Sheeple

MSNBC and CNN both lied:

MSNBC host Katy Tur said Wednesday that Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R.) was “refusing to speak” with students crowded outside his office calling for gun control, before reporting minutes later that Scott’s absence was due to his attending a Parkland shooting victim’s funeral.

It’s not Katy’s fault that she’s stupid. She slept her way into her job by letting Keith Olbermann fuck her brains out.

I do not have faith in the courts or Congress when it comes to this.

“Our 2nd Amendment rights are under attack politically and the courts will serve as only an inconsistent protector of those rights.

There’s one thing that could change the situation — more Supreme Court Justices nominated by Trump. Which is why the anti-2nd Amendment groups have seized so quickly and vigorously on exploiting the Parkland school shooting for political remedies that will not actually protect school students. To them it’s not about protecting students, it’s about damaging Trump.

The Supreme Court matters. And elections matter on Supreme Court selections, and the continued viability of the 2nd Amendment.”

I flipped on MSNBC during the Presidents listening meeting and the Democrat script readers were stony faced while Trump claimed the caring, touchy, feely crown that they so value. If he actually makes a difference on the school violence/sitting duck issue and also gets his wall and neutralizes their “Dreamers”/illegals issue they are going to be pissed and desperate. Now if the Republicans have the first woman President of VP I think they will self destruct.

“I have not seen or heard or read anyone else express this view because it is heartless and insensitive and strictly prohibited, so here goes; I despise these self-righteous, sanctimonious, grandstanding whiny little pubescent Bernie Sanders-wannabes. Not a single one of them has said anything that is even remotely coherent. They are being subsidized by Soros and glorified by a liberal media that craves gun confiscation, so apparently it is obligatory to gaze upon them with wonder and exalt them to the heavens. Well, count me out. I hated the leftist fascistic know-nothing Vietnam War-protesting high school dilettantes with whom I matriculatedl, and I can’t stand these grotesquely immature liberal brats either. Their cause is unjust, their manner is obnoxious, and I wish the Republicans had the stones to tell them to go home and change their (red) diapers.”

Also, that type of top if you are standing in front of a mirror might look more – – acceptable. So caution – always make sure to test out outfits before going on camera for standing, sitting*, holding a microphone, etc…

sitting at a t table where one could rest elbow the sleeves would not look that – — dramatic.

  20. Cisco says:

    Ok, here’s the deal.
I’ve waited to weigh in on this controversy till now.
I probably will get long winded, my writing skills aren’t that great.
    Well a fix to a problem isn’t a permanent fix, it’s a start.
In Chicago, 2 on-duty Police Officers are assigned to each High School, with mobile roveing patrol cars also w/ 2 Officers.
Metal detectors at entrances, yep, with school staff manning them.
Do they work? Yep. But at one South Side High School a student was detected with a handgun.
Did the staff notify any of the Officers or even dial 911.
No, the Principal put the gun in her desk because she didn’t want to get the boy in trouble so it wasn’t reported till another student told the school Officers.
At my school we recovered over 1/2 dozen handguns and made arrests for same.
In spite of our presence I still had 3 students killed on school grounds during my time there.
So armed school staff, Police aren’t the final solution.
    But it helps.
    My recollection.
At Chicago High School Montifiore, Chicago Police Officer Irma Ruiz and her partner respond to a report of a man with a gun inside the school. When approaching the suspect, he opened fire, wounding Officer Presinewski, (sp)? and mortality wounding Officer Ruiz.
After recovering from the initial attack, Officer Presinewski, although wounded, re-engaged the offender and sent him to hell.
My point, if someone wants to kill or wreck havoc, nothing, nothing will stop them.
    Thanks for listening.

    • Somebody says:

But, but, but Cisco, guns are illegal in Chicago how did anyone let one high school students get one?

    • lateblum says:

I thought Montifiore was the juvenile detention h.s. or whatever they refer to that kind of school. How in hell did a gun get into the school at all?

    • DeniseVB says:

I simply ask anti-gun people, what new law would stop someone from committing a horrific act of violence? We’ve already seen the damage cars, vans, trucks and bombs can do. To tell you truth, if I were ever a victim in a carnage, I think I’d prefer the kill shot than being blown up, squished or even stabbed to death. I’d prefer more good guys armed in any of these situations. Like the wild, wild west 🙂

I understand that one reason acid attacks happen so often in the UK is that people aren’t allowed to carry knives. Personally, I’d rather face a knife than acid because it’s easier to avoid.

      • Miranda says:

Also, we need to start enforcing the laws we HAVE before seeing if new ones are needed. Parkland could have been avoided with the current laws on the books.

How pathetic are New York’s economic-development efforts? Well, state officials were just caught illustrating the programs’ “success” with a photo of seven huge construction cranes . . . in South Africa.

The Associated Press discovered the misleading picture in the Empire State Development’s first annual report, released this month. Not only was the pic of a scene in Cape Town, it was from 2010, the year before Gov. Cuomo took office.

“The relevance is that the Democrats will hijack anything — a funeral, a memorial, a disaster to advance their political agenda. And they’re doing it now. They’re doing it in the aftermath of the school shooting in Florida. They are hijacking this for the purposes of advancing their political agenda, which is highlighted by an attack on the NRA and getting rid of guns, Second Amendment. You know the drill.

And if you look at pictures from the rally in Tallahassee and people gathered in Washington, you see things on people’s T-shirts and signs being carried that have nothing to do with what happened in Florida. And you see that family members of victims from the Orlando nightclub shooting have been brought in to join the protest movement.

It has ballooned, and the Democrats hijack these events because they can’t help themselves. They believe this is the way to defeat Republicans, and this is the way to advance their agenda.”
