Blue Lives Matter!

This comes from the official White House website:

Standing Up For Our Law Enforcement Community

One of the fundamental rights of every American is to live in a safe community. A Trump Administration will empower our law enforcement officers to do their jobs and keep our streets free of crime and violence. The Trump Administration will be a law and order administration. President Trump will honor our men and women in uniform and will support their mission of protecting the public. The dangerous anti-police atmosphere in America is wrong. The Trump Administration will end it.

The Trump Administration is committed to reducing violent crime. In 2015, homicides increased by 17% in America’s fifty largest cities. That’s the largest increase in 25 years. In our nation’s capital, killings have risen by 50 percent. There were thousands of shootings in Chicago last year alone.

Our country needs more law enforcement, more community engagement, and more effective policing.

Our job is not to make life more comfortable for the rioter, the looter, or the violent disrupter. Our job is to make life more comfortable for parents who want their kids to be able to walk the streets safely. Or the senior citizen waiting for a bus. Or the young child walking home from school.

Supporting law enforcement means supporting our citizens’ ability to protect themselves. We will uphold Americans’ Second Amendment rights at every level of our judicial system.

President Trump is committed to building a border wall to stop illegal immigration, to stop the gangs and the violence, and to stop the drugs from pouring into our communities. He is dedicated to enforcing our border laws, ending sanctuary cities, and stemming the tide of lawlessness associated with illegal immigration.

Supporting law enforcement also means deporting illegal aliens with violent criminal records who have remained within our borders.

It is the first duty of government to keep the innocent safe, and President Donald Trump will fight for the safety of every American, and especially those Americans who have not known safe neighborhoods for a very long time.

I’m guessing that Deray and the rest of the BLM crowd won’t be visiting the White House again anytime soon.

  1. This one is gonna make heads explode:

    • Ann says:

Well, it would solve a lot of problems while keeping the money at home. You are correct, gonna be a lot of exploding heads over this one.

  2. America First Foreign Policy

The Trump Administration is committed to a foreign policy focused on American interests and American national security.

Peace through strength will be at the center of that foreign policy. This principle will make possible a stable, more peaceful world with less conflict and more common ground.

Defeating ISIS and other radical Islamic terror groups will be our highest priority. To defeat and destroy these groups, we will pursue aggressive joint and coalition military operations when necessary. In addition, the Trump Administration will work with international partners to cut off funding for terrorist groups, to expand intelligence sharing, and to engage in cyberwarfare to disrupt and disable propaganda and recruiting.

Next, we will rebuild the American military. Our Navy has shrunk from more than 500 ships in 1991 to 275 in 2016. Our Air Force is roughly one third smaller than in 1991. President Trump is committed to reversing this trend, because he knows that our military dominance must be unquestioned.

Finally, in pursuing a foreign policy based on American interests, we will embrace diplomacy. The world must know that we do not go abroad in search of enemies, that we are always happy when old enemies become friends, and when old friends become allies.

The world will be more peaceful and more prosperous with a stronger and more respected America.

LOL. Sikhs were hired by the Brits in India as army troops because they loved to slaughter Muslims. They would shoot them out of cannons. If a proggy read any history their heads would spin off.

    • lateblum says:

But, I thought the libruls and Progs and Dems are gentler, kinder, more refined.
      My bad. ☹️

    • 49erDweet says:

My reading is that “the resistance” lost control of a few “rioters” and they retaliated too much against the red cap guy. Over-reacting is always a problem for message groups when they use paid provocateurs. Turned them from “peaceful protestors” into “neo-facists”. ROFLALALAL. Message reversal!!!! WCPGW?

I saw a prepper ad and decided to look at my pantry. I have so much soup. What would ever compel me to buy cream of celery? I have 6 cans. I can feed a family of 4 for 30 days. I have that much soup..

    • cynic says:

That’s happened to me. I see a recipe on the internet that sounds good, and note that it calls for cream of celery soup. I’ll buy it, and then forget to make the recipe. This happens over a period of time, then bam, I own 6 cans of the stuff!

    • blowme0bama says:

I think you use it to put in casseroles or something.

    • blowme0bama says:

Oh, PSA for the ladies here:

Men Don’t Like Casseroles, as a general proposition.

      • AFVet says:

        WRONG !
My wife makes a broccoli casserole using cream of celery soup that is outstanding.

      • cynic says:

I’m lucky. Hubby actually likes them, and we have our favorites. On babysitting nights, it’s nice to have some leftovers that are quick to heat up, and very few dishes to do.
One of my favorites is No Peek Chicken & Rice. I was looking for a link to that recipe, and came up with one that’s similar (mine calls for white rice). Look, this one even calls for cream of celery soup. Maybe I’ll try this recipe!

        • blowme0bama says:

Casseroles are a convenience. That’s why women make them. They’re, at best, not dog food.

There are exceptions, tetrazzini and lasagna are fantastic.

Bringing the truth da ‘ladies don’t want to hear.

          • cynic says:

Casseroles aren’t the healthiest things to eat (usually canned soups, cheese, sour cream, etc.) and yes, they are definitely a convenience. I raised a family and I can honestly say that we would only eat out only once a week. We didn’t do carryouts, and we ate together as a family almost every night. I can’t say for sure if my casseroles were any healthier than a burger and fries, but they sure did save us a lot of money, and I wasn’t serving soda at home.

          • blowme0bama says:

Mom was even so lazy she used casserole mixes – hamburger helper, tuna helper … JESUS..

      • Lulu says:

I just add Ro-tel and he will eat the casserole. Just sayin’.

      • cynic says:

Try King Ranch casserole and Beefy Enchilada casserole. Those are two of our favorites as well.

  6. taw46 says:

Today, Twitter has turned from Barron to Melania. The mean girls are still going strong.

  7. The majority of white women voted for Trump.

    • Lulu says:

That is because men don’t yell at us because we are not fuck-ups. They don’t understand that fuck-up men get yelled at too.

  8. AFVet says:

And now for something completely different.
This song kind of fits Trump, if you change ‘Johnnie’ to ‘Donnie’.

  9. DandyTIger says:

I’m very impressed with the large numbers of protesters today all around. Sadly they’re mostly spouting delusional messages that come from brainwashing. Some is reasonable, they don’t like some words Trump has used. He said some bad words and triggered people. Most of it is completely insane. Will be interesting if they can keep together and come up with a coherent message to effect policy. Probably won’t effect much directly in the next two years. But if they keep it together, and figure out a message, they could change things in two years. It’s on.

    • DandyTIger says:

Displays of big numbers, whether you have big numbers of voters or not, is power.

    • DandyTIger says:

Their main problem I think is the very thing that drives them, identity politics. It’s eventually self destructive. Remember, vagina is offensives to trans people. White women having a voice is offensive to black women. Not sure they know how to deal with that. The very concept of a woman is offensive to some of them. 🙂

      • 1539days says:

I think the problem is the bubble. The left has such disdain for most of the country, they have moved out of “flyover” country. Progs refuse to live in red states and that’s how Trump can win an election with 46% of the vote. But if more of them moved to red states, they might have to come face to face with the reality that Americans aren’t monsters and special snowflakes like them are assholes.

        • AFVet says:

I blame a lot of it on the universities.
There is a distinct lack of respect for people, property and differing opinions.
It will take a monumental effort to turn that around.

    • mcnorman says:

I hear lots of “feelings” type rubbish. I’m really sick of the feelings mentality. We all have them. The reality is that the world has never run on “feelings.”

  10. That’s funny, I don’t see Trump. Where is he?

  11. Congrats, Klown. We’re over 4 million. First full day of Trump presidency, too. 🙂

  12. blowme0bama says:

Trump was supposed to have started at 3 ET delivering remarks to the CIA. Maybe he arrested Brenan first.

    • blowme0bama says:

HUGE CHEERS. At least the rank and file like him.

    • blowme0bama says:

This into speaker is an Obama hire, obviously.

    • taw46 says:

Big cheers all the way through his speech. Guess they were glad to see Obama go. And he called out the press for lying and saying he was at war with the Intelligence community.

    • CiscoKid says:

I’m so glad you posted this, I didn’t know. And it was worth the watch.
I believe it was very symbolic also, as President, damn I love saying it, President Trump made it very clear that this was his first stop as his first full day as President.
And calling out the press about lying, he-he, I’ll never get tired of hearing that.

  13. swanspirit says:

I had a bunch of stuff to do this morning, including grocery shopping, so I am a bit late catching up.
First and foremost, he who shall not be named is gone, and Donald Trump is still POTUS, and even though it is the weekend, he is not playing golf, he is working. For this I am deeply and thoroughly grateful.
I see on my TV, thousands of women, and some men, who have heretofore been largely anonymous, but now have knitted pussyfooting hats, put them on, marched out, and identified themselves to the world as stupid. Little mini duncecaps, on their heads, pink ones, scream how stupid they are.
I wish I had a microphone and a camera so I could ask them if this means they are defending the rights of Muslim women, to bare their heads and let the wind play with their hair. Or even leave their home without a male escort. Or not have their genitals mutilated.
I would like to ask them if they think the OTC morning after pills are coming off the shelves.
I would like to ask them if they think there is a man on this planet, that hasn’t said the word pussy, or the equivalent in their own language.
I am not even ashamed of them, as women. I knew there were lots of stupid women who voted for Hillary. I just didn’t expect them to knit hats representing a word they say they don’t like, put them on their heads and walk out in public.
It has not yet been 100 years, since women have had the vote in this country., but the women who really fought for women’s rights got the job done, up to and including the latest women’s rights fights we had in the past few decades. Those women are smart, and strong. Women’s rights improved all over the world, because of those women. Some are right here on this blog. The smart women, voted for Trump.
Tomorrow, the marches will be over, and Donald Trump will still be POTUS.

  14. Dora says:

    His answer to today’s march.

President Donald Trump Will Sign Executive Order Sunday to Defund International Planned Parenthood

    http://www.lifenews.com/2017/01/20/president-donald-trump-will-sign-executive-order-sunday-to-defund-intentional-planned-parenthood/

    • Lulu says:

But the FUN of it all is making people who oppose it pay for it via their taxes. They can raise plenty of money from private sources for these programs. The other issue is getting NGO’s to essentially launder taxpayer money that is returned to those who directed the payment from tax payer coffers back in the form of donations and paying lobbyists who are are ex-legislators or bureaucratic flunkies who gave them tax money in the past. Trump is breaking the cycle and the ring around the rosie of tax payer money paying off cronies who don’t do all of the good works they claim. PP can raise plenty of money for their services and pay reasonable salaries to their corporate officers like Cecile Richards without handing out money in DC like she was a queen.

  15. CiscoKid says:

“When pro-abortion former President Barack Obama took office, Obama overturned a policy that prevented funding of groups that promote or perform abortions overseas. The Mexico City Policy covered over $400 million in federal funds, part of which flowed to the abortion businesses International Planned Parenthood and Marie Stopes International for their foreign efforts.”
$400 million! WTF The article didn’t say but I’ll bet that was every year

    • mcnorman says:

Cisco, the msm doesn’t care about these minor details. It’s up to us to do the work for these lazy bastards.

      • CiscoKid says:

Yep! That’s why I depend on the blogs.
When I talk to friends about current events, they’ll ask, “where did you hear/read that”?
Then I’ll refer the to site to check it out.
And 9 out of 10 times they’ll tell, but that wasn’t on the “news”, my point exactly ill tell them.
