Is It Okay To Punch A Woman If She’s A Nazi?

Sometimes I ponder deeply about the critical issues facing our nation. This isn’t one of those times.

1. Is it okay to punch a woman if she’s a Nazi?
2. If you punch a Nazi, is it okay if he punches you back?
3. What’s wrong with a little global warming?
4. If robots take all the jobs, what will people do to make money?

Discuss.

You want to follow “The Duck Daily Sun” on Facebook. It’s a newspaper published by the Bangor, Maine police department. “If it were really a newspaper, it would be really cheap. Since we don’t need paper, it’s free.”

      • DeniseVB says:

One of my favorite FB follows is the local police scanner page. It’s a closed group and strict rules, but it is so fun. People listening to the police scanner and reporting the 911 calls, or if a police car goes zooming past your house you can ask What’s going on near blah, blah street heading south. Usually someone tells you what call they’re answering to if they’re listening. Pretty cool. Especially on Fri and Sat nights. 😉

        • elliesmom says:

Today’s Bangor police newsletter was “shaming” someone who left a sofa and a chair in the middle of the road. It’s actually the Duck Daily Sun. They end every post with “Keep your hands to yourself, leave other people’s things alone, and be kind to one another.
          We will be here.”

Our local weather guy is giving Maria a 15% chance of wobbling west enough to affect us. That’s pretty low for the local guys who thrive on the seasonal hurricane drama and making us “stay tuned” for ratings. Though Irma did make that wobble west, didn’t she?

When Clapper speaks my legal BS detector goes off. When you hear someone talk like that you gotta spend a lot of time carefully parsing their words and asking follow-up questions. Lawyers are experts at lying by telling the truth selectively. That’s how they coach their clients to lie. That’s also where the phrase “I gotta run it by legal” came from.

      Hillary lies like a lawyer.

Here’s my position, Kid Rock is more qualified to be President than Obama was, yeah, the bar is set that low for me. We know the Kid loves America, warts and all, has a yuuge personal success record, a self made gazillionaire, so replacing a Dem in the Senate would be okie-doke for me. It’s what got Trump elected. So far, so good 😉

  9. John Denney says:

I once dreamed I saw a Nazi officer sneering at a young woman as he twisted her wrist, forcing her to her knees. His back was to me, and enraged, I sprinted toward him. He turned his ugly face toward me at the last moment, with his sneer, monacle, dueling scar, and cigarette in a long cigarette holder, and I punched him in the stomach with all my strength and momentum. He doubled over, fell to the ground, and the young woman ran away. As I stood over him, huffing and puffing, catching my breath, he began shrinking as he writhed in pain, until he was just a baby in a diaper, gasping for breath, with a big blue welt in the middle of his torso where I had hit him.
I felt awful for what I had done to him.

The “cities” are suing? Who exactly filed the suits? The Mayor? City Council? Attorney General?
Does the general populace of the cities support the suit? Yeah, probably.
Cut off their supply of petroleum products until they see the light.
They’d soon starve – no fuel for 18 wheelers that deliver groceries. No fuel for fishing boats that supply Fisherman’s Wharf. No fuel for the planes at the airports. No cars, of course. Or bus lines. Where does the electricity come from for the cable cars and trolleys and BART? Solar? Wind? Hydro? Nuke? Or the evil hydrocarbons?

Speaking of evil, solar cells are designed to absorb as much energy as possible from the sun, which of course causes global warming. Remember when Obama’s science adviser said we could help mitigate global warming by painting our rooftops and parking lots white to reflect away as much of the sun’s energy as possible?
      The science is settled.

Point of order. That picture is of a Klown Quartet. Not a Klown Barbershop Quartet. Barbershop quarters all have bass vocalists. It’s quite obvious none of those Klowns are capable of singing bass. Straighten out there, Klown.

Heh. I sing karaoke with a guy of Vietnamese ancestry who weighs about 110 pounds and can sing Elvis’, “Can’t Help Falling In Love” with a beautiful bass voice.

He does killer death metal, too – the Marine unit in which he was a radio operator took 80% casualties at the battle of Fallujah in the 1st Gulf war.

DNC/Dem’s spending more money than it has on hand.
    Just a snippet from freebeacon.
The Democratic National Committee’s already dire financial standing worsened during the month of August, according to its Wednesday night filing to the FEC.

The DNC raised just $4.4 million last month, the second lowest August fundraising figure for the party in the past decade. The party had less cash on hand at the end of the month than it did at the beginning, as its spending outpaced its fundraising by $44,575.

And it gets worse. The DNC’s debt substantially increased from $3.4 million to $4.1 million, a figure equal to about 60 percent of the committee’s total cash on hand.

Bank of China? Maybe yesterday, but not today.
Soros? Probably, but China will not bankroll California’s lunacy.

There’s nothing wrong with a little global warming, as long as it is just a safe little bit.

But if a little bit is good, is a little bit more better? Is a whole lot more a whole lot better?

How many little bit mores add up to a whole lotta more warming? How hot does your part of California need to get before it just isn’t quite safe to live in any more? What with the aging body becoming more susceptible to heat exhaustion and/or heat stroke as the heat waves get hotter and
rising electricity demand leads to a blackout right during the hottest part of the new improved heat wave?

Of course, if man made global warming is just a myth and a hoax . . . Gorebull Warming, if you will . . . then that whole line of questioning is useless and needless.
