  1. I’m gonna go sleep it off.

    • Mary says:

Riverdaughter’s crazy, Myiq2xu. But you knew that. 🙂

    • lyn says:

I read it as “Rape Won.”

    • lateblum says:

I don’t think RD was wrong. I think she missed the part that Trump brought hope to the masses that their lives could be better and that the corruption within the elitist crowd needed to end.

    • elliesmom says:

I haven’t done my morning visit to the blogs that silenced me yet, but Riverdaughter is one I feel sorry for. Hillary fooled us all in 2008. Shame on her. But the people who went back to be kicked again, only have themselves to blame. “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” It’s a lesson it’s hard for some people, especially women, to learn.

  2. Anthony says:

I’m going to watch The View today 😀

  3. DandyTIger says:

Hate lost. Rage lost. Hope won. A grand deal maker who might be able to get things done won. He might be a disaster. Hillary was already a disaster and would have gone for more wars and probably ended this country. I think American made a good bet. Who knows how it will turn out. Knocking down both parties a bit is clearly a good thing.

    • swanspirit says:

He won’t be a perfect president. There is no such thing, but he might be a great one. It would be nice if he were a good one.

      • kanaughty says:

That’s the problem with dems and strong conservatives for that matter, they are looking for the perfect candidate, when half of america knows that’s not possible and to pick the candidate for that moment who is resonating. I think a majority of his voters are not expecting him to be perfect, they just need him to guard our constitution and stop the alinsky shit for at least 4 years. Not nescessarily the quarterback, but maybe the highest paid o linemen that’s dependable.

  4. Jadzia says:

Pasting my response to DandyTiger here because I didn’t realize we’d moved on to a new thread!

The back bench/newcomers problem has been brewing for at least a decade. Who do the Dems even have? I can think of exactly 2 GenX Dem politicians with any kind of national name recognition: Cory Booker and Kirsten Gillibrand. Maybe Tammy Duckworth, too? This is one thing that the Republicans have done right, is to recognize that the Boomer generation isn’t going to live forever, and if they want their party to live on, they’ve got to prepare to pass the baton someday. I honestly don’t know what the Dems do about this generational problem at this point. The Millennials are still too young for the most part, and I’m not sure they are being brought up either.

And I agree with you about Obama. At the end of the day, I don’t think he’s even a Democrat: he’s the head of the Obama Party, and doesn’t really have coattails. (We have a guy like this over here, 34 years old and running for president as a Party of One and for many reasons, I’m hoping he gets run right over.)

As much as I hate how loooong the presidential elections seem to go on, it seems to me that the Democrats probably would have benefited from conducting a more serious primary than the Bernie and Hill Show turned out to be.

    • kanaughty says:

On cnn last night one dude was pushing kamala harris. She is definitely an obama dem, alinsky type. So no way she’d reach across the aisle. So anyway, expect her to be moving up in elections quickly.

      • Jadzia says:

Ugh, California’s former AG. I forgot about her. Reagan aside, I wonder about the viability of California politicians in other parts of the country? The state does kind of have a “reputation.” Think Governor Moonbeam.

        • kanaughty says:

Yeah, i really don’t like how i am hearing they are pushing her because i can see the writing on the wall. Dare i say she may even run for prez in 4 years if the dems keep pushing her. They are trying to get name recognition out there on her asap.

          • Jadzia says:

She has a biography that has a few similarities to that of Obama: immigrant parents (unlike Obama, both parents), pretty privileged economically, lived outside the US for at least part of her childhood. My say something nice of the day: she’s not a product of the Harvard/Yale hothouse, although I guess it’s not a good sign that I had to look that up to confirm.

      • votermom says:

        I think Mooch will run

    • DandyTIger says:

      Well said Jadzia.

  5. 1539days says:

Someone should change the banner at the top to 73 days until Trump takes office.

  6. 1539days says:

LOL. MSNBC saying Trump ONLY won people making under 50,000 and White. In other words, MOST AMERICANS.

    • Jadzia says:

When did it become Democratic Party policy to dismiss the opinions of poor people? (Well, depending on where you live and the size of your family $50K/year is not “poor,” but I can’t think of any circumstances in which it would be considered “rich” in the US, and it certainly is a hell of a lot less money than most of the pundits and professors who Know What’s Best For Us bring home in a year.) None of my many siblings make more than $50K, and they are perfectly capable (well, most of them, anyway) of making their own decisions.

    • lateblum says:

Howard Dean continues to stress the people who voted for Trump are “UNEDUCATED” (What a yuuuge PRICK.)
I then heard a response to that meme this morning. Some man said, “I may not be educated, but I am not dumb”.
At the end (or beginning) of the day, these Dems continue to display their arrogance and hubris and IGNORANCE.
      #MAGA

      • Jadzia says:

lateblum, I think that people who don’t have a college education (or who haven’t finished) are sick and tired of being treated like stupid yokels. A person doesn’t need to be all caught up on Austrian economic theory or Keynesianism or whatever to exercise the basic rights and responsibilities of citizenship. And common sense can’t be taught in the classroom!

        • Lulu says:

Creditialism (which can be purchased) rather than merit (which cannot) is their god. And nepotism. If they didn’t have all the forms of nepotism to keep merit out of the competition they would all be stringing beads together down at the adult education center. They are stupid, lazy, dependent on connections and cliques to keep the “lessors” and “others” out except as tokens. Competition from more intelligent or talented people scares the ever loving crap out of them and they must be STOPPED! Thus shut up hick racist yokel routine.

        • lateblum says:

I completely agree. Then there are people who now find it abhorrent that “those people” have chosen the next president.
(Of course, it would have been okay if “those people” had voted for HRC. No doubt about it.)

    • kanaughty says:

Until they, the dnc, get their facts straight on polling and stop biasing the outcomes toward their narrative, they won’t find the right candidate to run that can actually speak to all the people.

      • kanaughty says:

They’ll keep making excuses in recruiting activists to run, which immediately turns off half of voters.

  7. CiscoKid says:

Trump won only because you wouldn’t listen to us, the msm, Hollywood “stars” and celebrity’s and pundits.

  8. 1539days says:

This is awesome! MSNBC hanging out in diners. Some woman with a nose ring lamenting Trumpism. She wanted Bernie instead of Hillary. So did a lot of Bernie voters.

  9. 1539days says:

I’m waiting for Latino groups to “threaten” to self-deport. We’ll buy (bus) tickets

  10. Underwhelmed says:

My FB page is full of insane hysteria. I’d feel sorry for them but I’m laughing too hard. Go, Donald. Go, America. Reclaim your best and brightest place on the world stage.

    • lyn says:

Yep. Trump voters are so ignorant. The Left can’t feel any love toward others.

    • DeniseVB says:

One of the snowflakes on my page thinks she’ll be groped all the time now. LOL, I don’t think so sweetie.

      • kanaughty says:

Only if she moves to france or norway will she get groped a lot and by people the progressives keep giving a pass too as if they are too big/too victimized for their actions to ever be seen as assault or misogynist or against women’s equality.

      • Right? Trump just put the skids on Hillary’s refugee plan, so there’s officially LESS chance she’s be groped.

    • lateblum says:

You should see the comments at UW. They are readying for a return to back alley abortions, a rollback of civil rights, and never “having another joyful, peaceful moment again”. I guess they missed the last 8 years under you-know-who.

    • Jadzia says:

The funniest thing I’ve seen all day was a blogger who shall remain nameless(*) who tweeted the number for a HOTLINE to call if you’re having trouble dealing with the election result. I’ll just let that one sink in for a while.

(*)Ok, it was the Bloggess, who I usually like.

  11. lyn says:

I feel sad for these people.

  12. DeniseVB says:

      Got up this morning to.
      Trump wins!!!
My Son came into the kitchen, And asked, Is it a good morning?
And I said, YES!!! it is a very Good Morning. 😀

  13. 1539days says:

Trump updated his twitter profile to President-elect of the United States.

  14. DeniseVB says:

    • 1539days says:

Will it be the part that’s already Mexico?

    • kanaughty says:

And they can take their 55(?) ev’s with them so that every state will be a swing state again. Also, we can just replace them with puerto rico so we don’t have to change the flag. Sorry for all the innocent californians out there. This sucks that the progressives want to kidnap you without your permission 😦

    • 49erDweet says:

That is hilarious!!!! Poor babies!!!! Born elsewhere, emigrated to the Land of Milk, Honey, Lettuce and Dates, and now want to pout and sulk. LOL. What they aren’t smart enough to realize is voting Latinos in CA will never agree to going backwards to third world status again. Pay ’em no mind. They’re just mumbling to themselves.

    • Constance says:

      OK, California, Cool.

  15. votermom says:

The bluebird of happiness is nesting in my heart.

  16. AniEm says:

Not particularly religious, but I have to say thank you sweet Jesus. Trump knocked out two malignant political parties and threw in the media for good measure. This is beyond belief.

  18. DeniseVB says:

Check out his twitter profile. Guys, it’s really happening and it feels good ! And we get Mike Pence as part of the package, bonus!!!!!

  19. WOOT!!!! And Tom Brokaw is almost in tears talking about his grandaughters having to be presided over by President Trump. Sucks too be you Tom!

(had to turn in MSNBC to see heads explode…not disappointed!)

    GOOD MORNING AMERICA!

  20. kanaughty says:

Hey y’all! American brexit or trumpxit? Anyway, i missed the finale. Had a med reaction, had to go to er 😦 i am ok. Have switch drugs. But watched cnn melting when it was over. Cnn was upset hillary didn’t speak. I think that was a mistake. Should have at least put bill clinton out there instead. Those guests deserved at least the dude they love not slimy podesta. Big mistake. I understand she may have been too crushed, but bill would have been a better choice in this circumstance.

It was weird yesterday, i remember seeing sarah palin looking dejected on election day and romney kind of the same-no pep in his step that day. But when pence boarded the plane from indy to nyc he looked like he was a winner. And that weird fact of someone placing dump trucks with sand in front of trump towers was also a sort of sign i guess. The thing mostly that struck me though was that cancelled fireworks show.
Anyway, it was funny being at the hospital watching the after effects on cnn when i’d been watching fox at home.

Another POS that Barack installed to ensure the destruction of the healthcare system. Yes it was broken but now it is shattered.

      • lateblum says:

I just returned from “duty” and speaking with a mom at the school who blames the DNC for putting up a “disgusting” candidate. She is disgusted. Also disgusted with ACA for having now unaffordable insurance with “out of sight” out-of-pocket costs and much lower coverage than ever.

  26. DeniseVB says:

Having a little fun with the top trending hashtag on the twitter. Sad little pumpkins over there, life seems to be over for them 😛

  27. Lulu says:

Stupid whiny babies. Remember the “I won” of Obama. That goes both ways jackasses. He did win in 2008 (or cheated enough to do so anyway) and now it is your turn to see a new sherriff in town try something new. And John Podesta showed you what the global “elite” thinks of you when he sent those slackers home last night like inconvenient garbage. They “failed” him and pissed him off. THAT kiddos is what they think of you.

    • kanaughty says:

It was really bad imaging sending podesta wikileaks out there to basically say, we used you, go home. It was horrible imaging. I would feel majorly let down by hillary. Who’s ever idea that was, might be the worst move in their campaign if they want to keep that crowd not jilted. Maybe it’s like getting broke up with a post it note, or fired by an email. Anyway, really really bad move.

      • swanspirit says:

Glad you are feeling better! Maybe they drew straws and he got the short one. It was a horrible decision, no matter what.

      • elliesmom says:

I felt really let down by Hillary in 2008. It was when I realized Hillary didn’t care about women. Hillary only cares about Hillary. Even Chelsea is a prop. I’m not the least bit surprised about how she behaved last night.

      • votermom says:

It was her FU to her supporters for not dragging her over the finish line.

      • lyn says:

When I volunteered at a local Hillary rally in May 2008, we were told that Hillary would send us a thank-you note and that we would meet Dirty Uncle Bill afterward. Both never happened.

    • taw46 says:

The arrogant Podesta. That was disgusting last night. And Hillary not being there, showed everyone what those globalists are really like. Hope at least some of them got the message.

      • Lulu says:

The jig is up and the dummies can’t help them now. Although they might have been a little nicer to them in case they need them for packed juries for the coming corruption trials if they can’t get crooked judges. Every single thing they have done is recorded in an NSA center. The only recourse for that idiocy is to control the machinery of government that controls the NSA center. The smartest people who ever lived recorded all of their crimes just like the Germans of WWII. The banality of evil. Too elite coddled and stupid to understand the cause and effect of technology, information record keeping and management, and greedy little shits in Silicon Valley making money off ’em. And tax evasion. There is always tax evasion somewhere mixed in.

      • mcnorman says:

Podesta the molester needs to be moved to a sewer where he belongs.

  28. DeniseVB says:

As a bonus this morning, also woke up to my new Congressman ❤

  29. Venus says:

Good morning my fellow “deplorables” — the absolute shock by the pundits is so delicious. It’s like if you keep calling us peons bigots & racists, they’ll eventually turn on you. LOL!

This was the biggest FU to the worst people in the world — savor their tears.

    • jeffhas says:

Thank you for you lionhearted vision. You kept me on track the entire time.

What a great day!… What a great future to look towards.

      Thank you Angie and TCH

    • Jadzia says:

It is GLORIOUS. To be honest, I’m kind of in it for the “fuck you” to the bien pensants.

  30. taw46 says:

    The tolerant left last night.

    • kanaughty says:

Yet another reason i chose trump, mob rule is anarchy and i don’t agree with this. I am tired of people blocking highways or roads of people trying to get home. Protesting is our right, but not when you take away other people’s right to be on their way somewhere.

  31. Dora says:

    Indeed.

Looking at NYS… shows that the tiny little block downstate can overrule the rest of the state. Shesh. The rest of the state could simply not overcome NYC. It is amazing to me (but not surprising in light of the wall) that more swaths of Texas are blue than New York or Illinois.

    • kanaughty says:

Where did that blue band on the mississippi west border come from? That is unexpected to me.

    First Things First

First, a hearty FUCK YOU to every single person who voted for Trump, all 57,518,551 or so of you. Even if you don’t consider yourselves stone-cold racist, misogynist pricks like the president-elect, you’re as bad as he is. If you were stupid enough to believe that your vote “sent a message,” you’re right: By voting for that degenerate demagogue, you’ve displayed such depraved indifference to the fate of women, immigrants, people of color, people with disabilities, etc., that you’re now an honorary member of the Klan. So, put that fucking hood on, asshole.

    Their tears taste so good.

    • taw46 says:

“After spending the past 18 months insisting Donald Trump will “never” be elected president, the CNN shill made a mockery of the U.S. election by calling it a “whitelash” against a black president.”

      • Somebody says:

Van Jones did more than that, later on he insisted Hillary’s loss was all because of the Russians. He said this time the Russians hacked our election and helped the R’s, maybe next time China hacks it and helps the D’s…….he went on from there, LOL!

        • taw46 says:

The Commies didn’t help Mr. Commie’s friends? Hahaha.

        • Anthony says:

It wasn’t the Russians. It wasn’t Comey. It wasn’t WikiLeaks. IT WAS OBAMACARE. Promising to “continue and build upon” the policies of this current admin was the kiss of death. 67% of Americans believe we’re on the wrong track.

          • kanaughty says:

Yep, wrong track, change election and their really was a hidden trump vote. The media and pollsters would not believe that “conspiracy theory”.

          • Lulu says:

Yep. And Hillary’s line “Before it was Obama-care it was Hillary-care” was one of the stupidest things ever uttered in a campaign.

          • lateblum says:

OBAMACARE absolutely was the kiss of death. And Hillary-Care was absolutely the WRONG thing to say. I’m not certain she wanted to win this election. but then I was just reminded that HRC has “terrible” political instincts. and she proved it over and over again this year.
            A “Basket of Deplorables” anyone?

They are such passive lumps. A big “activity” is looking at their phone and squeezing out a tear.

    • Jadzia says:

I almost felt bad for these folks, because it’s never fun to lose. Then I remembered how smug and condescending their team was up until about nine o’clock last night, and I felt much, much better.

      • lateblum says:

I just learned from gbaby, that her momma woke up at 3:00 this a.m. to learn the results of the election. She started crying then and was crying even as I arrived this morning at 7:30. I don’t know what she and the people like her are thinking. Do they know how many elections their parents’ generations have seen and suffered with. The only tears I shed during an election season was when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated. There’s disappointment and DISAPPOINTMENT. And I was DISAPPOINTED in 2008 & 2012. But crying wasn’t an option. I understand the feeling that my hard work or strong support went by the wayside. Those tears won’t be worth shedding if last night was the cause of hours and hours of crying.
Maybe I should direct her to UW’s blog.

        • Jadzia says:

Jeez. That is crazy. I thought I was crazy, because I am notoriously emotionally repressed. You’re saying that it’s not normal to cry when your team doesn’t win?

          • lateblum says:

For hours and hours? When I arrived, my dil wouldn’t look at me or speak to me. And all I ever said was that I wouldn’t vote for HRC.
At least my son said he blamed the DNC. I said that she had to take some responsibility for this loss because of the things she said to dismiss people who wouldn’t support her or who called her on “mistakes” she had made. (Just think how kindly I phrased that.) Oh well, they’ll get over it and MoveOn at some point.

          • Jadzia says:

I could see hours and hours of (private) crying if I PERSONALLY lost an election, okay. But because my team lost? And your DIL is being beyond ridiculous. Don’t you take care of her children? I don’t care how much my MIL pisses me off sometimes (although one of us seems to be mellowing and I’m not sure which one it is), you can bet that I am the very MODEL of a dutiful DIL to the lady who makes it possible for me to have a career through the love and time she devotes to my kids, and of course that isn’t even getting into how blessed those kids are to HAVE a grandma and an extended family that surrounds them with love.

        • I cried when the Raiders lost the Superbowl.

  41. taw46 says:

I watched mostly FBN last night, and they were positively giddy, seeing the map blown up. I sometimes turned over to FNC. Everytime I looked at it, Megyn had to point out the women accusers “we can’t accuse them of lying”, she talked about the fear of Muslims, Hispanics, blah, blah, blah. When they all gave their final thoughts, Juan Williams called Trump a demagogue, said he mistreated/abused women, blah, blah, until someone said “what did you think of the speech” to shut him up.

    http://www.bizpacreview.com/2016/11/09/megyn-kelly-gets-booed-fox-crowd-stoking-anti-trump-fears-just-certain-victory-410093

    • Lulu says:

I switched to Fox from FBN a few times. Kelly progressively became more manic as the night wore on. In one segment she got up from her chair (the rest looked alarmed!) and ran/toddled over to some guy and said “where are the totals!!!!!” He gave her a “get away from me!” look and said he just read the results from the wire services lady. I think she knows her career is screwed. She chose badly. She fought the Trump and the Trump won.

      • taw46 says:

“she fought the Trump and the Trump won”

Love it, will sing it today, lol.

      • lateblum says:

Is it true that there were no other “takers” for Megyn Kelly when she was re-negotiating her contract with FOX?
You may be right. Her days of popularity may well be over.

By the way, did you take the shotgun out before bed last night? Heh, heh.

        • Lulu says:

Yes! And my shoulder hurts a little. It was worth it. There were fireworks set off somewhere nearby too. Roaming around in the dark (sort of since there is landscape lighting) with a shotgun is strangely exhilarating. And it is just a little bird hunting shotgun with not so big shells. But noisy. It is out of my system. For now. I admit I was crying a little bit with the emotion of it all. It is a seminal moment this election I think for history

My dear daughter works for a major player in the FSA/HSA field. They basically outsource what used to be HR functions to major corporations. Since November is election month for insurance, etc., she’s been traveling a lot. Today she is in Philadelphia and is doing a benefits fair at the Federal Building. They refused to accept her Missouri driver’s license as valid ID to gain entry because MO didn’t accept the
federal mandate for uniform ID. Such B.S. She did finally get in after a long and ridiculous amount of time.

Washington state regular license is like this too. It’s basically any state where you don’t have to prove your citizenship to get a license i believe. In washington you can get the enhanced license which is the “passport” like license so people can get in and out of canada without an actual passport. But it costs more. The gov was threatening people that they wouldn’t be able to fly if they had licenses from states of unnapproved license vetting.

Texas has a lawsuit grinding slowly through the courts that this idiocy by the feds violates the very same federal records laws that they imposed upon the states (in the 70’s) to stop birth, death, and identity fraud. Mexico issues fraud ID to illegals from their consulates (for a fee) so public US records can be obtained to commit fraud against the states and federal government, taxpayers and private individuals and businesses. The Mexican government is a criminal enterprise.

Is there any doubt now that Andrew Breitbart would have been a yuuuge Trump supporter ? Miss this guy…..

I work at a university. The scene here is absolutely hilarious: lots of people are crying, there’s a silly “interfaith prayer vigil” outside the student center, and almost everyone visibly depressed. I and a few other deplorable types have silly grins on our faces and can barely keep from laughing at all the sad proggies. I have to deal with a lot of international students and faculty, several of whom have said that they’ll be leaving for home or transferring to another country. HAHAHAHA!

    • taw46 says:

One can only hope that they follow through with their threats. 😉

      • NBD says:

I expect them to. It’s not really so much a threat as a calculation. The majority of international students are financially supported by their home governments and come from elite families. If the Chinese or Indonesian government tells them to move, the will.

The uni’s want the money. It is all about the money. And as a hook to stay in this country. No more. Get an education and go home and do some good there like the original intent was for foreign students.

    What do you guys think?

  54. mothy67 says:

    wow. Just wow
Some tool on the tele is already at work telling me what I think. Still clueless. Had they not been greedy they could have had it all. Eight years of Hills then zero would have gradually converted the country. They got drunk. This is the only day ever I wish I was a waiter again. I’d love to be filling coffee hearing heartbreak. Greek tragedies had that right. Servants hear it all.

I think I’ll go over to the café in a little while. It will either be crowded with people crying in their lattes, or in heated discussions about “the end of this nation as we know it”. 😉

So what is the situation with Hillary being so late? She was supposed to speak at 9:30 and they keep backing it up. Is this a physical health issue or are they cooking up where and how they’re going to contest the vote?

Wild-ass speculation is encouraged here, right? Here’s mine: what if the Clinton campaign delayed a concession speech to hammer out some kind of deal? Something like we won’t file recount lawsuits if you agree not to appoint a special prosecutor.

I have ABSOLUTELY NO BASIS for this wild-ass speculation.

    • It would be irresponsible not to speculate.

      • Lulu says:

They can try but I don’t think Trump wants to be Gerald Ford before he is even sworn in. Of course the crooks want to “MOVE ON”. Crooks always do. Part of “healing” is getting to the bottom of what they have done. Every dirty deal, every security lapse, every billion to Iran, etc. BEFORE forgiveness you got to confess to every damn thing done wrong. All of it. And other countries they defrauded and harmed want a chunk out of them too. I think Trump will appoint a specialist expert prosecutor to deal with it all then he personally ignores it and does his things-economy, trade, immigration. When complete deals, pleas, trials whatever followed by new laws etc if necessary to stop it happening again.

Do they realize how out of the mainstream and loony fringe they are now? And it isn’t “cool” anymore either. And dumb. Really dumb. Not us but them. Dumb.

With respect for Anthony. I do not see it as referendum on ocare. It started when a man stood up for us. We have always been there. Never had anyone articulate it. He went against Fox. Busted his ass. The powers that be are incestuous inbred pimples.
I have been going on about Good Country People. Hulga is a highly educated woman a philosopher amputee. O’Connor was mad Catholic. This simple bible salesman with whom she treated with disdain leaves her stranded on a roof without her leg. She thought she had him lit scholars call it a rape. Feminists apply some sort of group thought to her. She was a very smart southern Catholic woman that had lupus. She chose through her systemic pain to share her inner world. SJW’s cannot create her in their image. She wrote from her place. They are her stories. SJW’s went bat shit after S. E. Hinton. They decided because it fit their agenda that pony boy was a friend of Dorothy. She said no. They went insane telling her her characters she created she did not know who they were. So insipid her most famous book is called The Outsiders. Take a clue from the title. Right wing can be just as fucked. J k Rowling said Dumbledore was gay. Peoole went nuts. He was her creation. Right your own book if you can’t process an old guy caring about a kid. Same thing with Ayn Rand. Howard Roarke rapes Dominique. Her name was Dominique. I of course love Ayn. The Fountain Head is about for me striving. Be strong.you get maybe 80years. Make each day count. Each and every day is a gift. I have to take inventory. I am responsible for my history. Many years ago I was on Staten Island Ferry reading The Oath by Elie Weisel. Its in a nutshell about a pogram and keeping a secret. Shame is big issue. This guy had AIDS and was taking a header off Staten Island Ferry. I was reading Elie Wiesel. Auschwitz writer. In the Oath a guy wants to die because he carries a deep dark secret he can tell no one thus the Oath. Protagonist keeps this guy alive by keeping him talking. I am no hero. I simply kept him talking until he felt alive.
