy67 says:

Milo is what all those save the vote tools wanna be. He is challenging the status quo. Raising his voice. Non conformist. Julianne Moore, really? Who cares what Carrie’s mom says. They are in bed with the establishment. Youth craves rebellion.
