This idiot asked me who I thought were the sexiest when i was young. I said
    Debbie Harry
    Michelle Pfeiffer
    Rachel Ward
    Tina Louise
    And Maxwell Smart
He had no idea who those people are.
Debbie Harry in 1982 was the bombest bomb to the bombth degree
You would think stoner boy doing street scam interviews would know of Blondie

    • Mothy67 says:

Point. How did anyone not find her sexy

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

Check her out in Videodrome with James Woods. That is some twisted shit.

        • Mothy67 says:

I lived on Great Jones and the Bowery late 80’s. I saw them all.
Best was I went into a place called Sophies. It was my 30th birthday. I asked the bartender to give me a sec. Stunning woman came in. It was around 3. She said gjve me a dirty bombay sapphire martini and bruise the shit out of it. Make it Courtney Love dirty. I said me too.
I had several afternoon martinis with this strikingly handsome woman. She was not manly. Just very put together. We had a great time. She said come see my band tonight. NY whatever you say sure. She left. We had spent about an hour chatting. Bartender came over after she left and told me I was downing dirty martinis with Kate Pierson ((B 52’s). She looked nothing like videos.

Michelle pfeiffer lived in one city over from me growing up, Gwen S. Beautiful from No Doubt fame. The Golden Bear Huntington Beach was in my backyard. What a time to be alive.

    • blowme0bama says:

Debbie Harry, by a frickin’ mile. I used to have a small photo print of her pinned to my bedroom wall in college. It was a profile shot of her with a scrunched up denim jacket and not immediately recognizable unless you REALLY dug Debbie Harry. People would ask if that was my GF. LOL.. I wish.

This is weird. Mom is being honored by the Merced County Old Timers on Sunday (along with a bunch of other old fogies). I wanted more info, so I googled “Merced County old timers 2019” and got bupkis. I tried Bing too.

I’ve noticed this kind of thing a lot lately.

  5. Myiq2xu™ says:

This is the kind of statement that makes me want to strip naked and scream obscenities at somebody in their office. And I ain’t talking about Rudy.

“We’re now trying to prove who did it,” Giuliani said. “The premise is, somebody had to have started the ‘He colluded with the Russians’” narrative. (Never mind that Trump’s posture toward the Kremlin has long been strange.)

  6. Myiq2xu™ says:

Since taking office in 2009, Many of Obama’s rivals in Illinois ran into problems. Blago got busted within days. One of the people rumored to be bidding on Obama’s Senate seat was Jesse Jackson Jr. Obama’s COS is now mayor of Chicago. It’s like he was building his own little fiefdom, but in the end, he never went back.

    • Island Girl says:

Isn’t it ironic? Spent 2-3 weeks at his Hawaiian rented out place for years where he was from. Joke

      • DeniseVB says:

Have the Obamas continued their “family Christmas tradition” since they left office ? I miss those photos of him slurping down a shaved ice 😉

        • elliesmom says:

No Hawaiian Christmas vacation pictures for 2018. Obama sent a message he was and we should spend Christmas with loved ones. Pics were of him and Michelle standing under the mistletoe in their DC home.

    • elliesmom says:

“If convicted” is the operative phrase. She’ll probably be promoted. Maybe get a huge paycheck for “technical assistance” on a TV show. She has friends in Hollywood now.

Rand Paul blocks resolution calling for Mueller report release.

“Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) blocked a resolution calling for special counsel Robert Mueller’s report to be made public, arguing that Congress should also call for the release of communications and testimony from Obama-era officials.

“Spicey” is still hooking them, lol……

  12. taw46 says:

There is a video in this link, Mark Steyn interviews Douglas Murray, author of “The Strange Death of Europe: Immigration, Identity, Islam”. It is long, but well worth the watch.

  13. DeniseVB says:

    Silly boys …

  14. DeniseVB says:

Overflow crowd at the Trump rally last night. Just wow. This is why people start lining up 24 hours early. I do think you get a better view of the Pres on a jumbotron screen and can probably hear him better over the din of the crowd inside. Definitely, the party’s just as fun on the outside. 🙂

    you keep thinking that honey.
today’s democrats are a travesty of a political party but they are a dangerous travesty

Damn Trump is really powerful. He can make people do really stupid things to themselves

    • blowme0bama says:

Their authoritarian control impulses are scarier. Even scarier are the numbers of people who think this shit is a good idea.

      • taw46 says:

And white people at that. Those white liberals who can be guilted into doing whatever these “masters” demand. Damn scary.

        • blowme0bama says:

There are people who honestly believe that there should be authoritarian control over potatoes, milk, whatever the hell it is that white people eat because it increases “globull warming”, which is another complete bullshit hoax.

I’m reminded of the line from the They Might be Giants song, “Everyone wants a Rock”, which in my mind is a parody of “protest songs / causes”

          Someone in this town
Is trying to burn the playhouse down
They want to stop the ones who want
          Prosthetic foreheads on their heads
          But everybody wants prosthetic
          Foreheads on their real heads

          • Mothy67 says:

Hmmm. poor minorities/people eat a lot more junk and fast food. Aren’t they always crying about food deserts in the cities. Bet there are yuuuge regional differences. Urban folks eat out a lot more.

  21. DeniseVB says:

Sigh, this makes me miss my old typewriter. Of course, it wasn’t as big as this by the time I started using one 😉

I bought my sister season 9 of The Walking Dead as they cut the cord and she’s a fan. Hard to believe it was once must see. Just awful. I guess it was always a soap with zombies but it was fun when Carol was blowing shit up.

    • Mothy67 says:

      Yeah!

    • Jadzia says:

There’s a new show runner on the back half of this season who is doing an amazing job. The last run of episodes is the best TWD has been in YEARS. She is so good. Fear the walking dead has taken a nosedive, I think because they moved the guy who was the walking dead show runner over there.

    • jeffhas says:

Well, they brought in The Fonz (Negan – played terribly by a Dom’s imitator) so the show jumped the shark.

      Unwatchable after he arrived.

This will definitely be my song pick for Karaoke 🙂

    • Miranda says:

She travels between DC and the Bronx each week? That’s some environmental impact right there.

    Really folks, just WTF?
    https://legalinsurrection.com/2019/03/duke-university-to-pay-over-100-million-in-settlement-for-fake-research/
Studying the lung function of mice.?
“The dozens of grants in question covered the study of the lung function of mice. The Justice Department says Thomas’ lawsuit alleged that “between 2006 and 2018, Duke knowingly submitted and caused to be submitted” claims to federal agencies that were unknowingly paying grant money for falsified research data. It adds that while the agreement settles the court case, it does not mean Duke has been determined liable.”
