This guy is stupid.

Man in MAGA Hat Mobbed, Has Hat Stolen as Stephon Clark Protest Spirals out of Control in Sacramento

More than 80 demonstrators were arrested in Sacramento Monday night, after a protest against the district attorney’s decision not to charge the police officers who shot an unarmed black man last year spun out of control.

Agitators reportedly blocked streets as they chanted for justice, keyed cars, and yelled at residents in their homes. At one point, a man who came to the rally wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat and his daughter were mobbed by protesters and his hat was stolen off his head, video footage shows. The man told a reporter for the Sacramento Bee that he came to the rally in the MAGA hat to see what would happen — and he found out.

The video below, courtesy of the Sacramento Bee, shows a man in a MAGA hat watching the protest with his daughter when someone grabs the hat off his head and runs off with it. Soon the man and his daughter are surrounded by black-clad agitators, including a woman repeatedly blowing a whistle in his face.

“Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!” the man, later identified as Dan Iverson, repeatedly shouts in the video. Riot police soon intervene and break up the tense situation.

A reporter from the Sacramento Bee asked Iverson and his daughter Andie what happened.

“We just were walking down here and they totally started crowding and threatening me — the people in the black masks,” the shaken man said. “The people in the black masks came up and were threatening my daughter and myself.”

When asked why he thought the protesters were doing that, Iverson responded: “Because I had a hat on.”

“It said, “Make America Great Again,” Andie explained.

“So this is supposed to be a freedom of speech rally, right?” Iverson continued. “They just took my hat!”

The reporter asked the father and daughter if they had done anything to provoke the hostility.

“We were just standing back by the tree,” the man said. “We didn’t say anything … We were just watching.”

He said he was a little “shaken up” after having “50 people grabbing” at him.

“I’m shaking right now,” the man said.

He told the reporter that he has property in the neighborhood and he’d never been to a protest before.

“My daughter’s in Social Studies at school. We came to a community … situation … to check it out,” he explained. “I live with my wife and two kids. We are law-abiding — we came down here to check out a free speech — immediately we’re surrounded by people in black masks and then other people came up grabbing at my jacket, grabbing at my daughter, and all I said was — nothing. I didn’t say anything.”

Iverson said agitators in the mob cursed at them and told them to “go home.” “We live in Sacramento, okay?” he told the reporter. “We live here.”

When asked if it was because of the hat,” Iverson responded, “Obviously!”

When further pressed, he admitted that he wore the hat because he was curious to see what would happen.

“We didn’t mean any harm. We didn’t try to threaten,” the daughter explained. “We just wanted to come here. And, you know, it’s a hat. I don’t see the offense.”

He went looking for trouble, and he found some. But he’s a grown-up, so if he wants to star in a viral video of a guy in a MAGA hat getting his ass kicked by a mob of leftists, that’s his business. But you don’t bring your kids to something like that. Leftists are crazy people. You cannot expect irrational people to act rationally.

Yes, he had every right to wear that hat. It’s like a pedestrian in a crosswalk – he has the right-of-way, but those lines on the road won’t save him if he walks out in front of a truck.

As stooopid as I am, I’d know better than that. Kids are much safer at home.

Well he should leave the kid at home but I think it is time to show Democrat crazy rage for what it is and for everyone to witness. So I like what this guy did. What is with these black mask people? It should be illegal to cover your face at a demonstration.

But I wonder, what was Mittens doing there?
Maybe he had some part in this, but color me skeptical.

This is bullshit. We’re supposed to be afraid to support a sitting president? Not wear a fucking hat? I’m sorry , but by submitting to that dictate, we’re complicit in empowering the haters.

A MAGA hat is no different than an Obama shirt. As long as we comply with their demands, we are tacitly agreeing with and empowering them to abuse us. And yes, I wear mine all over the Upper West Side, known as the most progressive neighborhood in the city. And yes, I get dirty looks, but I look then right back in the eye, waiting.

So far, no one has said a word. And FYI, I’m not some big, burly imposing bubba. Im 5’3″, 135 lbs. (cute little thing, really) I could easily be roadkill. So far, nothing.

The left is all over Twitter for two days now accusing Alan Dershowitz of being involved with Epstein and sex with young girls. So, is there any truth to that, or is it a smear against Dershowitz because he has been a defender of what the Dems are trying to do to the President, his family, and those associated with him? Such ugly times we live in.

    • Somebody says:

Dershowitz was one of Epstein’s attorneys, so was Ken Starr, btw. Flight manifests show he flew on Epstein’s plane, at least once to his island, if I recall correctly.

I think, my memory is fuzzy….a girl accused him of having sex with her when she was underage. There was a group of girls that tried to bring a civil suit. Dershowitz denied the claim, said he’d been to the island once with his wife….again working on fuzzy memory. Dershowitz counter sued or filed a defamation suit or something, but the whole thing went away because the girls case was dismissed….again, a bit fuzzy, but that’s the best I can remember. The girls named a bunch of people from Royalty to WJC.

On the surface it isn’t necessarily suspect that an attorney would fly on his client’s plane or even be their guest. Epstein wasn’t just any client, his reputation was well known and his plane’s nickname of Lolita express was well known,as well as the reputation of his island. Dershowitz has defended a host of unsavory people. Were his trips solely in furtherance of working on his client’s defense? We’ll most likely never know.

“It was recommended that Manafort be given 19-24 years for his deeds in this case, yet in a surprise move, the judge lowered that enormously to under four years in a federal penitentiary………Judge Ellis also went out of his way today to publicly proclaim that Manafort’s sentencing has nothing to do with “Russian collusion” or any other Democrat fever dream. The judge has been forceful on that aspect for a while, trying to ensure that no false narratives emanate from his court room.”

“Manafort is not totally off the hook though. He’s facing another sentencing next week in Washington D.C. for two charges of conspiracy, each carrying up to five years. I expect the book to be thrown at him in that one.”

      • Constance says:

For years women were kept out of politics because they were considered weak and simple and it was thought that they would turn their power over to an unelected and unelectable male and simply be his puppet. I feel like this is the case with the new class of vapid little brown girls who the Democrats have elected to the House. It looks like AOC is banging her Chief of Staff who is busily diverting campaign dollars to his own corporation, she is his puppet and people will be afraid to question it because they will be beating up on a little brown girl which also makes them sexist, racist, bigoted etc.
Seattle has council member Sawant our own little brown girl. She is a Socialist and her supporters mob city council meetings and shout down any opinion they don’t approve of. Yesterday a complaint was filed that she is a puppet and is controlled by a socialist group with un published membership and has been conducting city business on a private account to block public view of the situation. As a woman who was a real feminist I am just sickened by this further evidence that the people who opposed women in politics were right. It is only a matter of time until the ugly men behind the other little girl puppets are revealed, I am sure that all you have to do is look. It is a new Leftist pattern.

Ilhan Omar Withdraws Support From Bill To Save The Earth After Learning That’s Where Israel Is

      • Anthony says:

“You’ve been hypnotized by the Jews!” Omar accused a surprised Ocasio-Cortez. Omar then ripped up a copy of the Green New Deal. “This is just a plot to help Israel keep existing! Did AIPAC pay you off?”

Ocasio-Cortez was very apologetic, saying she hadn’t considered how her plan would affect Israel. She then vowed to change her plan so it might save the whole planet except where Israel resides.

“This is, like, a learning process,” Ocasio-Cortez later told reporters. “When I made the Green New Deal, I thought weather like storms and earthquakes were all caused by climate change, but now I’ve learned from Representative Omar that lots of that is actually from Jewish-controlled weather machines. So for the next version of the Green New Deal we will have to keep that in mind.”

    11 years!
