Jim Jordan Delivers a Body Slam To Lying Ex-Lawyer

Somebody on Twitter the other day made a comment about how disgusting it was for President Trump to have a lawyer as his “fixer.” I replied that you hire a lawyer to be your fixer because you want him to fix things legally. What I think is disgusting is that Trump had such a lousy lawyer. Cohen is a snake and a rat.

What really disturbs me is the way that Mueller was able to so easily evade attorney-client privilege. The general rule is that all communications between an individual and his or her lawyer are privileged and cannot be used as evidence against the individual. There is a “crime/fraud” exception that says the privilege does not apply if you are conspiring with your lawyer to commit crimes.

Mueller busted Cohen for crimes unrelated to Trump, then used that as leverage to get Cohen to say he plotted crimes with Trump. Abracadabra! Everything is fair game.

Every day that goes by I hate the Democrats more and more. I hate them more than I hate my ex-wife’s attorney, and I hope to live long enough to piss on his grave someday.

Jim Jordan was epic. Cohan is a weasel. As you all know I am not a great Trump admirer of his as a person but what he is doing for this country , he deserves a lot better than he is getting.

I am sad, that our President, ever had someone like Cohen working for him. That being said, I would say I couldn’t despise Dimocrats more, but there is always tomorrow. As of today, these vultures circling Cohen’s walking corpse, are worse than ghouls.
The sight of Lanny Davis, sitting behind Cohen laughing, is a travesty. I can almost see The Hillbeast sitting beside Lanny.
The Dimos, have made a kangaroo court of our government.

When I worked in the music biz, I had an attorney who put an electric fence under her carpet and a shock collar on her baby to keep him out of the all white living room. She had no soul, but I hired her to do things that I couldn’t. You have to hire people like that to fight dirty for you in a business that has a standard lower than whale shit.

        • Mothy67 says:

I kept waiting for the #MeToo bomb to drop on the music industry. Never happened. There really is sex, drugs, and rock n roll. It’s at the core of the business. I saw such trash. Entertainment lawyers can be garbage.

          • Anthony says:

Once I left the label and went independent, I needed her to negotiate my publishing contracts. The sex & drugs weren’t the problem; it was the labels trying to break me because i was free of them.

She knew where all the bodies were buried, and she let them know she would dig them up and parade them in front of the media if they tried to offer less than they did when i worked for them.

To look at her, youd think she was the kindest, sweetest little old lady but once they tried to screw me her shark teeth came out lol. Looked like Dr. Ruth, but bit like Jaws

        • swanspirit says:

I get, that DJT, dealing with what he had to deal with in his business, and especially in NYC, had to have shady characters to do what needed to be done to get things done. It still is disheartening, to see them brought out like zoo animals; a trained monkey throwing feces.

        • DeniseVB says:

It’s why my husband never divorced me (lol?), other than “fine, you get the kids, I get the dogs” it never progressed beyond that. Lawyering isn’t rocket science. Marriage is like an LLC. It’s why I always supported marry the one you love, but know your rights. I think it was Mary Cheney who just set up an LLC with her partner. Same, same. I hit the jackpot at 20 years, was entitled to half his retirement salary. OMG, coming up on 50 years this June. I think I get it all now 😀

  2. Somebody says:

POTUS insinuated that Cohen’s FIL had ties to the mob. Makes sense if you’re trying to get shit done to employ a mob affiliated fixer……close enough, but not a made man so to speak. The FIL probably appreciated DJT keeping his dumbass SIL gainfully employed. DJT kept the skids greased for his projects, curried favor and had a fixer for unsavory characters like Stormy all above board. His employment of Cohen kept him above board, which FIL no doubt would want to protect his daughter and grandchildren.

If in fact the FIL does have mob ties, that may have been the angle Mueller and SDNY used to get him to do this. Who knows how dirty Cohen might be. Word is the medallions are controlled by the Russian mafia. Maybe Cohen did dirty work for them?

It just seems to me there is a lot more to this we don’t know. Think about Mueller and Whitey Bulger, I think Mueller pulled out his old play book.

As I said in the last thread, I think Cohen is a dead man walking. Once his role as useful idiot to smear POTUS is over, it’ll be Arkancide time. Double that is he does have mafia ties. No way either leaves a loose lipped, disloyal rat like Cohen walking around.

In some places (with Chicago and NYC high on the list of those places) you can’t do business without paying bribes and payoffs (aka “squeeze,” “juice,” “rent,” etc.) to corrupt officials, union bosses, and/or mobsters. It’s just part of the overhead. Nowadays they don’t just hand over cash – the payoffs may be disguised as gifts or as a charitable donation. It might entail buying a product or service you don’t need or at a grossly inflated price. Sometimes it involves hiring no-show employees who happen to be related to somebody.

  3. Mothy67 says:

If i were running the dnc I would pull everyone back from all media for the next ten months. Then I’d use Knickerbocker’s comb/fork to find the least soy of the soy boys and get behind him. No Sunday morning stars. No greenies. Someone like Conor Lamb. I’d have all states table abortion rights bills. NY sent the message loud and clear no need to push it more.
My local pub offers $1 dollar burgers on Tuesday’s ( PA has some funky laws with regards to smoking. Food sales cannot exceed 20% so all the bars in the burbs have amazing specials. 1/4 lb burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and fries) Anywho it was packed yesterday. All the seniors from the living center get lit on Tuesdays. Unfortunately they tend to dance and must listen to the 4 o’clock news. There was a lot of Helen’s sentiment. They don’t like Trump’s personality but were very vocal about how much more they detest the media. Vociferous about showing the office some respect. The woman next to me was from Atlanta. A retired Air Force Vet. 70 years young. Black southern Baptist. She is living in Pittsburgh because she says the VA is the best here. She voted for hillary, but plans on voting for Donald.
I think the dnc needs to get off twitter and out of liberal bubble and do a little listening. TDS only applies to a sliver. They have to offer more than abortions and Trump hate.

    • taw46 says:

Let’s hope they don’t listen to you. 😉

Rest assured and child verified no one ever listens to me.
Still think in 2008 if killary had been an unbridled take no prisoners bitch she would have won. People see through the fake unless they don’t want to.

        • Constance says:

Hillary should have talked to The People but instead she talked to the elitists. She came to Seattle twice in 2016. She landed at Boeing field, which is in the center of town and is not a commercial airport, around evening commute then shut down commuter traffic while she and her convoy drove over to Medina, where Bill Gates etc live so she could speak at people who paid $10,000. to be near her. Trump came to western Washington twice, he landed in Everett, outside the city and gave away thousands of free tickets to The People who wanted to listen to him. That is how Trump won and Hillary lost.

          • Myiq2xu™ says:

Both Hillary and Obama followed the same pattern: Ever stop was dual purpose and for every public rally with the voters there were 2-3 private fundraisers.

Lots of Trump rallies were at airports so he didn’t disrupt traffic. I don’t recall him doing any fundraisers in the primary but there may have been some during the general.

          • DandyTIger says:

I think Trump did some during the primary, but it was almost all for the GOP, not for him.

          • swanspirit says:

Trump didn’t need the private fundraisers.🍧🍦🍩🍰🍟🍔

I spent over 20 trillion hours traveling by night on Amtrak. I couldn’t sleep so I hung out in the closed cafe car with the staff. Each trip was going to or leaving DC. The entire staff was black which i found fascinating. I guess it’s like Irish cops in that it becomes a family business. Way back when in the days of luxury train travel all the porters were black. Something , a slice of life, i had never considered. Anywho talk turned to my Favorite President. Not one employee expressed anything akin to ” he’s a racist”. The cafe guy told me he can work 120 hours straight. He only does 8 to 12 hour shifts but he’s on the train for days. No specifics but he said the money is very good. Most were southerners. We spoke about ” grab them by the pussy”. The women were most outspoken about how silly it is/was.

  8. foxyladi14 says:

“Did you not wiretap President Trump without his knowledge?”

Funny how you don’t hear about transgender “men” competing in sports.

    • Mothy67 says:

I would like to hear from the girls and their parents from the Connecticut meet.
Kid is now almost 13. She has been heavily involved in some type of sport since she was three. It’s almost everyday. I shudder to think how i will react if a boy beats her at something. All her work. The travel, the money. I do hope she gets some form of a scholarship, but I’m not banking on jt. I have a 529 and she has stellar grades. Cannot wait to sell my house. She gets the whole thing for college. I want an apartment. My neighbors daughters both went to a state school scott free. Our girl’s softball is no joke. Seems like 3 or 4 girls get the full ride. She hated softball her first year. I think they call it T ball at age 3. I said fine you may quit at the end of the season. She didn’t quit. Pitching is her dream. I have all kinds of net things in my backyard no idea what they do or how they work.she is out there practicing.
I cannot imagine after ten years a boy showing up and supplanting her. His arm will be stronger for fast pitch. What would that do to my baby girl. All her work. The hours i sat in the sun cheering her on. Vacations cancelled because of all stars. My father had coached. When he died all the girls came to the memorial together. Wore “Do it for Pap” bracelets all last summer. These young girls have shared a lot in 10 years. They were babies. Now they are young women. They play as a team. There is solidarity. I find it beautiful to behold. A boy can jump in and wreck over a decade because of adult libs feelings. What about my child’s identity? I refused to accept she was nothing. My child has not been raised to pity herself. She is proactive. I gave up NYC to live in suburbs for her. A boy on the team could ruin all that these young girls have built together. His identity would Trump what girl’s have built over 120 months. That’s a long time. I
I am very happy with who my child, who is not my child, is becoming. I think sisterhood is a major factor. Even the girls she does not like that are on her team spend the night on snow days. My question is why can’t girls be given this small respite. Women who become men are never going to decimate football. It’s a one way street. Junior high volleyball may have a matchup with a school that has a boy on girl’s team it will be in the finals if it happens. I think i will request the thorazine shuffle in advance. Knock me the fuck out because I will not be pretty.

Dems wrestle over how to vote on ‘Green New Deal’

Senate Democratic leaders are grappling over how to vote on a controversial climate change proposal that is being championed by progressives and mocked by conservatives.

The plan, offered by firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) will be voted on on the Senate floor later this year in a GOP-led effort to divide Democrats and get them to go on the record about the “Green New Deal.”

But they are not supportive of most of her proposals…especially GND.

So Kim decided to test Trump and do a big ask for I think all or most sanctions to be removed in exchange for some inspect and some shutdown. It might have been something he wanted to do as a test, all part of the chess game of negotiations. Or, I suspect a bit more likely, he saw all these efforts of the Dems and calculated that Trump might be desperate for a deal, almost any deal. I’d guess he knew there would be a good chance Trump would walk, but it’s a test he needed to do. No Dem president, or in fact any recent president we’ve had, would have passed that test. And how that Trump worked through that and did the best thing you could do, like Reagan did with the Soviets, I suspect things will go very well over the next year. We’ll see of course.
