Think Of Trump As A Hostage Negotiator

The drama and trauma last night was all about this part:

Okay, it was a bad answer. Donald Trump isn’t a politician. Bill Clinton would have had a smooth answer ready to go. Hillary would have lied. Obama would have stuttered. On the other hand, if it were any other POTUS in that circumstance they never would have been asked such an impertinent question.

It helps if you think of Trump as a hostage negotiator. The Norks have barricaded themselves and are holding millions of their own people as hostages. They are heavily armed and extremely paranoid. The military option would kill tens of thousands of people at a minimum, and if nukes are used that number could easily go over a million. Not to mention that the last time we sent out military in there it didn’t end well.

So how do we solve the Korea problem peacefully?

There is really only one option – someone has to talk Kim Jong Un into freeing his people.

Enter Donald Trump. What is the first thing a hostage negotiator wants to do? He wants to establish communication and develop a rapport. Trump did something no other POTUS has ever done – he reached out to Kim personally and made friends with him. He was positive and reassuring.

And every single thing Trump said publically about Kim was positive.

Now let’s say you are Kim Jong Un and you are watching FOX news on your satellite system and you see Trump telling people that you are the evilest man on the planet. Wouldn’t that make you wonder if Trump was sincere?

SO WHY THE FUCK IS THE MEDIA TRYING TO FORCE TRUMP TO BADMOUTH KIM???

Do they WANT a nuclear war?

What is more important, justice for the dead or freedom for the living?

To be honest I am not convinced that KJU is really in control in NK. He certainly wasn’t in control during the Korean War because he hadn’t been born yet. The leader of NK back then was Kim il-Sung, KJU’s grandfather. Then his dad ran the franchise for a while. When Kim Jong-il died seven years ago KJU was the successor, but a lot of people believe that the military is really in charge.

So we can’t be sure where everything that happened the last seven years was done in KJU’s name or on his orders.

I have never in my life seen the media try to sabotage a president’s diplomatic initiatives.

Until now.

That’s all I got for now. I want to get some sleep before the IGR drops.

Even if KJU is worse than his father and grandfather, he’s still the only game in town. I’m willing to let Kim off the hook if that’s what we have to do to end this mess peacefully.

  2. Myiq2xu™ says:

Hillary brought up that “meet without conditions” bullshit during a debate with Obama. That was not a major criticism of Obama by Republicans.

How do these morons keep their brains from falling out of the holes in their heads? They don’t have brains, they have liquid slush slopping around in their cranial cavity.
You would think we would have learned from Jimmy Fucking Carter by now.
You don’t bad mouth the guy you are trying to negotiate with. Even if he is just the front man, you don’t do it. And these brainless tv zombies are doing it, when nuclear weapons are at stake.
No wonder President Trump gets exasperated with them. Kim is worth letting millions of people free from tyranny. Well worth it.

As we learned in 2016 no one listens to these pea-brains but OTHER pea-brains. Our betters don’t know squat. I await the OIG report which I think all this diversion and blow from the usual suspects is trying to downplay. In other news Me-agin the Markle may be too dumb to learn royal protocol , Theresa the F’Up May seems to be facing a plot to get rid of her over Brexit and. being on President Trump’s shit list (Boris Johnson and Jacob Rees-Mogg await with long knives and pirate’s grins) and Austria and Italy have had it with Soros’ main business of human trafficking Africans.

If this leak is accurate then the IG report is going to be another Deep State white wash:

“Former FBI Director James Comey “deviated” from FBI and Justice Department procedures in handling the probe into Hillary Clinton, damaging the law enforcement agencies’ image of impartiality even though he wasn’t motivated by political bias, the department’s watchdog found in a highly anticipated report.

“While we did not find that these decisions were the result of political bias on Comey’s part, we nevertheless concluded that by departing so clearly and dramatically from FBI and department norms, the decisions negatively impacted the perception of the FBI and the department as fair administrators of justice,” Inspector General Michael Horowitz said in the report’s conclusions, which were obtained Thursday by Bloomberg News.”

People are confused about what auditors do -if they don’t have direct evidence they don’t reach a legal conclusion. They are not LEOs and they aren’t prosecutors.
LEOs take audit reports & decide if more criminal investigation is needed.
As is, IG has recommended all for disciplinary action. All these asshats are losing their job in a month. Book it. Before you say ‘no they wont’ remember:
Everyone thought McCabe would be able to retire & collect his pension after the last IG report.
What is going on at the FBI/DOJ is huge, even though the MSM downplays it & ignores the IG reports: ALL of the top people under Obama have been fired (Comey, McCabe), resigned (Baker, Yates) or been demoted.
Criminal prosecutions will come after the firings.

No, but PDJT’s hands have been pretty effectively tied by the recusal, Muh Russia, the US Senate, MSM, etc. I think if there is an “R” pickup of 6-8 pro-Trump Senate seats then PDJT can clean house at FBI, DOJ, CIA otherwise we are fucked.

          • 49erDweet says:

Regardless of the voting this fall those fed agencies are on their last legs. They can’t really recover from this stain by “reorganizing”. Besides, DJT has at least more than two more years to do whatever HE decides to do to them – which won’t be pretty.

          • Venus E. Lee says:

“These people are thieves taking taxpayer money while doing this crap instead of “working”.
            *****
This is typical across the Federal Govt. Remember the big VA scandal?..Vets died, corrupt administrators lied, falsified documentation inorder to qualify for performance bonuses……One person fired and latter re-instated. They can save money and not do the investigation, the conclusion is always the same: “Mistakes made, policies not followed, no intent…need committees, policy clarification, more funding, better education.”
Alison works at the VA, the IG report is what she sees every day on the micro-scale….no accountability and endless coverup.

    https://www.weeklystandard.com/eric-felten/meet-the-other-amorous-fbi-staffers-who-texted-about-the-clinton-email-investigation

    just an excerpt but

Perhaps the most shocking information in the IG’s report is the revelation that Lisa Page and Peter Strzok were not the only amorous agents with a habit of texting. There were also “Agent 1” and “Agent 5,” who were involved in the Clinton investigation and, according to the IG’s report “were in a relationship at the time and are now married.” Their communications make for a searing indictment of the culture of the FBI and paint a portrait of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email practices as fiasco.

It seems to me, it would be possible to find out who Agents 1and 5 are. How many FBI agents got married.
It also seems to me, that the fact that they got married, is no reason to conceal their names.
