He’s Baa-ack!

Duuuuuuude!

His dad was governor of Michigan. He was governor of Massachusetts. He ran for POTUS. He lives in several different states. He’s running for the US Senate from Utah.

Can you feel the Mitt-mentum?

  1. Bu…bu…are you suggesting he’s from a long line of carpetbaggers?

PS: You left out the part about his grandpuppy fleeing to Mexico.

“Where does the multiplication of laws end? It can only end in the destruction of a free society in which the final solution to crime is to treat everyone, both the virtuous and the vicious, as a criminal. That is why the breezy word “conversation” in this context gives off such an Orwellian chill. What are we supposed to be chatting about? The transformation of our country into a totalitarian prison-state?”

    https://spectator.org/spare-us-the-conversation/

    • John Denney says:

“We need to have a conversation” really means, “I’m going to tell you how it’s going to be.”

So, we need to have a conversation with the left.

    • Constance says:

A totalitarian prison state where we are terrorized by the pet criminals of the Democrat overlords.

  3. Ann says:

Not only is he in the club, he’s probably the best-known member. They’ll elect him.

Besides, the overbuilt expressways in and around SLC for the Olympics finally started getting some use a few years back when “moving home” became big. (Mormons who never lived in Utah would move “back” to Utah to be “home”.) He’s a visionary!

  4. 49erDweet says:

I’d always thought Utah voters were smarter than that. If they elect him they’ll regret it. Or worse.

  5. Lulu says:

He is going to BUY a Senate seat. How very swampy.

  6. Breaking

    • Ann says:

The indictment says the defendants and their co-conspirators used fictitious online personas to interfere with the 2016 presidential election in the United States.

      Facebook ads hardest hit.

      • Cisco says:

And still nothing on HRC’s crooked, dare I say, criminal activity to steal the election.
FBI didn’t do jack-shit when informed about the Florida shooter.
Part of the swamp they are.

      • Right? Buying a Faceook ad: indictment worthy. Losing 33,000 emails from your personal, illegal server you kept as Secretary of State: Protection worthy. I hope the electorate hits them right in the kisser in 2018 and 2020. We’ll see.

    • lyn says:

I’ll only care when Fusion GPS is indicted.

  7. taw46 says:

Mueller’s indictments are burying this story. On January 5 a person close to Cruz reported him to the FBI, yet they did nothing. For a SECOND time.

    • taw46 says:

      In the FBI statement:

“On January 5, 2018, a person close to Nikolas Cruz contacted the FBI’s Public Access Line (PAL) tipline to report concerns about him. The caller provided information about Cruz’s gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the potential of him conducting a school shooting.”

They admit they did NOT follow protocol, did not refer to Miami FBI.

      • The media already interviewed the family with whom he was staying, and they are gobsmacked, claiming no knowledge. My money is on the brother, who we’ve not heard from or about at all.

        • taw46 says:

According to one article I read, when the mother died the two boys were sent to stay with a family friend in a different city in Florida. Cruz did not like it there and asked his friend if he could stay with him, the family said yes and he moved back to Parkland. But yes, strange that the media hasn’t reported anything on the younger brother, even if he is living in a different city.

          • Cisco says:

            Interesting point.
Didn’t the media and Law Enforcement agencies talk to the Los Vegas shooters brother numerous times?

          • taw46 says:

Law Enforcement has probably talked to him. He is younger, so that may be why LE has not mentioned him. I am just surprised the media hasn’t published something, they sure don’t care about his age.

          • Brothers are generally close, especially when there’s only two. Even if he lived away from him, he may have disclosed something in phone or social media chatter that would make Zachary Cruz concerned. It is interesting how he’s virtually ghosted in all reports. I just saw him named in one, which is how I have the name. I wouldn’t even trust that if it hadn’t been local. A bunch of people got Nikolas Cruz’s middle name wrong. It’s Jacob according to the arrest report.

      • Cisco says:

I missed that, tks for the info.
        Talk about dropping the 🎱

  8. DeniseVB says:

I was done with Mittens when he campaigned against Trump in the most vile way, but worse, he barely laid a finger on Obama in 2012. He should have beat him !

  9. Cisco says:

Now reports of shots fired at a Washington State community college.
    Not confirmed yet.
    May be bogus.

    • lateblum says:

Again, the minute I heard this disgusting news today, I thought about how you would be so . . disgusted. I know I was. This killing has been as much on my mind as the Parkland shootings, and the accused. There are so many troubled people, so many. I hope every one of those ppl have the phrase, “to life” added to their sentences. I am saddened and sickened by the news about Commander Bauer and his death as I am by then shootings in FL.
      This morning I heard Debbie Whatshername Schultz s c r e a m i n g about gun control. I turned off the radio.

    • Lulu says:

He did ten phone interviews to any other candidates two a day in person and Hillary’s three a month when she sobered up. Everyone could recognize his voice instantly and he was great filler for the dopes on TV news who then didn’t have to do any work as Trump did it for them.

      Excuse me while I laugh.
      😂😄😂
I guess that won’t be reported tonight.
It will be Russia, Russia, indictments.

      • blowme0bama says:

And “Indictments allege Russian agents had contact with Trump campaign officials”, then later at the end of the story they’ll add, “found no evidence that the campaign officials had any knowledge that the agents were acting on behalf of Russia”.

    • blowme0bama says:

They should make as big a stink over this than the stupid Porter-gate bullshit, but nah.

Wisconsin Democrat Runs for Office, Then Gets Arrested and Extradited to New York City

The word Democrat is synonymous with crime. There’s a reason members of the liberal party are referred to as ‘corruptocrats.’

Case in point: Julie Germanotta, a transgender Democrat Congressional candidate who was busted for grand larceny.
