F.O.O.T : BarryCades Edition

Remember this asshole ? Guess who? LOL.

On October 13, 2013, Truckers, Vets, and concerned citizens took on Washington D.C. by removing “barrycades” from our National Monuments and depositing them in front of the White House.

I won’t be making it to the midnight deadline for the *shutdown* so just thought I’d put this here. But I’ll never forget Broncobama making this about him in 2013 and sticking it to the people.

Oh, and my 1-yr anniversary making it back to my hotel from the Deploraball, note to self, stay away from open bar events 😉

You will be glad to know that all day long I have had push notices about the latest pink hat – I mean pussies and pussy pretenders of all colors march. I am sure you are happy not to have to deal with that bunch again. I assume it is this weekend because several of the brigade have said they cannot volunteer this weekend. To busy still trying to make Hillary president. Just as well – since that means the federal employees will also not be coming.

The pussy notices have been intermingled with a constant barrage of the sky is falling here in swampland over the shutdown.

On the other hand, not one push notice mention of the Right to Life event today which was very interesting since the the local MSM seem to put out notices for every little non event under the sun.

Also, the Red Line derailed this week – so I am sort of glad the inauguration was last year when I just had 30 minutes stalls every so many stops.

      Here’s to January 20th 2021

To save you clickbait, Kim and Kanye Kardashian named their new baby Chicago.

    • lateblum says:

I guess if Michael Jackson can name his child “Paris”, Kanye can use Chicago. Frankly, I don’t care. I just hope the baby is healthy and well loved.

      • DeniseVB says:

It was funny to see a headline saying they named the child Chicago, before seeing a dozen more links…you’ll never guess what Kimaye named their new baby. 😉

        • Mt.Laurel says:

Is that for the city, the rock group . . . asking for a friend.

Now here I thought they would go with something simple Karachi or Kabul or even Kalamazoo or Kissimmee to keep that special K love alive.

And who are these people? I have never been able to figure it out – as they appear to be in the news simply for being in the news . Is this the same Kardashian crowd as Bruce? When I first head the name, I thought they meant the aliens on TNG and DS9 and now I think that would make more sense. A sitcom take of New Star Trek where they really are Cardasians from another world who were stranded here and are now just trying to fit in on Earth. Complete with wild and crazy shenanigans.

    Dear Covfefe XX XXX 🐸,

As part of our recent work to understand Russian-linked activities on Twitter during the 2016 U.S. presidential election, we identified and suspended a number of accounts that were potentially connected to a propaganda effort by a Russian government-linked organization known as the Internet Research Agency.

Consistent with our commitment to transparency, we are emailing you because we have reason to believe that you either followed one of these accounts or retweeted or liked content from these accounts during the election period. This is purely for your own information purposes, and is not related to a security concern for your account.

We are sharing this information so that you can learn more about these accounts and the nature of the Russian propaganda effort. You can see examples of content from these suspended accounts on our blog if you’re interested.

People look to Twitter for useful, timely, and appropriate information. We are taking active steps to stop malicious accounts and Tweets from spreading, and we are determined to keep ahead of the tactics of bad actors. For example, in recent months we have developed new techniques to identify accounts manipulating our platform, have improved our process for challenging suspicious accounts, and have introduced new measures designed to identify and take action on coordinated malicious activity. In 2018, we are building on these improvements. Our blog also contains more information about these efforts.

People come to Twitter to see what’s happening in the world. We are committed to making it the best place to do that and to being transparent with the people who use and trust our platform.

Butt-Head tweetering again while Beavis is passed out for the weekend.

The Repub Senators who voted with DACA Durbin and Shut-down Schumer are a hive of open-border and drug cartel enabling garbage. Creeps.

      • Anthony says:

Beavis better be passed out with one eye open unless she wants to be found in the same shape Butt-Head’s intern was found in.

  19. Lulu says:

OMB director Mulvanney said EVERYONE who is a fed has to report for work Monday. The departments and agencies were told to find the money to pay everyone for a week or two in “discretionary” which is the opposite of what Bronco did. This hasn’t sunk in on the media yet since they are finance and bookkeeping illiterates. This money is usually in funds for OT, travel, moving expenses, etc. They just move it from one bank account fund to another and that sort of thing is done daily. DE-politicizing the “shut-down” shit will make sure it has little marketing/blackmail value.

    • taw46 says:

Heh, heh. You were right. Pissed off yet, Dems?

      • Lulu says:

And I suggest Trump praise the “professionalism”, duty, etc of the fed workforce being willing and needed to work under adverse conditions caused by open border Dems who are using them as pawns for the benefit of illegal aliens. And the same double for the military.

        • Somebody says:

Spot on Lulu, spot on. POTUS should definitely commend fed employees. There will be many working for no pay, he should recognize there commitment and service. To the ones furloughed a slightly different message and yes a specific message to the troops…….own the down side! Shout it from the mountain tops dems put the interest of illegals ahead of citizens and in the process used federal employees livelihood and the safety of the nation as a bargaining chip.

  20. Dora says:

It looks like this Schumer Shutdown could go on for a very long time.

Shutdown showdown: White House says it won’t negotiate with Senate Dems

The White House says it will not negotiate with the Democrats on immigration until the end of the federal government shutdown.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says in a statement that, “We will not negotiate the status of unlawful immigrants while Democrats hold our lawful citizens hostage over their reckless demands.”

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/jan/20/shutdown-showdown-white-house-says-it-wont-negotia/

    • Anthony says:

How long do you think it will be before the Dems realize they’ve gone too far?

So far their only strategy has been to stick it to Trump any way they can. They just lost the NYT, “nevertheless, they persist”.

The Democrats are unhappy with the electorate, and their solution is to try and import a whole new one via DACA. That just backfired.

What they weren’t counting on is that THIS is a fight that President Trump is just itching to have with them. Gonna take them a minute to get used to a POTUS with a pair…

  21. Dora says:

Besides the Schumer Shutdown, this is another problem the administration will have to deal with. And it’s serious. If the State of California can get away with this, then we have anarchy.

It is not quite that bad here but there is a reason it is referred to as The People’s Republic of Montgomery County. Just about everyone one I knew that was not circle D has moved to western Maryland or the eastern shore. People have suggested I do the same but I am a tad younger and jobs have been very scarce. Now I am nearing an age where if my current job, which I like and has flex and variation if not great pay would end, I might look to move as well.

        • Mt.Laurel says:

Only Six Democrats Voted to Protect Babies Born Alive After Botched Abortions

Looking ahead, NRLC President Carol Tobias cut to the chase when she commented, “The 183 House Democrats who voted against the bill will need to try to explain why they voted against making it a crime to treat a born-alive human person as medical waste, as a source for organ harvesting, or as a creature who may be subjected to lethal violence with impunity.”

That is what Fusion GPS does. That is their sole purpose. Smear, blackmail or extortion, and manipulation either business or political. That is what their “research”, which is custom made up smears and agit-prop, is intended to do and that is the entirety of their “business” model. That slimeball Simpson tried to make it sound like he does normal research. He does NOT nor do any of the creeps and cretins who work for him. Then he PAYS shit-head journalists to publish it or tittle-tattle it around. He probably paid that goon who works(ed) for McCain to do it too which is why he wanted everything “hush-hush” about his testimony. Laura Ingram interviewed Rob Reiner last night. He said the difference between liberals and conservatives was that conservatives always think they’re right, while liberals are open-minded and accepting of the fact that they could be wrong.
Later, he was making some unflattering assertions about the President, which Laura attempted to counter, but I was really hoping she would ask, “As a liberal, are you open to the idea that you might be wrong about the President?”
