    Good morning TCH!

  2. DeniseVB says:

Looks like 23,000 write-in votes swung the AL election to Jones, supposedly conservatives who couldn’t stand Moore and wouldn’t vote for a Dem. The GOPe won last night, Moore wouldn’t vote with them anyhow, so they keep their “power”.

    PDT did win something yesterday.

Trump Wins Defamation Court Case Over His Twitter Account

A New York appeals court ruled that you cannot collect damages for defamation if President Donald Trump insults you over Twitter.

look at the write in votes on this picture

    need to vent a little
Sessions get appointed to head the DOJ, immediately says “hey not me, I am not going to take on Hillary’s FBI and left over obots in the DOJ. I will go pick the low hanging fruit MS13 that everybody hates. Bad pick.
Then the deep staters say better to give a republican state to a democrat then have a republican who is NOK win.
both parties suck. Neither one is interested in what is best for the country. Only interest is keeping the best paying no work part time job in the country

    end of rant

    • DeniseVB says:

After the stupid AL Senate kerfluffle election, I wish Sessions never left that seat. I was hoping for a Trey Gowdy, Judge Jeanine, Rudy Guiliani or Ted Cruz. Alabama just proved there are no safe seats left for the GOP thanks to the GOPe.

    • Somebody says:

Yes it sucks that Sessions is so “principled” his virtue signaling has resulted in his abdication as AG. He is really nothing more than a figure head at this point. I know there are some on the right that insist he is stealthily playing 11 dimension chess, but I don’t see it.

I liked Jeff Sessions as a senator, but not as AG. I was thrilled at first when he was appointed, but haven’t been since. Just look at who he selected as his deputies. If he was serious about swamp draining and MAGA, he would have looked outside the feds and the DC cabal for his deputies.

As far as Moore losing, yes it sucks to lose a reliable republican seat……BUT, remember Obama lost a reliable D seat in Massachusetts. Kennedy died and Scott Brown rolled into DC. That didn’t seem to slow Obama down now did it?

The problem is Trump is fighting both parties and some of his generals are not loyal, incompetent or both. I’m sure he knows that and will make adjustments, but given the GOP leadership doesn’t have his back it will not be easy.

Moore losing the election isn’t the end of the world. Despite what he promised, I seriously doubt he would have been a reliable vote for MAGA. He’s always been a muh principles kind of guy. He would have given Rand Paul a run for his money with virtue signaling.

Does this mean AL gets an abortion clinic next to every HS?

The irony of blacks giving Jones a win, when PP murders black babies by the thousands.

  14. helenk3 says:

yes it was bannon’s loss but the GOP did themselves no favors

  15. DeniseVB says:

This could be right ? I remember the anger that gave the GOP the house majority in 2010 and the Senate in 2012. Unfortunately, that didn’t help stop Obama. A Dem majority would do even more damage, I guess we better start getting angry again 😀

    • DandyTIger says:

There were quite a few special elections in Trump’s first 6 months. I seem to remember all the Repubs won what they should have won. And I seem to remember they won by standard margins. Having said that, I wouldn’t be surprised that 2018 might look like 2010 in reverse. Put on your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

    • Somebody says:

He’s right, but it is within the GOP’s power to stop it. Problem is I don’t think they want to. If they did they would get on board, repeal Ocare, stop the obstruction of appointments, and pass POTUS’s agenda. They’ve shown no willingness to do any of those things. They prefer to serve their COC masters, with Trump in the WH they can’t stand the glaring spotlight, the pressure to step up. Nope they’d much prefer to be the minority party, it is easier to feign support of MAGA and claim to be powerless if they are the minority.

      • taw46 says:

I saw some of MSM coverage, and that is exactly what they are doing now. Saying this was a repudiation of Trump, since he backed two losers (Strange and Moore). Then others say he backed Moore and lost, not any mention of the fact that he backed Strange in the primary. Talk of a battle between Bannon and Trump. And of course, no mention of the allegations against Moore that ran non-stop for weeks prior to the election. Nooo, that had nothing to do with it. And even some on FOX were playing this game, saying Alabama no longer supports Trump.

They’re not angry; they are full of hate.

    Anybody hear anything about this?

Chuck Schumer’s Steamy Affair With A High School Cheerleader Confirmed

The alleged affair between Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and his daughter’s best friend from high school has been confirmed by the girl’s mother and by medical records obtained by subpoena from Planned Parenthood. The young girl, just 16-years-old when she was seduced by Schumer, committed suicide before her 20th birthday.

Schumer’s daughter, Lisa, first broke the story because she thought her dad was being a “hypocrite about the Roy Moore scandal.”

  24. elliesmom says:

When Kennedy died, the people of MA sent Scott Brown to the senate to stop ObamaCare. He wasn’t the first Republican senator in my lifetime from MA, but party wasn’t the issue. He was sent for one purpose only – to be the deciding vote. He voted the way he was sent to vote, which kept his covenant with the people who voted for him. Two years later, the voters in MA reverted to type and voted in a Democrat again. There weren’t any strong feelings against Brown. He just wasn’t from the same tribe.

From a distance, it appears the people of Alabama only have one mission for Jones, and that was to defeat Moore. Accomplished. Jones may or may not please the people of Alabama, but he won’t have to do a poor job of representing them for them to revert to type and return a Republican to the senate the next time they vote. It’s not like the state has been turned blue.

something is really hinky here. paper ballots being destroyed in Alabama. After judge stayed a lower court judgement to preserve ballots
