Thought of you today when I saw British Airways is putting the Royal Wedding cake (from the recipe that is) in little boxes to hand out to their passengers as a souvenir. Thought, em should do that ! Well, it would make it so much easier to ship to us 😉

  3. Lulu says:

So Trump ordered the information given to Congress. And to make sure it is given (maybe to read only) they have to give it to Nunes IN FRONT OF KELLY. Nice. Act like children with stupid delaying tactics get treated like children. Any leaking will be up to the White House to pursue since the document unveiling will be there not at DOJ.

  4. SHV says:

IMO, the key to this going to house cleaning and hopefully indictments is a pick up of 6-10 Senate Seats at mid-term. With a solid majority in Senate, Trump squeeze Turtle’s balls and change rules to kill Prog obstruction to exec. dept and judicial nominations.

  5. SHV says:

Also need solid Trump Senate to quickly confirm the replacements for the four SCOTUS vacancies that will be occurring before 2020.

    • Somebody says:

FOUR? Kennedy is the rumor and RBG is barely hanging on, but who are the other 2?

      • Lulu says:

The “wise” Latina who won’t stay on her diabetic diet and some random blackmailed Chief Justice.

        • SHV says:

Sotomayor may go before Ginsburg. She is 63, getting old for a type I diabetic and in recent non-official photos, she looks bad. She looked worn out and I think has thrown in the towel on strict diet and tight Glucose control.

Stephen Breyer is #4, will be 80 in August and IIRC, has talked retirement in past. He may try to hold on to 2020 election but if Trump Train keeps gaining momentum he may say screw it.

So is Trump’s/DOJs request to the IG going to delay the report we’ve been waiting for even longer! I hope not.

    • SHV says:

I hope not…IG report on Clinton investigation went out for review last week…process it said to take ~2 weeks, then off to printer.

      More info:
“President Trump Meets With DAG Rosenstein, FBI Director Wray and DNI Dan Coats to Establish White House/DOJ Expectations…”

      https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/05/21/president-trump-meets-with-dag-rosenstein-fbi-director-wray-and-dni-dan-coats-to-establish-white-house-doj-expectations/#more-149558

(CTH research seems to be getting cited by more “mainstream” TV and Web sources

    • Somebody says:

I don’t think so, part of the report is ready but the named parties are given a chance to read and offer a rebuttal in writing. The part that is ready has to do with Clinton email investigation.

They are currently working on FISA abuse. This latest inquiry will come after that, so it’s going to be next year.

I don’t get turning it over to the IG, quite often in government that’s where inquiries go to die. An IG is limited to investigating current employees and the IG is also limited to the agency assigned. Horowitz is DOJ inspector general, so he covers DOJ and FBI, but has no authority over CIA or state and both those agencies seem to have been involved. It appears Halper was paid by the office of net assessments, which is under defense. Then you have the unmasking by Rice and Powers.

I know Horrowitz is working with US attorney Huber, but if ever there was a case that begs for a special counsel this is it. I don’t like SC as a general rule, but I just don’t see how Horrowitz gets to the bottom of anything given his limitations.

      • Lulu says:

The DOD OIG needs to do a little forensic audit and investigation of this schlub. He didn’t teach much but rather gave spy “symposiums” to network with them. Who authorized him to be paid? For what BS purpose? Show us the contract as it should be public record.

He wants that brought to the White House for the “meeting”. LOL. Gen Kelly can read it too.

If Trump had tried this last year it would have failed. He had to wait until the time was ripe – when it was obvious that the Russian collusion narrative was bogus.

The Dems and Deep State assumed that they would find something to force Trump to resign but they came up empty.

    • lyn says:

Enter Stormy Daniels. LOL. We don’t care. At this point Trump gets 2020 by default.

    • SHV says:

It’s still early and is still “political”. Trump is driving this and can’t get ahead of his political capital. A year ago they tried to immunize themselves with “Trump =Hitler, wanta be Dictator, incompetent, dangerous, a threat to Democracy, etc., etc. A year later the economy is doing well, a plurality of Americans agree on PDT foreign policy, immigration, etc. and Trump has proven not to be insane or suffering from dementia. A year ago the Progs crying Trump dangerous, threat to rule of law, etc., would have been a real push back, now it isn’t resonating.

Every morning I hope that I don’t read that PDJT hasn’t been admitted to Walter Reid or worse; the counter coup is till 100% PDJT dependent and will die if Trump goon. Hopefully in 6-8 months a critical mass will have been reached and nothing can stop it.

I must admit I am enjoying the Borg either slinking into their hole or loosing their shit so publicly. Holder, Brennan, Clapper, Hillary just raving and acting like psychos. Then the rest covering their heads with paper bags so no one sees them. The Broncobama’s pretending they are going to “produce and direct” at Netflix when anyone with shit for brains knows it is just a new way they found to get “laundered” bribes into their bank account. Netfix is the new “publishing house” for crooks.

      • votermom says:

        that’s exactly what it is

isn’t Susan Rice on the Netflix board?

      • DeniseVB says:

That was my gut feeling too. The Obamas WORK at something? It’s not in their DNA. Those of us who have vetted them (not the media) have seen no clue that were successful at anything before ascending the Throne of Gimme Gimme. I wonder if Bill Ayers is done with Barry’s book yet? Mooch’s will come out AFTER the midterms, which usually aligns with running for office or something.

As with the bakers, why would anybody refuse service? It’s not like they’re being asked to do something illegal. Plus, it also sounds like the waxer may have been targeted. If a religion is that big of a part of your life, try another career 😀

      • SHV says:

It’s getting more and more complicated in Canada and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, keeping Victims in the correct order. Back in the good old days it was easy, complaints were against heterosexual White men, usually Christian and they always lost. IIRC, about two years ago, a Lesbian filed a complaint against a Muslim barber for refusing to cut her hair; the “HRTO” didn’t know whether to shit or go blind…I don’t know the outcome.

I first went with the tall kid on the back row, I think it is Barron kneeling below him. Wow, what a diverse team at his school, probably more so than Sidwell-Friends. 😉

      • elliesmom says:

I suspect Barron is a bit of an introvert. The young man kneeling a bit off to the right, not in physical contact with any of the other kids, is in the “introvert spot”. Part of the group, but separate, too. There’s a smile on his face, and he looks relaxed, so he’s in a happy place. I use to worry about my students who didn’t pile in with the rest of the kids until I developed a better understanding of where their comfort level is.

        • Constance says:

I noticed that too. He’s kind of off to the side. Of course he doesn’t have the body type for soccer.

They always wanted to be stars, without any observable talent. They still want money power, and influence. Hussein can’t stand not having an audience. It will be interesting to see how many actual work hours Mooch puts in. But I am sure they will have assistants for that.

I canceled Netflix a long time ago, with an eye to resubscribing at some time in the future. It is going to stay cancelled.

      • DeniseVB says:

I really don’t need the Streaming subscriptions since hubby upgrades our FIOS tiers every time they add new sports packages. I stopped complaining a long time ago when one upgrade included commercial free TCM 24/7. Which is pretty much on in the Mom Cave 24/7. 😀
