Beto, just another crazy, power seeking Dem.

    • taw46 says:

We don’t need “diversity” on the Supreme Court. We need people who can read, understand, and follow the Constitution.

      • DeniseVB says:

That would be great ! 😉 Speaking of, I noticed a Podesta link to Scalia’s death in the leaks of emails surfacing now. I still don’t have closure from that “died of natural causes, no autopsy necessary” bullsh*t. Andrew Breitbart either. :adjusting tinfoil hat:

    • MIranda says:

I support term limits on everything, including the Supreme Court. It could be a long term, like 10 – 15 years, and done as an election.

      • 49erDweet says:

As soon as we add a end-of-term date to the mix we begin to get ‘political’ decisions. Not in favor.

        • Miranda says:

You would only elect once, to replace the exiting justice. You couldn’t re-elect a justice.

          • 49erDweet says:

That’s only part of the equation. As a term ends, a sitting judge might respond poorly in pending cases to the knowledge she/he is losing impact on that case. I have no problem with lifetime appointments. I think they lead to more reasoned decisions.

          • taw46 says:

I am not for electing Justices, is that what you mean? It’s bad enough for County/state elections when people don’t know anything about the judges (or the law, for that matter). So they either skip over them or randomly mark a name. I apologize if I misunderstood what you meant.

  2. taw46 says:

Twitter is full of the left blaming Trump for the attack in NZ. I just read 48 pages of the manifesto, where he mentioned Trump in TWO sentences. I hate the left. This is what the shooter said:

    • votermom says:

thanks for linking the manifesto, taw
some parts are clearly sarcastic (Owens being too extreme, the video game)
can’t tell how much is trolling
the manifesto is very cold – not crazy written

      • Mothy67 says:

Asserts he did poorly in school and did not attend University. To me his vocabulary did not match that. Feckless isn’t an everyday word. I’d think a footloose traveler would say useless/hopeless. A few word choices stuck out to me, but I suppose he could be an avid reader. I wanted to read the whole thing to see if it was all written by the same person. I only got through a few pages, but it wasn’t blind rage. I felt quite confused in the wee hours.

        • taw46 says:

Pages 13 and 14 (I think) got a little crazy with talk about being a Navy Seal.

          • Mothy67 says:

I got that far. It was a long paragraph that did not fit in style wise or temperament with the rest. I think in addition to being a US Navy SEAL he also laid some sort of claim to the US Marines. Had cache of weapons. So he traveled extensively on money he made from Bitconnect, became a SEAL, then a Marine all by the age of 26/28???? I had wondered if that paragraph was a quote from some previously unhinged terrorist. It felt disjointed.

          • taw46 says:

Yes, it didn’t fit at all. I couldn’t figure out where that came from, why it was in there.

          • Mothy67 says:

            The voice was different.

          • 49erDweet says:

I’ve certified people into the county psych ward that displayed a better grasp of reality than this dimwit.

        • Myiq2xu™ says:

I had a large vocabulary before I started college because I read a lot. But just because I knew what a word meant didn’t mean it was part of my everyday vocabulary. “Feckless” is an old term that gained new life when Sam Bee used it in reference to Ivanka Trump.

If a mass shooter is white then he is a Trump supporter, even if he is not. If the shooter is non-white, then Trump is still to blame, but for different reasons. OTOH, if an Obama supporter shot up a school and left behind a manifesto saying he did it for Barack, the media would defend Obama and say the shooter’s motives remain unknown.

          • 49erDweet says:

Yeah, I read voraciously as an early to mid teenager. My working vocabulary awed (psyched out) most of my high school teachers, resulting in grades much higher than earned.

      • taw46 says:

Exactly, definitely trolling in there. Also, I agree, not crazily written like many manifestos I have read.

        • DeniseVB says:

Myiq’s Rule: Wait 48 hours. I know it’s hard, we’re still waiting over a year for the Vegas slaughter details 😉 I feel bad for Candace, she’s a very effective motivational speaker, of course, she must be destroyed. 😦

          • taw46 says:

Well, we don’t have to wait 48 hrs to read the manifesto, it’s out there. If anyone wants to read it, they better hurry, because it is being removed all over the place. And what I found was only part of it. As for is there more to it than this one guy? That we will probably never know.

          • Mothy67 says:

I’m not making any assumptions. Merely inquiring. We know cuomo will feel he has the right to read the manifesto, but doesn’t think we do. They are going to pick and choose what we see.

          • Mothy67 says:

He wrote that he had written a much longer screed but deleted it. If he didn’t use killary’s bleach bit or a cloth shouldn’t they be able to reconstruct?

          • taw46 says:

Tim, that is why I think it should be published. People who haven’t even read it are saying the shooter did it for Trump. Disgusting.

          • taw46 says:

Also, it is mostly about what has happened to Europe, Australia, and NZ. Very little about the US, except to state he wants to start a civil war here so the US will be powerless to ever again interfere in Europe like we did in Kosovo. That is it, the rest (that I read) was all about Europe.

          • Myiq2xu™ says:

Secrecy is the fertile soil where conspiracy theories grow.

In every one of these mass shooter cases, there are always rumors of additional shooters/suspects. Sometimes they are true, but most often they are wrong. Defense attornies use the news reports to try to create reasonable doubt.

Any homicide detective can tell you that there are always things that don’t fit, coincidences, missing pieces, etc.

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

Crazy people tend to do their writing during the craziest part of their cycles. Manic-depressives don’t write when they are depressed – they just curl up in the fetal position. Manics stay up all night writing.

    • taw46 says:

I am beyond mad, the more I read on Twitter. People saying the shooter praised Trump and said he was the inspiration for the shooting. All lies. That is why I believe the manifesto should be published. Those “powers that be” do not want it released, because the shooter calls out politicians, globalists, the corporate world for what they have done to the West. Only caring about money they can make and not what they are doing to countries/cultures/citizens. It is preferred to keep it hidden and let people blame Trump and shame anyone who speaks out against immigration.

  3. DeniseVB says:

I hope I didn’t trigger our guest lurkers for “reporting abusive content” to Facebook. I almost used this meme, but I knew they couldn’t handle an attack on a bottle of salad dressing. /snork

  4. Mothy67 says:

So is podesta in NZ interfering in an election by warning about interfering in elections? Those people are so whacked and evil.

    • DeniseVB says:

I saw that too. The timing of Podesta’s visit to NZ and the mosque attacks. It’s on other sources going hmmmmmm?

      • taw46 says:

It’s their own fault. Just the little that has come out has shocked us, so naturally we are leery of everything they do.

        • DeniseVB says:

It’s why I yawned at the College Scandal, what are they diverting our attention from? Richie Riches have been bribing (hello, endowments) for generations. And, I understand legacy and prestige admissions, the Clinton and Obama kids for example. It’s just good PR.

          • taw46 says:

That should have been a minor story. Can you imagine, the FBI puts all the time and resources into that, but won’t investigate collusion by the Obama administration?

          • 49erDweet says:

The Feebs will never, ever recover their past reputation for integrity and honesty. They are fini. Every announcement from now on will be politically suspect. Might as well play the bagpipes now.

          • Mothy67 says:

I also get why sub par student the hoglett got into harvard. He reps what they admire. Private schools can accept who they want. I don’t see anything wrong with legally buying your way in.

          • DeniseVB says:

I keep thinking, I would have been charged with child abuse for buying my kids into an Ivy. They would have been sent home the next day 😀

          • Myiq2xu™ says:

Nobody honestly believes that George Bush got into Yale strictly on merit, do they? Throw enough money at a college or university and they’ll give you a degree and you won’t even have to attend a single class.

          • DeniseVB says:

It’s why I have never looked at the diplomas of politicians, I look what they’ve achieved personally and professionally. Prolly why Trump excited me when he came down that escalator in 2015. And he certainly didn’t need the money or power, he already had that. He’s lost a billion since then and still doesn’t take a paycheck. I love he is so not a politician. 🙂

          • taw46 says:

I saw someone on FOX the other day who made a good point. Admission should be based on merit, but schools departed from that long ago. All diversity now – race, gender, where you are from – so they created their own problems. We shouldn’t be surprised or shocked, and it won’t be corrected until they return to merit.

          • 49erDweet says:

Exactly. Except they can’t return to a path they won’t recognize.

          • Constance says:

I know, “Rich people get stupid kids in prestigious centers of indoctrination” BIG WOW! Damn who could have seen this coming?!

          • DeniseVB says:

LOL, nobody’s buying this no matter how hard the media wants to distract us with actors that make us yawn. Except Macy from Fargo, but he wasn’t charged? Most of us go, okay, like if we have millions and stupid kids how best to spend that money. Send them to Harvard ! Not.

    • 49erDweet says:

Mere koinkadink, m’dear. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

  5. DeniseVB says:

Mark Dice is on a roll. Prolly need to follow him to keep up with Robert Francis O’Dourke news 😉

    • Anthony says:

I’ve got 10 bucks right here that says we’re looking at a Biden/Beta ticket for 2020. I really believe the Dem/Soc’s think that combo will shore up the boomer and millennial voters. Or maybe I’m crazy. Who knows, who cares…

      • DeniseVB says:

I’ll see your $10 and raise you $20 it will be Biden/Kamala. 😉

        • Somebody says:

So you both think Booker wasted his money on his new beard.

        • Miranda says:

I think B/K will be the ticket too, Denise. Biden to calm everyone down, Kamala for the progressives and to put her in position for 2028 (or 24, depending on Biden’s health)

          • jeffhas says:

I’m thinking full Kamala, I see Dems going right off the cliff with Kamala/Beto.

          • taw46 says:

The Dems are so far left today, I can’t see them voting for Biden. Plus Biden has that “creep” factor, what with all those CSPAN videos showing him all touchy with children and women.

  6. taw46 says:

The link I posted for the manifesto only showed 49 pages of it. If you want to read it, here is the entire 74 pages.

    • Constance says:

Thanks, I downloaded it which probably puts me on some government watch list but I want to read it for myself, before it gets a fantastical “Its Trump and white people” media distortion on all MSM channels and censored by internet multinational companies.

    • John Denney says:

I just tried to post the link on a Facebook comment to someone else’s post, but the document has been disappeared.
      Hang on to those copies.

      • taw46 says:

Yes, it is gone. I’ll be willing to bet someone else will post it somewhere. And then, poof, it will disappear again! Have they ever done this with other manifestos? I seem to remember them all being published.

  7. DeniseVB says:

    And, We. Are. Here.

    • lyn says:

    • taw46 says:

See, there they go with the lies. He was NOT a Trump supporter. Criticized politicians, globalists, and corporate people. His whole manifesto was about Europe, with little mention of the US. Pisses me off. That is why it needs to be published, so fake news can’t lie about it.

    • 49erDweet says:

He’s crazy. Of COURSE he loved China.

  8. Dora says:

One more reason to get out of the city!

  9. Dora says:

I hate Blumenthal! I hate democrats! I hate the media! Gosh, I seem to hate of people today.

Democratic senator and CNN rush to blame Trump over New Zealand massacre

Sen. Richard Blumenthal and a CNN anchor immediately blamed rhetoric from President Trump and his allies for the mass shooting in New Zealand that took the lives of 49 people.

  10. DeniseVB says:

    Crowder !

    • Somebody says:

I’ve known several people in New Zealand, generally speaking they just aren’t that in tune with US politics. They follow UK and EU politics much more than US. DJT’s politics, views and that of his supporters, just isn’t a big factor in NZ outside of diplomatic circles.

In fact there are many parts of the world where everyday citizens don’t give much thought to the US or our politics. There are also areas of the world that blames the US for everything. As far as I know, New Zealand is one of the countries that’s just not that into us.

One more thing, I’m sure this shooting will spark “gun control” debates here in the US. At a minimum the D’s will tout stricter background checks, since they already have such a bill. New Zealand has pretty tight gun control, very strict background checks. You must have a license for a gun and prove you need it, self defense is not acceptable as a need. On top of that there is a limit of 7 rounds in a magazine. So keep that in mind when the D’s and even some R’s want to have a knee jerk reaction and pass some BS law restricting our 2nd amendment rights, because the type of measures already in place in NZ will be what they propose.

Can you blame them? My heart hurts for the LEO’s who get kicked in the nuts (and vaginas) for every misstep on routine calls to keep their communities safe. Thanks Obama. My son is at the fed level and counting the seconds to his retirement at age 50. Oh son, I told him, still young enough to start a second career as a Sheriff Andy at one of those cute Mayberry Colorado ski towns you like. Response. MOM, NO FUCKING WAY I’M STAYING IN LAW ENFORCEMENT ! Ok, I get it 😉

      • 49erDweet says:

Tell DS that DA Investigator’s get to bust lots and lots of dirty cops. Fun, fun, fun. They get paid better, too. But it hasta be an honest DA, which can be tricky.

    • Constance says:

Same with Seattle. They are down over a hundred officers from last year. They keep approving more officer hiring but they can’t even hire enough to catch up and cover their losses.

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

It takes a couple of years to train a cop. Minimum. And weeding out the bad ones is an ongoing problem. Lots of bad cops started off good. And the worst cops never quit, they seem to stay around forever unless they get fired.

  13. DeniseVB says:

    Heh. So true….

  14. taw46 says:

  15. taw46 says:

Tim, this is what the Navy Seal was about in the manifesto. It’s a meme.

    • Somebody says:

I haven’t read the manifesto, but from the comments I’ve seen here and elsewhere, it seems to be a massive meme copy and paste with a few ranting in between, WTF?

      • taw46 says:

I wouldn’t call it a massive meme (although he has some in there), nor would I call it a rant. He very coldly states a lot of what he believes. That’s just my opinion. But he definitely wants to start civil/race wars. You should read it before it disappears.

  16. Myiq2xu™ says:

    • DandyTIger says:

Always good to wait a while before jumping on the blame wagon. The real motives behind the shootings might not be what they think. The manifesto is already crazy including hating conservatives, wanting communist governments, and being an eco-terrorist. Sounds like lots of trolling and who knows with hopes of starting a real civil war in the west.

  17. taw46 says:

  18. taw46 says:

Well look who’s there with them, Medea from CodePink.

Where were they after San Bernardino, Pulse, Calais, Boston, New York (repeatedly) UK, France, Germany and on and on.
This is tragic, but so is every death by extremists.

      • swanspirit says:

Thank you. After every terrorist attack by muslims, the first thing Cair screams about us possible retaliation. No sympathy for the victims, just don’t blame the poor innocent muslims. This attack is horrific, and unjustified in any way, but the Muslims do less than nothing to curb their own.
I think victims of Muslim terrorism in all countries, have shown remarkable restraint, considering we are all human.

    • Myiq2xu™ says:

If they are so afraid of white people why do they keep moving to Europe, the USA, and Canada?

  19. DeniseVB says:

  20. DandyTIger says:

Looks like the shooter really hated Trump’s politics and as a leader, and all conservatives. But the one thing he liked was what CNN keeps reporting about Charlottesville, which of course is hoax. So I’d say CNN themselves is partly responsible for the mass shooting. Time for them to correct, apologize, and take responsibility. Yeah, not waiting for that.

    • DandyTIger says:

Funnily enabling a civil war between liberals and conservatives that is CNN’s business model is exactly what the shooter claims he wants.

      • DeniseVB says:

There’s already a civil war between the left and right. But we just keep #Winning the battles, with our brains tied behind our backs to make it a level playing field 😛 Including the media. And they hate us more for that too 😀

    • taw46 says:

MSNBC does the same thing when talking about Charlottesville. And of course, their followers believe it because they never bother to watch and listen to PT’s actual words.

  25. Mt.Laurel says:

Well my tin foil hat came up with anther option on the NZ shooting. That it was set up to gain sympathy for the mosques/religion of pieces and bring up gun control – again. When you think about it, it is not that unlikely that the extremists of the religion of pieces and the crazy socialist would be willing to train/set up some poor crazy ba$stard to kill their own to make the news cycle to try and turn public opinion in their favor.

    • taw46 says:

That and using it as a way to try and restrict free speech here. Like they do in the UK. If you criticize that religion on social media, you will be visited by the police. Warned, fined, or put in jail.

  26. Dora says:
