In my day we got over disappointment with booze and cheap, meaningless sex with strangers.

The Daily Mail did a nice write up on the final rally. Some great pictures. 🙂

Basking in that Southern charm! Trump is greeted by Alabama high school girls in antebellum outfits on last stop of ‘Thank You’ tour .

    • DandyTIger says:

And right after the usual vile prog types immediately made fun of and derided those outfits and all things southern. They’re so full of hate, they just can’t help themselves. Here’s to them never learning and continuing to hate the working class, the south, and anyone with a real job.

  2. Dora says:

Something else to thank Russia for.

    I love ‘The Nutcracker’.

    • taw46 says:

Dora, wish you could see Nutcracker Key West. This was the 6th performance, it is only held every 2 yrs. They use local children and bring in dancers from around the world. Most of the dream sequence takes place in an underwater world – magical! There are two videos you can see at this link.

    • DeniseVB says:

I saw the Moscow Ballet’s Nutcracker when it came to town, it was wonderful !

      • taw46 says:

I would love to see that!

      • cynic says:

How wonderful for you to see that. I love the Nutcracker as well. The year that my daughter took ballet, we took her to Chicago to see it. We lucked out, and Marshall Field’s decorated their store windows with the Nutcracker story that year. The store’s restaurant, The Walnut Room, had this huge Christmas tree in the center of the restaurant. We always asked and waited to be seated next to the tree. That particular year, the tree was decorated with all the characters from the Nutcracker, and we bought them. Whenever I decorated our tree, I always smiled and remembered that special day. Now that Katie has married, I gave her those ornaments for her tree.

        • DeniseVB says:

❤ you for sharing that memory !

        • lateblum says:

That is so sweet. Maybe one year Lily will take ballet and you and she and her mother can relive at least part of that memory.
I remember the year that the windows at Fields were decorated in the “Nutcracker” theme. And I remember the tree, too. Those were wonderful Christmases at Fields.

          • cynic says:

We have many years of Christmas memories that included looking at the window displays and lunching in the Walnut Room. I loved Marshall Field. Those earlier years also included FAO Schwartz. We would let the kids pick out one toy from there. Sorry to see that the store closed, but then they opened that wonderful American Girl store nearby, and conveniently, the carriage rides were only a block away. A trip to Chicago always included a carriage ride for Katie. Oh, so many wonderful memories. I’m getting misty eyed.

This is the perfect time of year to completely ignore the snowflakes, media, injured egos, and criminally insane. Since I don’t give a damn what they think I don’t know what they think because I’m mostly ignoring them. I did read a little about Hillary’s Thank You Billionaires Ball and she seems to have pissed them off more! They wuz took! Snookered! BAAAAM-Boozled. Hehe. Broncobama gave a whiny presser, took off on his last free ride of a vacay and abdicated. The Dems got nuttin’. Dead, kaput, over.

  4. NBD says:

It’s great to live in a country where the adults are back in charge. All those multiculturalists, hipsters, BLM thugs, La Raza illegals, and creative class creeps are going to have to deal with the fact that a white male is running the show and they have no say in the matter. This is the best Christmas ever, even if it means that I’m completely estranged from much of my (former) family.

  5. lateblum says:

    That was great!
I’m sending it to my daughter who handed out safety pins to strangers at thenLA airport whilst waiting for her return flight home. In fact, I’m giving her a silver safety pin (with key ring) adorned with turquoise and coral as a Christmas gift. It was the perfect find at a local shop. In fact, if I hadn’t found it, I’d have given her the silver and turquoise safety pin (with key ring) that I’ve had as a memento from my only visit to Santa Fe and Taos. 🎅🏼❤️🎅🏼🎄🎅🏼❤️🎅🏼

I missed it. Thanks for posting the link.
Mooch doesn’t get it, America for the first time in 8 years truly have hope.
And his name is President Elect Donald J. Trump.
So Mooch, just start packing your shit and un-ass the WH come 20 January 17.

  12. Dora says:

Oh she does not. She only regrets getting caught!

    • CiscoKid says:

      These fucks just won’t stop.
Trumps reply should be “I’ll take one, but Obama first.”
Who the fuck do they think they are?
They think they speak fo the millions that voted for Trump?
Have a nice slice of 💩pie.

    • DandyTIger says:

He must be crazy, he’s not progressive. He doesn’t believe the global warming models (that can’t even predict the past correctly). He doesn’t believe in 12 genders. He hurts people’s feelings. Stop him now!!! Whaaaaaaaaa!!!!

    • swanspirit says:

One from Harvard, two from San Francisco. I bet they are all unbalanced. Trump does not fit the criteria. He demonstrates empathy on a regular basis. He shows genuine regard and affection for others. He has actual accomplishments, tremendous ones.
Those criteria in the article fit Obama. Obama should have had a psyche evaluation a long time ago.

    • Constance says:

I’m sick of this kind of Democrat instigated crap. The Democrat purists should move some place where the elitist class that knows everything and sees only truth appoints the political leadership and tells The People what to think. Some place like North Korea or the middle east or Cuba. Quit bitching about what the voters choose and quit calling us names!

    • They should lose their licenses for that. And possibly undergo a psych eval themselves.

    • 49erDweet says:

…under the authority of the OMUIHH code (one that Obama Makes Up In His Head). Sounds fair.

  13. A mind is a terrible thing to lose:

One other thing: The Washington Post reports today that 52% of Republicans think Trump won the popular vote. I guess we should be alarmed by that but I don’t think Republicans make up 52%. Let’s put this in perspective. Republicans are something around 40% of the population. So if 52% of 40% of the population believes that Trump won the election, that’s still only about 20% of the population is being played for suckers. The majority of the rest of us know now that Clinton won by 2,800,000+ Million votes. That’s about 2.1% of the vote. The raw numbers make Clinton more popular than any white male who has ever run for president.

The electoral college as currently set up favors property owners in sparsely populated states. If it reflected one person, one vote as it should, Clinton would be president hands down. By the objective standard of who won more votes, she won. And not all of them were in California. They were in NJ, WA, OH, FL, TX, PA and WI. They were all over the place. She won. Decisively.

Never forget that you voted for the winner. You voted for an honest, ethical, hard working, self-actualized, mentally healthy, strong, capable, experienced individual who scared the shit out of Vladimir Putin in the way that Donald Trump will never be able to achieve with all his money or all the tea in CHI-NA.

She’s right about one thing – I voted for the winner.

    • SHV says:

Same crazy shit…does she ever mention her daughter? I wonder what has happened to that child after growing up with a bat shit crazy mother.

    • CiscoKid says:

“…scared the shit out of Vladimir Putin…”
Yea, just like Obama did before he left for Hawaii and hit the golf course.
These are the people that those Psychology professor’s should have examined.

    • swanspirit says:

I knew as soon as I read that, who wrote it. For eight years, it has been shock after shock, watching Obama in office. We didn’t know what he would do, because he was such an unknown. But we found out, time after time, and every time he opened his mouth to cause more misery. Who could have known he would call the police stupid, or say if he had a son it would have been a thug in Florida?
I could go on , but everyone here went on that miserable ride.
We deserve some celebration, and some melting snowflakes aren’t going to bother me one bit. Especially when I know, that if the situation were reversed, and Hellary had won the EC vote, and Trump the popular, they would be gloating and shoving it in our faces. I am still trying not to gloat , but I am absolutely going to celebrate!
      RD is just nuts.

      • CiscoKid says:

        I’ll be doing the same.
I raided my loose change jar, I hate hate carrying pennies and such.
Plus it’s a way to save a little.
Nice bottle of good Champagne, not a great bottle, but good.
Gonna pull the cork Monday evening.

      • lateblum says:

Go right ahead and celebrate. Anyone who voted for Trump deserves to. RD is simply playing to her base. I have to remind myself of that when I get all bent over what she and her disciples write. I’m more concerned about the Monday vote. I’m holding onto the sturdy dining room table until tomorrow night. 😕

      • foxyladi14 says:

Yep!! has been for awhile now. Poor RD. 🙄

    • DandyTIger says:

Without illegals, Trump almost certainly won the popular vote too. We don’t conclusively know that for a fact of course. We know lots of illegals voted. We know lots of illegal voting happened in Philly (thanks Jill), and we know lots of illegal voting happened in lots of other urban areas. It’s what the Dems do. Remember Acorn. And on top of illegal voting via scams, write-in votes en mass from questionable organizations, we know of the 10-30 million illegals in the country, many also voted. If your issue is with popular vs. electoral, let’s investigate. Let’s dive in and figure out the voting in all the states. Start with California. I dare you. 🙂

    • 1539days says:

How many Democrats think Clinton won the majority of the vote?

If the Electoral College were replaced by the popular vote and the rules were the same, the winner would need a majority (50%) of the popular vote, something Clinton didn’t get. Clinton’s large (she beat Obama 2012) popular vote was due mostly to the fact her campaign tried to run the table in blue states, while completely ignoring and denigrating the states Trump picked up in the last week by holding rallies and talking about their concerns.

  14. Dora says:

One more day for these brave people. (Sigh)

    • CiscoKid says:

OMG! Crazy Kim Jong-un of NorKor beat Obamas 48 by scoring 43.
Putin and Trump, destiny, good or bad awaits them. Merle’s has the muslim invaders to deal with, but 3 is respectable.

    • DeniseVB says:

LOL ! So that little worm can shut up now about the great legacy he’s leaving behind 😉

    • CiscoKid says:

      From one of the comments.

Works at City of Los Angeles
My grandfather voted for Hillary. I tried talking him out of it but he has been dead for a while now.
I scrubbed the name, you see where she works.

    • NewOrleans says:

      “Should Dems abandon “identity politics”?”

God, no! Keep fucking that chicken.

    • Propertius says:

Perhaps they need to learn that “defending minority rights” and “divisive identity politics” are not synonymous. Calling people “r*cist” because they want to earn enough to feed their kids and pay the rent doesn’t defend anybody’s rights.

  15. Dora says:

I remember the shopping scene. One of my favorite pictures!

    • taw46 says:

      Omg, he actually said that.

“The electoral college is enshrined in the Constitution, but that doesn’t necessarily make it constitutional. ”

      They are insane.

      • Lulu says:

And the constitution is a living breathing document ….that just bit the vile progs in the ass.

        • taw46 says:

And typical vile prog, he wants the Court to do away with it, because he knows a Constitutional Amendment would never pass.

          • 1539days says:

The Constitution is the highest legal authority in the United States. The Supreme Court cannot declare one part of the Constitution “unconstitutional” by interpreting another part of the Constitution.

  16. mothy67 says:

I have a gay friend who was in tears a few minutes ago. Real tears. He was married for 6 months. He asked how”I” could do this to him. My one vote. He is so not rational. Afraid of I know not what. He is a lawyer working for a bank. One would think he’d know better. It’ll take years for any challenge to marriage equality to be before SCOTUS. My limited understanding of the law tells me being overturned is highly unlikely. Unraveling it would be so complex. He even hinted at suicide. His despair is real. Claims he can never be happy again. I think his 80 hour a week job and flying to London for work every other week puts more of a damper on his love life than 9 people in robes. Mid 40’s and still a snowflake. He wants everything. No compromise. He was married to a younger guy that moved to New York to be an actor. Kid wanted to steal have fun. Go out. He’s a very level headed 25 year old. Being married to a work aholic was not his thing. Young buck did support Trump. People like me poisoned his mind. I could not follow the chain of thought. Seems gay youth owes him something because they should be miserable as he came of age during AIDS. He treated this kid like property. Smothered him.
He is an unhappy person. He makes a lot of money. I can’t see a high end lawyer falling to pieces in a board room. He is drinking all day. Its all Trump’s fault. I do not get it. I asked how will this effect you. He screamed I have a right to be happy. I called a few mutual friends and sounded the alarm about suicidal ideations. Pretty much got people like me did this to him. I should die. One friend said he hoped Shay married a redneck who beat her. Thing is he called me. I have not gloated. Unhinged. To be honest its a lot like the professional race agitators. They define themselves via provocation. Young gay guys are more than a sexual preference. Screaming Republicans are evil holds no sway so they double down. Rethugs allowed it. I think my friends are finding themselves irrelevant. Very much stuck in Christians hate me. I live in the burbs no one cares. Pup is ten I am almost 50. I am old enough to be the parents of her classmates parents. I waited to say I was gay. Not her cross to bear. One day she was talking about Joey Grastaffa, a youtube star, she said he’s gay I said so am I. That was it. Not a big deal. My friend will only ever see life as slighted. Its quite sad
I think Trump victory is just permitting unrelated mental anguish to be vented. Have to think all this misguided rage was already within. That guy from the slimes, goldfish or something akin, pre-emptively accusing Trump of a future 9/11 is beyond warped. My friend is unhappy blame Donald. Nothing is ever a snowflakes fault. They individually are so important the Russians conspire against them. I was initially dismayed with trigglypuff. I thought come on Milo you are better than this, but SJW brigade was relentless and became more awful. Milo punched back. That ugly sloth deserved what she got.

I am now the proud father of 4. James, Herbert, Cougher, and Trach. Dwarf frogs.
My dad comes home tomorrow . Six weeks. He is in great shape.
A team of six came into his room doing this end of life spiel. They wanted to euthanize. I felt sorry for them. They were not ready for my bitch mother(she is a bitch and I say that with love, you don’t cross her) they wanted to put my dad down. Did sneaky shit like talking to my dads sisters and his kids without my mom. Saying it was time. My dad has had COPD forever. He was going swimming at the gym on Monday, Tuesaday he got the flu Wednesday he was in a medically induced coma. He was playing basketball two days prior.
I know it offends people but with extreme pride I can call my mom a cunt. She is a fucking animal. She is savage about protecting hers. She quit school in 10th grade. As a teen she had a defect son, me. Two holes in me ticker, funky valves a few other things. Not gonna live. 1970 she never left my side. I went and did that played out boring oh I’m dead routine. It was slightly less than 5 minutes and no I recall nothing. She of course had six kids and became a nurse. Then of course with her GED and community college nursing degree became an exec with an insurance company. They don’t get to extinguish her husband. Nope she put the fear of God in them. My Dad is doing great. They were going to kill him.
Kid had African dwarf frogs. My dad thinks they effect his breathing. No way I could flush. They are so tiny. Fuckers live for up to 15 years so I have them. Really cute. Freaking frogs.

I am smitten. They are just innocent. I am not throwing them out. I love watching them swim. I named them all after my dad. Cougher got loose they can only live for 20 minutes outside of water. I had to chase him flipping over furniture. He was tired and just laid in my hand. I could never disregard such simple creatures. Oddly shay had goldfish. I did not care. They were just there. Did not care. Frogies are funny. Oddly I find them sexy. No I am not that perverse. I do not get wood watching dwarf frogs. I just feel awe watching them just swim. So free from others evaluating. I can’t help but think of female provocateurs(????). 80’s,90’s Madonna swam. Tina Turner and Dolly were hurricanes that wrote their own stories. They defined themselves even whilst living in a fish tank. Dwarf frogs own the water they live in. They dance. I adore.
Big thing with Hillary2016 is I grew to hate her. Like I walked up mountains in 2008 for her. I really walked up yuuuge hills. Knocking on doors. I sat in SEIU places and made endless phone calls. I fought with her in PA. She flipped. Not me. Trump was/is closer to Hillary 08 than she was.she or her people thought those like me were fans. We would fall in line. Sorry DNC bitches you do not own me. I know at least 20 gay dudes that voted for Trump. Unheard of 8 years ago. Hillary and her peeps did not listen and that is why she lost. How did her media people not monitor sites like Hillaryis44? Did they not see her support dwindle. I could have never voted for a Yeb or Kasich. Trump was a monsoon. How did millioaire paid consultants not see the tidal wave. He was relentless and buffoons said sure he draws 20,000 but are these people going to vote!!! Heads so far up their asses they might have actually believed people would stand in line for hours and then not vote.
I could not turn on my TV for about two weeks without hearing Jon Bon Jovi was playing a concert for Hillary. It was constant. Press never said it was at a venue that seats 2,000 and all the tickets were given to Pitt students. They also did not sell out a free concert. Next day all news about Bill Clinton on stage with Jon Bon Jovi. No mention that it was at a real public museum. Campaigning is illegal. Soldiers and Sailors museum. It is a crime. Its maintained by Pitt but it is still a national museum. Concert still didn’t sell out with free tickets. Everyday for two weeks local news acted like a Bon Jovi concert was second coming of Christ. Media was trying so hard they turned people off. Bon Jovi was 1984. So not 2016 college campus. She ran a 1992 campaign in 2016.

I don’t think obama ever wanted hills to win. All the power would have gone back to clinton peeps. Trump was never supposed to happen but he did. Clinton would have made bambi irrelevent. Now he can play star going against everything Trump does. Leftists will pour money in. After being worst president ever he is primed to be worst ex president ever. Never enough for the clown. He’s a wanna be hollywood starlet.

      • CiscoKid says:

        He’s not going away.
        From Obamas own mouth.
“Help Democrats fight back,” said the president in an fundraising email sent a week before Christmas. “Stand with me, work with me, let’s finish what we started,” he adds.
Asking for $3. Still shaking down the rubes.
        Full article at Washington Examiner.

        • Constance says:

Well then Democrats can spend the next few years fighting among Democrat factions. I’d say the Clintons are not very powerful in the party right now but I don’t see them and their hanger-oners going away.

        • Propertius says:

Well, not really – they just pick some random Democratic official to stick on the “From” line in those fundraising emails. I expect to get one from Eleanor Roosevelt any day now.

Our local paper had a front page story that there were 66% more ODs here in my small Western PA county than one year ago. They and their parents (because a lot of them are teenagers) all voted Trump, I guarantee you. And the vast majority are white, since we only have about 8-10% African-American here. I have lost all sympathy for them. Sad to say, I keep thinking that more of them will die and maybe sanity will return.

She is superbly ignorant and more than a little hysterical. She seems to have trouble processing information. Maybe she has a cognitive problem but can still memorize lines. A lot of these actors seem to have received by osmosis some kind of virtue signaling personality from their acting roles. Martin Sheen thinks he is a liberal ex-president and is omniscient and wise. The old MASH actors think they led the anti-war movement via their television show gigs after that war was already over, etc. It is like they didn’t have brains or personalities and just assumed fictitious ones via employment serendipity.
