      Everything Melania!!!

PDJT telling NATO to pay up.
Pissing off Merkel and Macron on “climate/global warming scam.
And as always, when Trump stops by to visit our military.

      • swanspirit says:

Yes, that was fun too. And for all those people indignant about POTUS pissing off Merkel, I have this to say.
Who the Fuck does Merkel think she is, having a little public tete -a- tete with our former president, while he takes the opportunity to bash our current one, all while she looks on approvingly, and then shows up expecting to influence the same current POTUS?

Does she think our Donald , and citizens of the USA would fail to notice? So if you were ticked off fraud Merkel, too damned bad. Sit your Ass down, and STFU, because you were the one giving the first insult.

      • foxyladi14 says:

Besides Melania, That would be mine too!! 😀

      • Jadzia says:

The news here is playing that f*cking Trump/Macron handshake (which Macron is quoted as saying was “not innocent,” whatever TF that means and yes, I asked my French husband what it meant and he didn’t know either) basically on a loop. ??????

    • Venus says:

      ThevCLOTHES she wore!!!
Magnificent. Put the lies of the MSM the last 80years about MO ‘the fashion ocon’ on blast.
2nd best thing was the symbolism — 3 holiest places of 3 major religions plus direct flight from SA to Israel

@redsteeze still isn’t a Trump fan, but kudos for this article.

I know, redsteeze was an annoying NeverTrumper, but somehow still likable, I posted Milo’s wrap up of his tweet master trolling downstairs 😀

I quit reading him for awhile during the election, but gradually started back. No one goes after the left and the media like him. The best.

  3. Dora says:

One of the best parts of following this tour, was watching to see what Melania was going to wear. I’m not the only one. People all around the world were obsessed with Melania’s clothing. Check out the photos comparing Melania to Sophia Loren.

Melania Trump Soars in 5-Inch Pink Pumps in Sicily & This Sold-Out $4,000 D&G Dress

    • helenk3 says:

so it wasn’t just me who saw the resemblance between the two ladies.
Last night on TCM they were talking about Sophia Loren and thought about her and Mrs Trump.

      • DeniseVB says:

Melania’s still in the fashion chops and class of Sophia Loren, who was always an inspiration in my youth to “be classy”. 😉

    • SHV says:

Love the shoes!! It’s a rare woman who can be active wearing Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps with 5″ heels. Melania must be 6’3″ with that foot wear.

      • DeniseVB says:

How’s the trip going? Good grief, even Fox covered you guys live today, and yeah, stay safe !!

        • SHV says:

As soon as flight was “delayed”, Al got out her I-Pad and phone and cancelled London hotel and booked direct flight from Milan to JFK in AM. Staying night at Sheraton at airport. Our British Airways flight reboarded 2 hours late and not sure if/when it took off or where it landed. We were the only two who didn’t reboard. According to twitter, the line to passport control to leave Heathrow was 4-6 hours wait.

          • taw46 says:

Smart decision. Sorry you had to miss London, though. How was Lake Como?

          • SHV says:

Lake Como is nice. For time/travel/logistical reasons, we stayed 5 nights in Como. We stayed in an airbnb 3 bdroom condo on the fourth floor of the hotel Barchetta Excelcelor building with lake view, We had planned to take several boat trips but I woke up with a “swallowed battery acid sore throat” and Al was happy to explore the Como area, so we stayed at our “villa” ate Italian food and Gellato.

          • Jadzia says:

Is this the IT outage or something else? (Asks the person who is going to London this week.) Glad to hear you’re safe!

      • taw46 says:

Check out the ones she wore with that black lacy dress in Belgium.

    • Jadzia says:

She inspired me to look at Dolce & Gabbana–next time I win the lottery, I am going to buy one of their BEAUTIFUL business-y blazers like the one she wore in the portrait. It is stunning–very curvy and feminine, but professional at the same time.

  4. helenk3 says:

    for the readers here
just finished a good political thriller. The Tracker by Chad Zunker.
with all the political stuff going on now, this book fit right in.

  5. taw46 says:

I particularly liked the visit to Saudi Arabia. FNC carried just about all of the events as they were happening. Fascinating look at that country. Sadly, their coverage decreased with each country. I watched as much as I could find. Proud of our strong President, and our kind and genuine First Lady.

    • DeniseVB says:

I completely missed Cspan coverage, were they covering it? Just had Fox on mute all day. I think it was because of the Hillary commencement sound bites. My ears!

      • taw46 says:

I saw one screen capture from C-SPAN on twitter, but I never could find the coverage.

      • taw46 says:

Remember how MSM covered the Obama trips? All over TV. But very little of the Trumps except to be negative.

        • Ann says:

And that is why they stopped covering this trip. When they figured out he wasn’t going to be shunned and he wasn’t going to f-up they moved on. You can be certain if he had done something really wrong (instead of MSM made-up wrong) the coverage would have continued.

          • taw46 says:

Exactly. They didn’t want Americans to see a strong President. Or to see Melania and how warmly she was welcomed.

    • mothy67 says:

Had she stayed in the woods and let Trump govern I’d have been fine with moving forward. She won’t go away. I now want to see her and cohorts in jail. I walked door to door for her in 2008. Pittsburgh very big hills. I now want to watch as her teeth are extracted without anesthesia.
Please can we start a gofundme to have Chelsea go away. Her tweets are the worst.

And now I see that HOLYSHIT it’s less than $20 in the States: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Scholls-Electronic-Everything-Pedicures/dp/B00M3H4YN2 The stores here charge 60 euros for something very similar! • Jadzia says:

I’ve been saying the same thing as the New Republic on this topic for more than 20 years now. It’s clear that the Boomer leaders in the Democratic Party either (a) believe that they are never going to die, and/or (b) don’t give a fuck what happens after they’re gone. As a regular here, I like to think that I am pretty politically aware–but I can only think of THREE prominent Democratic politicians (Chelsea doesn’t count) under the age of 50: Cory Booker, Kristin Gillibrand, and Kamala Harris. And they’re not much under the age of 50–Gen X is middle aged now! The Republican Party has been doing a much better job of cultivating its JV team going back at least a generation.

      • kanaughty says:

don’t forget they are trying to groom mitch Landrieu too with his making an issue out of a non issue that only concluded in adding an air of divisiveness that wasn’t really there before this monuments absurdity. new Orleans residents want three things, to not be victims of crimes, to not have their cars destroyed by pot holes, and to always every day and ever night after work or before work, to party-to festival. they are mostly party positive people down there who want a good time. this monuments thing brought a negative cloud over the residents there. if only he had had them vote on it, this wouldn’t have been an issue. anyway, what I am saying is this was a manufactured crisis by Landrieu and dem operatives to put him on the national stage. his speech was bs on the real history of the war and those generals. and I was saying in facebook comments, I wouldn’t doubt that right before 2020 primaries, he will push to take down the iconic Jackson statue too for self exposure only. and he won’t let the people of that parish vote on it. he is an ahole. and this is the plan. and I hope he loses bigly including his mayoral reelection.

      • Constance says:

I just love her style! I wish I could find an article with pictures of all of her memorable outfits from this trip. One thing I like is Melania never wears something calculated to win low brow, male, sexual approval (Beyonce) meaning too short, to low cut, too see through, too tight, which to me, looks pathetic and needy. I guess I’ve always felt that pandering to people (men) whose standards for sex partners seem to be female, human and not dead, is pathetic. Melania just wears gorgeous style. Of course all of these clothes were cut or at least altered specifically for her but some of the longer hem dresses were intriguing as I wonder if that was the length they were originally designed for. Most designers don’t do understated elegance.

        • mothy67 says:

She is also not ridiculously thin. I met Jackie O once through Marta (nanny) she did not look human. Way too thin.
Mel T has a caboose and is stacked. Color me a sexist pig but no way she could have one without the other. My kid has a dancers lower half she will soon be 11. Boobs are a major thought. My sister, her grandmother, has monsters and she is thin. Her mom very little.
So funny a year ago I would have run screaming from a room before I talked about breasts or menstruation. Now its almost daily. I was worried about PG-13 films. Now kid is into laughing at horror films. Never thought I would be here. I am so lucky my kid shows me no respect. I am kind of or was a bit of a prude. Kid runs all over my hesitations. TT what’s a blow job. Thanks Madonna. Kid came home from school asking about cock sucking. I had to address. Yes it was Madonna. I had to talk to her. I would have rather pulled all my own teeth out. We got through it.
She is my chump. Some kids are already smoking pot. She comes home and tells me. She really talks honestly to me. I will endure awkward if it means she thrives. We are not buds. I am cosigning nothing. She errs I take the phone.I am big on responsibility.
Funny my sister, her grandmother, had a tumor in her room for rent brain and lung cancer. She is chippy. No cancer living in Florida. I think my DNA should be studied.

        • taw46 says:

Constance, this article has 20 photos of her in each of the outfits. Just scroll down in the article and you will see them.

I just couldn’t resist posting this here.
Round of applause for keebler AC over at TCTH.

  17. mothy67 says:

I would love to know Melania. Her story. Five languages! A foreign born first lady that was a super model. Married a billionaire. Gave birth to my nephew in law. Dims lather on praise for non traditional FLOTUS like killery and meeeechelle. Melania seems to embrace her role with such dignity and grace. I have read peeps on twitter scoffing at her children’s hospital visits. They hate it. Call it PR and fake. Well somehow I have made it to 50. Never supposed to happen. I remember how it felt to have ball players just stop by. They make a difference to ailing children. Who cares why. They alter the trajectory. Melania has given at least dozens of sick children a reason to smile. Imagine knowing as a kid there is nothing left and you meet First Lady.
A few here have dealt with a sick child. I was one and have known others it rips your heart out. I have so much respect for her. Other ways to do photo ops. I write this not as a bitter middle aged suck hole but as a dying little boy. Mean Joe Green just stopping by to say hey. Willie Stargell made me give him an autograph. I was older by then maybe 10. He told me he collected winners . I was having that God awful thing where they shoot dye into artery. Not fun. Baseball legend asks me to sign a card. Priceless.
Lynn Swan, Terry Bradshaw, mr rogers all visited. They provide hope or at least a sense that world is more than pain even if its just a few minutes..
Docs say I had a spontaneous recovery. I wasn’t sick. No virus. I was born with one hell of a fucked up ticker. No one lives as long as me. Its creepy. Blood pumper is made of scrap. Ten years is kinda max with my shit. I will be 51.
Anyhow hate away on Trumps but think about what it means to families of sick kids to meet Melania.

    • taw46 says:

Thanks for sharing from a sick child’s perspective, they are the ones that matter here. I am particularly disgusted when they go after her visits with children who are ill. You only need to look at the photos and videos to see the genuine care, concern, and love that comes from her. You can’t fake that, it shows on her face.

      • mothy67 says:

Taw I as an adult and as a kid I have been there. She, Melania, has shown grace.
She inspires me. I don’t want some fuck tard defining my response. I know a physical hell. Sorry if you not you snowflakes haven’t had a saw twice rip your chest open. If you sometimes forget you are not a freak then you shave and see trach scars. You just stand there and look.
I am for real scarred. My ankles, my groin, throat, elbow big fat assed chest scar where my ticker is. I will always hurt . Snowflakes tire me. What is the complaint. They are attending college on campus. Everything I do is for my kid to go to college. I am not her parent. I am her great gay uncle who grew up with an outhouse can I ever catch a break?

      • Dora says:

“You can’t fake that” is exactly what I said to my Hubby when we were looking at the pictures. This woman is so genuine.

        • Jadzia says:

She really seems to have blossomed. I think she looked pretty uncomfortable for the first few months after the election, but in the past few months–maybe starting around the time of the Easter Egg Roll?–she hasn’t put a foot wrong.

I have bad news for you too.
Trump will not change HIS position one micrometer.

Oh wow! Just wow! Merkel is on a rant. What might she be planning? I think we are living in exciting times.

Merkel warns US, Britain no longer reliable partners

Frankfurt am Main (AFP) – Europe “must take its fate into its own hands” faced with a western alliance divided by Brexit and Donald Trump’s presidency, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Sunday.

“The times in which we could completely depend on others are on the way out. I’ve experienced that in the last few days,” Merkel told a crowd at an election rally in Munich, southern Germany.

“We Europeans truly have to take our fate into our own hands,” she added.

While Germany and Europe would strive to remain on good terms with America and Britain, “we have to fight for our own destiny”, Merkel went on.

    • lyn says:

No one should ever “fully depend” on anyone for their destiny (and defense). Why did they ever become so dependent in the first place. But too late for Europe to figure that out. I guess they opened their borders to being colonized by the caliphate assuming we’d bail them out later. Oops. Merkel better start wearing a burka in public less she lose her head.

    • swanspirit says:

Oh so FUN!! I have been wanting lip liner done, just never had the nerve, or thew extra funds, to do it! Pics, let’s see pics, and a full report!

      • Jadzia says:

I am just hoping they let me pick the thickness. I am not really into “the natural look,” ha ha. Supposedly it hurts (duh–but I got numbing cream by telling my doctor I needed it for eyebrow waxing), and then you have to get a touchup very soon after it’s done–like two weeks later. But then, supposedly, it stays on for 6-12 months. And all the places around here do the subsequent touchups for half price.

And if I don’t like it, then I’ll just look silly for 6 months or so and not do the touchup. This is all part of my ongoing project to not have to be so high-maintenance in the morning–shorter hair, a REAL skin-care regime to cut down or eliminate the need for foundation, and if the eyeliner works, it’ll be lipstick and go! Every day!

        Will update-if I don’t go blind!

John Podesta in a frenzy converting $40B Clinton Foundation assets into gold, diamonds & artwork

I am a cart returner unless there is not a cart return in site. otherwise, even at petsmart, I bring the cart back into the store, because they don’t have cart returns. but if it’s a huge box store with no cart returns, I say screw it, you should have put some in, you had the money and property to do.

I had to chuckle after reading this article…….proof that science is never settled ! Our govt diet guidelines may be all wrong now, lol !

    • mothy67 says:

I went to a dietitian when I had kidney/liver problems. She was so sickly looking. There is no need for super skim milk. Its stupid.
FYI if you order skim or 2% milk for coffee after dinner in a restaurant you are getting whole milk that your server adds water to.

    • votermom says:

I was just reading Big Fat Surprise. It’s true, most of the dietary consensus is based on egocentric scientists who bullied their way ibto dominance. Very weird.

You know what else isn’t science – that vegetables and fruit are good for you. No one has ever done any actual studies, it’s always presupposed that they are.

Kids friend is spending the night. Her mom is the one who called me out for thumb war thus creating racial riots all over town. Would it be grossly immature if I climbed a tree, hid and shot paint balls at her? I am a pillar in my community. Thumb war cannot go unchecked.

Are you worried about the direction of the world?

Do you want the power to change it?

Ever wonder how you can have the biggest impact?

We have an answer: A-Teams. To start or join one, click here. We might even fund you.

A-Teams are special-ops teams for activism. They bring together the skills needed to tap into the Internet as a political force—skills like writing, design, tech, comms, networking allies, and activist strategy—and they use all that to take on “impossible” challenges and win shocking victories.

If you’ve been on our list for some time, this will sound familiar. Fight for the Future is an A-Team. In 2011 we sort of came out of nowhere (well, the open-source nonprofit scene), connected with key players working on SOPA (the bill that would have let big media corporations censor entire websites) and brought some serious new creative firepower to the Internet freedom movement.

We trolled Justin Bieber into opposing SOPA’s precursor, S. 978. We produced a video that explained the threat. And we organized a new, epic way for sites to protest and got reddit, Tumblr, Mozilla and tons of others to actually do it, inundating members of Congress with emails and calls, starting a snowball that grew and grew and grew into the biggest online protest ever. In the end, we beat SOPA so badly it became a symbol of a new, organized Internet.

The thing is, right now nearly every issue area needs A-Teams like ours: teams who can come out of nowhere, tap the Internet’s new potential for collective action, and win historic victories.

Our goal is to make these A-Teams happen. Would you like to help? Click here to read more and apply—either as a founder, a team member, or a volunteer.

Not for you but still want to help? Spread the word by sharing on social media.

A-Teams have to be nimble. This means staying small, and focused. Fight for the Future’s focus has been on Internet freedom in the U.S., but there are tons of equally important issues that require urgent attention! Drug epidemics and prohibition are destroying lives. Corruption, racism, and classism are ripping societies apart. America’s prison system is a crime against humanity.

Even in our own issue space, Internet freedom, we’re taking a beating in most of the world right now. Most countries in Europe and Asia have passed the same Internet censorship laws we stopped in the US. App-specific blocking and Internet shutdowns are becoming more and more common, everywhere.

On any one of these tough problems, an A-Team could turn the tide. The only thing missing? People. If you can get involved, click here to learn more and apply.

If not, forward this email or click here to spread the word on social media.

You don’t need any magical skillset. If you’re fast, organized, and know how to write for the Internet, you don’t even need any special work experience at all—just determination and passion!

If you have a specific skill (say, legal, or software development, or design/art, or organizing events, shows or parties) we could use your help as a volunteer, or possibly even a paid contractor.

If you’re a go-getter who just might want to go hard on activism for a few months, we need you as a founder!

Whatever your skills, the world needs A-Teams, and A-Teams need **you**. We can help you get connected, get started, and—maybe—even funded too.

If all of this is very vague and mysterious, that’s okay, it’s a lot! Click through to read more and apply. Or send us an email with your questions. Alongside our work defending net neutrality and fighting government surveillance, A-Teams are a top priority for us this year. We’re happy to take the time discussing this in depth with anyone who’s seriously interested. And you’ll be hearing more from us on this, we promise.

    Thanks for everything!

Holmes Wilson and the whole Fight for the Future team.

They are partners with AFL-CIO, Daily Kos , NEA, The Women’s March, Leonardo DiCaprio. etc etc.
Why they picked on me, I do not know, but just looking at their methodology, is telling.
They are up to no good.

This will attract “evil losers” since being on the A-Team sounds so cool 😉

    • kanaughty says:

A-team(s) what a bad name for an organization that most likely wants to have gun control too. cmon, come up with something else, cause this A-team has nothing to do with the original A-team. the original A-team also loved to blow things up too. and loved military vehicles, but this A-team probably wants to cut military spending for lgbtq and women’s studies.

I hope this doesn’t catch on here.
