I think April was upset because Aretha’s passing wiped her personal feud with Obamarosa/whoever over who is the biggest bit$h off the front page but April did not want the pushback from all sides herself for not showing RESPECT for the recently deceased. Therefore she framed her former BFF since April and Obamarose are two peas in a pods April was rather sure Obamrosa was at least thinking the same thing.

Hello insomnia, my old friend. News of the day: after 7 years here, mama is finally getting a CAR!!!!! And in a bizarre turn of events, the financing lady at the dealer FIGURED OUT MY INTERNET PROBLEM. I had to give a “justification de domicile” (basically, a bill showing where I live) and I gave her the Internet bill. She looks at it and says you know, the address on this bill is one number off from all your other paperwork. FML! Apparently the ISP been trying to hook up Internet at some address that doesn’t exist. D’oh! I was totally opposed to financing a car (because conservative conservative–however, it’s an emergency because it turns out that you can’t live in the countryside without a car) but now I am sure glad that I did, just this once.

    • DeniseVB says:

      WooT ! Missed ya!!

    • Jadzia says:

Thanks! The whole thing was a hoot. Because my job situation is not “typical,” it was very confusing to them at first. They finally approved it, and after I was done signing all the papers, this financing lady proudly presented me with an “article” she had found about me–my law-firm bio complete with pic–and APOLOGIZED (apologized!) because she had not realized my “professional stature.” You could have knocked me over with a feather (not least because I wasn’t upset at all–I get that it’s confusing to see somebody here who works so far away). R-E-S-P-E-C-T, baybee.

      • 1539days says:

How not typical is it? You still get paid.

        • Jadzia says:

Self-employment is not very common here–to get something as basic as a cell phone, it’s not easy if you don’t have a pay stub from a conventional, salaried job with a company. Professionals typically have a special tax ID number–but that’s not me because I’m not practicing in France! So I have tax returns that show that I get paid, but not the magic payment forms that most people have from a French employer. This is a pretty conformist place–anything out of the ordinary tend to be a bit “suspect.”

The illegal aliens are bankrupting them. All of the ditch jumpers need an apartment in old town Montreal, some steaks and Newfoundland seafood, winter electricity for 85 degrees like they are used to living in, designer clothing including sneakers, college tuition, personal grooming items, and a crazy Canadian hippie girlfriend like Margaret Trudeau circa 1983. This is their human right! And no you can’t talk about it cuz it hurts their feelings.

  30. Venus E. Lee says:

    Co sign

    • Constance says:

Yeah this whole Cohen plea seems like BS to me. They can’t just declare a campaign violation occurred like they did that needs to be established by open discussion of all parties involved. Also talking to your lawyer isn’t colluding and Cohen was one of Trumps lawyers.

      • Venus E. Lee says:

When you hire an attorney to take care of matters on your behalf, you presume your attorney acts legally. If your attorney acts illegally, that is malpractice by your attorney, not guilt by you the client. Once again, Dem base/MSM are ignorant.

LOL Hookah vapors for days if they must go up in smoke please.

  31. Myiq2xu™ says:

  32. Constance says:

Here is something I just don’t get. I thought that Blackmail was a crime. So we have two women who blackmailed Trump with the intent to extort money or swing an election right before the election. Why aren’t they being prosecuted for blackmail? And this happens all the time. It doesn’t even matter if it is true or not.

  33. DandyTIger says:

Rough day on the two court cases. Worst is Cohen saying Trump ordered him to do the violation. And as a technicality, Trump will be listed as a unindicted coconspirator. Though it means nothing, and though it’s he said he said likely with no evidence, it stings a little. Even if it were true, campaign finance violations are minor. And every national candidate does it to some extent, some because sloppy, some on purpose. But that’s enough if the Dems take the House to do their impeachment. But it’s hollow. There’s nothing to it. And it would never get through the Senate. But that doesn’t mean the Dems won’t put this cloud over Trump for the next two years. Having said that, the Dems would probably impeach even without this.

    • Constance says:

Yeah, I think it is just the excuse the Dems need to continue down their path of outrage with renewed passion. They are like a bunch of misfits who can’t cope with the realities of life, doped up on outrage instead of Valium. But that is probably good as they don’t have much to contribute to our country anyway. Life is just a series of disconnected virtue signaling vignettes and outrage rushes to them.

    • Venus E. Lee says:

      Rationale thread

    • Venus E. Lee says:

Sorry Dandy, you’re wrong. Like all TRUMP IS DOOMED stories, this one will disappear shortly.

Cohen was facing 60 years on tax evasion of 4.5 million. He agreed to plead to an FEC charge for a max 5 year sentence.

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

I really hope the Democrats push forward with impeachment. I double dog dare them to try.

      • DandyTIger says:

I agree that this is all nothing. No campaign finance issues as it’s usual money to take care of payoffs they don’t want to go to court. Just saying Cohen lying is all Dems need to go crazy and push. But it will in the end backfire on them. So it’s irritating and a bit negative today, but like everything else Dems have done, it’s off base and out of touch.

        • Lulu says:

Lanny, Lanny, Lanny. You represented a fraud who had a side job of “whore blackmail negotiator” for a billionaire NYC real estate developer. Cohen was the scuzzball hired to meet with the whores and blackmailers. You hire to do what is their own element. Which for Cohen was whores and blackmailers. Get it? And get the whores and blackmailers down to what they are worth which is closest to zero he could do. You think the rubes in hickville don’t know this shit. We have them too! But sometimes we don’t pay we just beat their ass.

I have an odd feeling about the murder of Molly Tibbets. A kind of straw, camel’s back feeling.
It’s different than the Manafort, Cohen issues. Those are bloodless, paper shuffling, legal beagle, taxation and campaign issues. Almost everyone cheats a little on their taxes, and campaigns are not known for their purity.

People’s eyes glaze over, they yawn, and want to move on. No matter how much the media wants to gloat, no matter how wide their shit eating grins, most people don’t follow the details. And nobody died.
And it still doesn’t rise to level of a blowjob in the oval office.

Molly Tibbets is dead. And God only knows what else happened to her, before she died. I have a granddaughter named Molly. Most people know someone named Molly, or someone like Molly.
This touches people, and it hurts.
And something can be done about it. You can vote Republican.

This is the story that has haunted me all day. A young woman’s life was taken under horrid circumstances and someone had to tell her family. I had to tell my mother each time one of my brothers passed away. One was with no warning but all from cancer. it was very difficult and I could see a light go out each time. I cannot imagine having to tell a parent that a child was taken in such a horrible manner or the parents’ pain of hearing that one’s child was abused and murdered and then tossed aside. Prayers that the family and law enforcement involved can find some measure of peace.

An I have been bothered by the reaction locally. First they were too busy spinning tales around those two swamp cases where so many involved have dirty laundry they wish to stay hidden so they made scapegoats of others to hide their own transgressions. Then a lot of fuss over the papal pretender’s non letter basically blaming everyone but himself and his minions for the Vatican turning a blind eye. For the locals MSM, Molly’s death was almost an afterthought and barely got a mention . And to add fuel to the fire, they keep calling this man an undocumented person and frame the story so that he is the victim. And worse, they have to go further and say all undocumented persons are the victims as this unfortunate case will mean they may be targeted as needing to be deported.

I am in the next phase of everything on Earth terrifying me. The brat will soon be 12. I have to give her some freedom but cases like Mollie scare the shit out of me. Some pathetic thug out there who shouldn’t be here hurting some child fills me with fear and rage. You have no idea how blithely I now throw off any hint of someone calling me xenophobic. Don’t care. Somebody decided to dump a bunch of over 25 year old men in one housing unit. They do not speak English. They are not boys, but men. I cannot see them getting jobs as almost no English and they appear to have some type of physiological and psychological damage. Features are all off. I believe they were undesirable in their own countries so were sent here. I don’t have a problem with America providing for individuals who through no fault of their own might be eliminated in their home countries. I take offense that somebody is cashing a check off these souls and there seems to be no supervision. They have just been dropped off. Hang out in groups like teens in front of scratch off machines. All day and night. There are no women just poor dudes. You don’t need much in the way of an imagination to see how this could play out. I am not a fan of my brat’s clothing choices. I might even consider a burka. Nope I must accept short very short shorts and she has breasts now. We walk out of store and they ogle. They are obvious. It does not seem to register she is with a parent type. They don’t have the ability to see its inappropriate. One day one of these guys might act on his primal instincts. He would likely be called an animal and vilified. I think the crime will be on those that collected a check for housing these men. They are functioning, but I would be surprised if any have an IQ over 75. Sadly no one seems to care. I see a time bomb.
My sister in law is very successful. They put in an outdoor TV with a fire pit full kitchen and bar. She was a hillary voter and all about open borders. She came home one day and there were a bunch of refugees drunk watching soccer in her yard. She called the cops and wanted to move. They ate her food, drank her bar dry and had no remorse. They livevin an upscale neighborhood but bottom of the hill someone collected for section 8. She turned in her proggie card and is afraid to be in her own backyard. To be fair my brother loves his outdoor space and at times when he had a bunch of friends over to watch a game he did the lib thing and invited them in when they were watching from the fence. So I think they thought it was okay to watch a game when no one was home. They drank a lot but didn’t steal and made no move to leave when my SIL came home. They didn’t think they were doing anything wrong. They were buying brat makeup. I wish she wore none but I said no to MAC Cosmetics and Sephora. She is 11 does not need 180 dollar foundation. Her skin is flawless so she actually needs no foundation. I accept she’s a kid and will insist on being a painted jezebel. I wasn’t going beyond drug store “Jolene” stuff. I said if you actually spend 200 on lip liner I am holding you responsible for all makeup. Boy did they fuck themselves. Near a grand for back to school paint. It hurts my head that is 1/5 th of a college semester. Not my money. I refuse to buy anything now. I say call your uncle. Two hundred and eighty dollars for MAC eye shadow?????? That will never happen. She did get the iPhone x as part of her back to school wardrobe. A 12 year old does not need an 1100 phone. I am weak.

They have never been to the rust belt yet some how they understand the oppressive dynamics. It is fantasy. Just like today’s reactions. It changes nothing towards Trump. I think if any thing it makes Donald more sympathetic. There is no there there and media reaction affirms the witch hunt perception. Seems I hurt someone’s feelings. I am 51 working in a coffee shop so my brat gets hers. I really do not have the energy to hate anyone. Hating is not my thing. I ate it, but I always play. Two days later I wore a golf shirt buttoned down. Yuuuuge asked open heart surgery scar runs down my chest. I always wear a t-shirt. I am not ashamed of my scars. They are me. My chest is bilevel because in 1970 they used an experimental wire on me. I was gonna die so lets play with the poor kid. I love original Alien because I am a freak. Those wires decided to break from the inside. I had to wake my parents up at 4. I have so many scars. A woman told me I needed to take a moment and think about my words. All I said was I would never get a tattoo. There is a mammoth sized scar running down my chest. I wore it with pride.
I am going to be 52. I have to believe in poetry. I don’t mean simple rhyming words. I mean life. I could be angry with this young girl trying to get me fired. I am way too tired to be angry anymore. I am almost 52. According to my cardiologist I am the oldest person ever with my ticker. I have pig valves and my heart walls are teflon. She was meant to be trash. Nope herv great gay uncle stuck around. She will be 12. Straight A’s, swim, sax, ballet, fall ball, voice. She has a black belt.

I walked into my best friends room and said I cannot talk. I had a very rough day. Can I just sleep with you as I am not sure I can be alone right now. I stripped off my blood soaked clothes and slept. I told her I needed her andvI could not talk yet. She let me sleep with her no questions.
Today we are 30 years later. I cannot get her to listen to me about why Trump. She writes me off. Racist, sexist blah blah blah. I do not think it possible that I might “love” someone more. We were 19

Despite the media hype it is not a campaign contribution for a candidate to instruct his attorney to pay-off a nuisance claim to avoid any issues or embarrassment. It is not a campaign donation for Donald Trump to reimburse his attorney for paying the claim.

♦The issue of the Cohen payment being an “in kind” campaign contribution is the bottom line question which underpins the charge.

There is no FEC rule or law that says a candidate cannot pay-off an accuser to avoid further issues, a nuisance claim. Paying an accuser to avoid controversy or embarrassment, is no different than a candidate buying an American made car -with personal funds- to gain the beneficial public optics of not driving a foreign car. Neither expense example makes the payment an aspect of am “in kind” campaign contribution.

There is no connected claim that President Trump used campaign funds to repay his attorney for eliminating the nuisance claim. President Trump, a businessman, used his own business income to repay his attorney; an attorney on a monthly retainer.

The entire charge of Cohen making a campaign contribution, or campaign finance violation, is a manufactured claim, made only by the SDNY, for political benefit.

The media is furious that a garbage, no-body, hick girl murdered by a midget Mexican illegal alien (mugshot shows he is 5’5″ and couldn’t catch a healthy young jogger on foot if his life depended on it) stomped all over their TRUMP IS A CRIMINAL newz stories to be rolled out with great fanfare and planning yesterday. The media ran the “disappeared beautiful young college student” story relentlessly with lots of sadz and upset family and oh! the horror and cops looking everywhere! when it was convenient to make a buck on their shit-shows because SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL, SMART, THE AUDIENCE COULD RELATE, and some rural, redneck monster in flyover nowhere-ville shitburg IOWA in a pickup kidnapped, raped and murdered her. Obviously. They presumed. That is what HAD to have happened. Oh goodie, ratings!

I want to thank the sheriff for telling the damn truth when he announced that Iowa law enforcement has found the freak. No mincing words, no politically correct name withheld, etc. Here is an illegal alien (the statutory legal description of the bastard) and his mugshot with his height, his evil face, and he’s been here a good while making money for some other business criminals. No UNDOCUMENTED shit. No IMMIGRANT blarney. ILLEGAL ALIEN! Murderer. Of girls. That businesses want to employ for cheap and Democrats to VOTE. And be counted in the federal census, and taxpayers to subsidize, etc. One of the perks of being an undocumented immigrant worker is they get to murder, rape, torture, rob, etc so come on up and hop that border. This is all over trillions in profit which is more important don’t you know.

The media hyped this story for all they were worth for a month only to have it bite them in the ass. A murder, admittedly set off by the victim not wanted to have anything to do with the criminal creepy scum, hurt his feelings! Awww. Really enraged him. So he killed her. Hidieously. How politically incorrect of the victim! She should have just f’ed him right there in the road like a good inferior flyover girl! Maybe he would have just robbed and beat her bloody like the nice savage he undoubtedly is. The Dems would have approved! We must get used to accomodating our invaders after all. Especially beautiful girls. Know your place hick girl! And shut the hell up sheriff. Use the approved language. And watch the newz so you know the proper timing. Like the FBI.

So instead of just another “undocumented immigrant” from down Mexico way killing a gargage girl from Hicksville, the BIG story was supposed to be Michel Cohen, NYC scuzzball lawyer (is there any other kind in NY?) paid off a blackmailing whore (is this a crime now too? or only if Trump does it?) with his own money (a pittance by the way but a windfall for a fat, old drug addled whore) by the learning impaired but politically eager US attorney in Manhattan. It was all planned out, meticulously with their fellow idiots in the media capital, NYC, to take down a sitting US president. How dare this garbage girl mess up their plans! Oh she’s dead. Ooops. Who cares she messed them up anyway so smear her and her family, town, and people like her. And who cares in NYC if she’s dead anyway. The superiors, in NYC are inconvenienced in their messed up plans at the special counsels office. Mr Mule-head needs some spin. And fast. How about this is just not important. And it will rile up the rest of the 200 million garbage people in the country who go to Trump rallies and elect Republicans. They need to know their place. And get with the program. Trump, and Trumpism, must be eradicated and everyone punished. Via television news! Mule-head, dear leader, proclaims!

How evil are these people? How rattled are they that they continue to show their wretched and endlessly evil souls for all to see? How much money are we talking here Hillary that you haven’t managed to yet steal? How much? Endless blood is to be sucked out of us to appease you and your band of ghouls so you and yours can control everything?

      Excellent comment Lulu, spot on.

This election will be about immigration, ILLEGAL mostly, again. All of the “work” and effort of the special counsel, Dems, GOP-e, business interests, globalists, open border shitheads, media, courts, traitors in the DOJ and FBI, all of them have worked so hard to bring to bear, shot to shit by one news story (for ratings of course) that THEY hyped that went sideways because they nor the media who work for them know jack-squat about what is going on in every little corner of this country. CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS. I keep hearing about how they are good and hard-working and pay for themselves, etc but I haven’t seen any personally. If your first act upon entering is to break a law what the hell do they expect them to do once they are running lose? Become law abiding? Respect the citizenry? Show deference to young women’s wishes who want to be left the hell alone? Act like this is a country of law when obviously it isn’t? They let shorty illegal alien run lose for years didn’t they? This SOB made money for somebody and I want his (or her) f’ing head.

All of the blah-blah written and rigged and blovated by MEDIA scum to take down a legally elected president shot to shit with one vicsceral example (that the media hyped when they thought it was a surely a white pig farmer or crazy ex-GI with AK-47 GUNS!!!!) three months before the election and 40!!! Trump rallies scheduled. What will people think of from yesterday. Michale Cohen? Paul Manfort? Two old crooks who got caught after a lifetime of dirty dealing in the vice holes of the US, NYC and DC. Or a murdered girl the media themselves hyped from average-vile by illegal aliens that no one can escape? There is karma and then there is JUSTICE!

    • Dora says:

That is so true about the media. You seem to be able to get inside their minds.

They did all the same things BEFORE the election. It’s about money. Always the money with Dems, progs, socialists, globalists. They never produce anything but rather plot, plan, beg, wheedle, extort, and rationalize how and why they should and can take everyone elses money. Or stuff. They are lazy and stupid except when it comes to finagling something from someone else. They need everyone helpless and terrified so they can do most of it. Fighting back in any form enrages them.

Ignore the Noise, Mueller Still Has Nothing

For all of the media’s oohing and ahhing over Robert Mueller’s legal victories on Tuesday, his impeachment case remains hopelessly threadbare. In terms of his Department of Justice mandate, he has made no progress whatsoever. He is presiding over a “collusion” probe that has absolutely nothing to do with collusion.

    • Lulu says:

Mule-head is 100% about punishing anyone who they think helped get Trump elected. His little toady Rosenstein set it up. His wife works for Hillary. The agencies in DC need to be busted up and sent out to the sticks so their wives, girlfriends, daughters, andnasty squeezes can have the opportunity to be murdered by illegal aliens too. And to cut down on the dual sinecure government job families enriching themselves on taxpayer money goes away. That ring of federal law enforcement protecting the federal poobahs currently needs to be the same as it is in flyover country which is nada. The perks they give themselves is endless.

    • Lulu says:

There are felonies and then there are FELONIES. Process crimes versus murder. Which one will the media cover and which one will the public think about? Which will the media and the permanent unelected government condemn and hype and which will they ignore? Which will warrant full throated screaming and which will be rationalized as a necessary evil to politically correct cheap labor economics and progressive human rights that requires “cracking a few eggs” or the murder of garbage hick girls who don’t count unless the media needs some time filler. How dare this Iowa nobody who got murdered mess up proggy/Mulehead/media narrative rollout day!

      • Lulu says:

I’ve always thought “process” crimes are best punished by whatever the criminal was trying to get away with which usually involves taxes or bribes or misreporting to save some bucks. FINE THEM! Taking their money (that they consider theirs and they deserve) is the worst thing to them. Physically harming people is a million times worse. But if you are going after your enemies or in Mule-head’s case his political and graft farming competitors the effort, money, time spent outstrips anything used to pursue actually criminals who physically hurt people because the hurt people are nobodies to Mule-head types who don’t count for shit.

I’m on what my father’s family used to call a “Welsh tear”. I better do something else but be furious and hate the elite hypocrisy. Bastards and ass-kissers.

His attorney, “looking out for his client”.

“But what law was broken? As Cohen agreed to a guilty plea, it was the federal prosecutor that enumerated, with Cohen’s attorney’s concurrence, what he would plead guilty to and which laws he violated. In the case of the so-called campaign contribution on behalf of Donald Trump, per Bradley Smith former Chairman of the Federal Election Committee, these payments do not constitute an in-kind campaign contribution.”

Best graf: These cases are really about Trump, and those who helped him take on the establishment. The goal, of course, is to remove Trump from office some way, some how. As we’ll see below, some are even calling for impeachment over — at best — an unreported campaign contribution. As Mike Doran puts it, “The crime, if it was one, is minor. It pales in comparison to the crimes committed to prevent Trump’s election & to annul it after the fact, Those crimes threaten our democratic institutions, & their magnitude is compounded by the active efforts of the press to cover them up.”
