Seems Crutcher had five outstanding active warrants, three of which were for Resisting Police and Obstructing Police when he was shot by police.

Take a look at the numerous open warrants for Crutcher. These Aug. 30 warrants were active at the time of his death, and as you can see in the graphic below, they included things like DUI, resisting, drug trafficking and public intoxication.

They’re purposely picking these “bad cases”, to create more division. NO ONE is going to argue over what appear to be clear cut cases of cops screwing up – like that one that appeared to shoot the guy in the back then throw down a knife on the spot. He was charged with murder. Or that health care worker guy who was trying to get the autistic patient to drop a knife. There’s no dispute there and no one in their right mind would argue other than that was F’d Up. Instead, they’re purposely picking these ones to raise hell about that cause division because there are competing versions of what happened.
Recently returned from a visit to my MD (primary care doc) who is nothing if not an obama and Hillary Clinton supporter. During 2008 primaries, and after, she supported obama – I think white guilt was mostly what prompted her to support obama. She couldn’t understand my support (at that time) of HRC. Since then, she has questioned Obamacare and other directives from the obama WH – but mostly Obamacare and the stringent regulations and documentation that followed. She became a HRC supporter because #ChicagoDemocrat.
Today, we talked (as always) about politics but this time she voiced some empathy toward HRC, but will NOT vote for her because of the lying and twisted ethics HRC embodies. She says she won’t vote for Trump either, but does not know what to do in Nov.
I just encouraged her to read everything she can about the positions of all the other candidates, including Trump. She has not read anything about him. So there is still some hope that after reading everything, she will remain anti-Hillary and reconsider her position r/t DJT.
It’s a start.

I was trying to figure where the hell she came up with fifty points. If they are tied as the “polls” indicate (rigged on a good day for HIll), and half of Trump’s supporters are “basket of deplorables” and “irredeemable” that would equal 25 “points” or percent. So in her cracked head she should have all the rest who are right thinking people at 75 points with 75/25 split for her if everyone but the irredeemable deplorables would just do the fuck what she wants.
She might still have a White House key but they changed the locks.
I think people who start riots, and those who engage in them should be not only criminally charged, but sued for damages, and put on work units to clean up.

NYS update (western NY): I took my father to lunch today, and instead of taking the expressway I went side streets to look for Hilary signs. So, that 50+ minute trek into the city to pick him up? Nada. Not one single Hilary sign on any lawn. Once entering the city limits, (my parents live 2 “city-blocks” into the city, but I entered from the east and wove my way across miles of streets to get to their house… I was REALLY looking for a Hilary sign!) I didn’t see a single Trump sign though either. The ‘burbs were loaded with Trump signs.
I was speaking to my phlebotomist yesterday. Nice lady and I see her several times a year (black, mid 30s). She was “probably” going to vote Hilary. However, I did tell her about the seize video on 9/11. (“They said it was pneumonia!”) We shall see. She seemed to like Tim Kaine more than Hilary, but wasn’t enthusiastic about either.
I think there a lot of people not sold on Hilary right now. And I’m still sticking to my thought that the internals must be dismal for her.
It looks like we can expect more violence tonight. Sigh.
