I’m in the center, give or take a micro-nano-inch. I did notice most of the right were NeverTrumper sites. How do YOU get the news?

    • Mt.Laurel says:

When I saw this this afternoon I thought I would post it – but you beat me to the punch. I noticed one of your favorites “People” is just slightly to the left and low on the totem pole (is that phrase allowed these days?).

      • DeniseVB says:

I was surprised to see InfoWars to the left of Breitbart, Redstate and others. I thought they were so far right they’d fall off a flat earth 😀 Alex may be crazy, but I do enjoy his cohorts, Shroyer and PJW. Plus, he donated $10k to the Walk Away movement, the guy’s go heart.

I get my news at The Crawdad Hole! All the smart people hang out there.

  3. taw46 says:

Endorsed by Bernie and the kook from NYC. Oh, and he’s black, so if he doesn’t win, it will be because Floridians are racist. I already heard someone say that tonight.

He will be up against Ron DeSantis, who won the Rep primary tonight.

  4. taw46 says:

Where do I get my news? From links posted here and at AoS. Also scrolling through Twitter. So, I read from many different news sites/blogs.

    • DeniseVB says:

Twitter is great for breaking news, I always check the trending topics where you’ll get all the different local and nationals news sources at once. The other day I just saw #Jacksonville and clicked out of curiosity, the gamer shooting just happened. I turned on Fox News to get details, but no, they were covering McCain’s passing. I went back to twitter, much better, well, except for the trolls jumping on gun control……again. 😀

Imagine if you spent the last 4 years in a coma. When you wake up you ask, “Who’s the President?”
    “Donald Trump.”
“Ha-ha! But seriously, who is it?”
    “Donald Trump.”
    “As a Democrat?”
    “No, as a Republican.”
“How much brain damage did you say I have?”

Nice talk/question answering by Greg Gutfeld at the Commonwealth Club hosted by Scott Adams:

2020 is for all the marbles. It will determine who controls the White House, Congress, who does the census, and who controls reapportionment and redistricting.

ZOMG! When I posted this in the last thread I didn’t watch the entire interview.

      So relaxing, beautiful.
Sat back in the armchair, cup of coffee and actually listened to it twice.
A great way to start the day.

And in Chicago, where police are the real problem instead of gang violence, these choice items recovered from a vehicle at a gang funeral.
    bpsn, black p stone nation.
See, the gang even has their own country.

    • Cisco says:

“My baby never owned/had a gun, da’ po-leches murdered/assassinated/shot him fo’ nuffin’.”
      Uh huh.
Just like the mope who was killed by a rival gang member.
Another case of bldm, black lives don’t matter.

    • Cisco says:

      It’s a box of damn crackers.🙄

      • lyn says:

        You eat the animals too!

      • DeniseVB says:

I’m surprised PETA didn’t want to get rid of the “animal” shaped cookies because it teaches children it’s okay to eat animals? Dumbasses, like when a group of animal rights activists broke into a grocery store and stole all the live lobsters from a tank and released them back into the ocean…….with the bands still on their claws. 😀

    • Mt.Laurel says:

They were really attacked over the old boxes but I give who ever came up with this idea credit for really capturing honoring the original concept. My guess from seeing the new look is that given that Ringing Brothers and others have been put out of business they were going to move away from the circus theme box anyway since young children may no longer get the connection and just hurried it up a bit. It really keeps the feel of the original and still looks like something children will enjoy but goodness knows PETA and their ilk will never be satisfied.

He seems like a nice son and a good father. The Dems have always been good at “telling a story” with these videos. So, many people will watch this video and decide to vote for him. And he is a dynamic speaker, I saw a few videos of him. They will never bother to look at his policies, only his videos. The question is, will it be enough for him to win in November? How many “democratic socialists” do we have in Florida?

  24. helenk3 says:

this is interesting. France and Iran, Could this be another trump winning?

Another brilliant move by Trudope; after the G7 knife in the back and now this petulance, it will take a miracle to save the Canadian auto industry.

      • Cisco says:

I’m probably oversimplifying, but all Trudeau has to do is try to cut a trade deal with Trump.
As Trump has said many times, a deal is possible as long as it’s fair and reciprocal.
Petulant and stubborn is a lose lose position.

  27. DeniseVB says:

I wonder if this new Dem Star will advocate for gun-grabbing in Florida ? Seems like the Fat Cat donors will make him be for whatever they want.

one thing that will be a factor in this race is the Fla west coast ecological problem, red tide, algy.
each one blames the other for the mess. one says federal government to blame, the other says state government to blame.

    • elliesmom says:

Red tides, to some extent, are naturally occurring. The dinoflagellates, a type of plankton, get overfed, and multiply into a larger bloom than normal. The problem is the dinoflagellates carry a neurotoxin that doesn’t harm the shellfish that eat them, but it does kill the other animals, including humans, that eat the shellfish. Some of the dietary laws imposed on people that continue from the past are the result of paralytic shellfish poisoning killing humans. These red tides happened before humans had much, if any, effect on the oceans. It’s unlikely humans will ever find a way to eliminate all red tides. When I was a kid, we used to go clamming. I remember summers when the clam beds would be closed periodically because of the red tides. I love clams, and I remember the lectures from the Fish and Wildlife guys about how dangerous it might be to sneak some clamming in.

    • Cisco says:

“one says federal government to blame, the other says state government to blame.”
Government, federal, state or local isn’t the solution, it’s the problem.
      Thank-you President Reagan.

    • Cisco says:

“As a supporter of President Trump, Inhofe is expected to hew closely to the president’s agenda”
Well that’s good enough for me.
Unless of course Inhofe morfs into a McCain.
