    Beautiful portrait of the president.

This very well may be a gift from the democrats. 🙂

    • John Denney says:

He completely agrees with my rant yesterday against the “elites”.

” I stumbled across a silver-haired man at a greasy-spoon restaurant in La Crosse, Wis. He was an old factory worker at the local brewery. A blue-collar company man who leaned Democrat.

“Do me a favor. Don’t dumb-down politics,” he said. “We’re smarter than you think.”

I’ve kept that sentiment close to my heart for three decades. And those looking to twist Trump’s ABC News interview into something it was not should take heed of the wisdom I was offered that day in La Crosse.

American voters are a lot harder to fool than the political elite think.”

BTW, we’d get along just fine without the “elites”. We don’t need them as much as they need us. Imagine a “Survivor” scenario with “elites” in one camp and deplorables in another.

I’ve been a fan of The Donald since the 80’s. Men wanted to be him, women wanted to be with him. He had me at the escalator, tomorrow, June 15, is the 4 year anniversary of his first announcement to take back our country. What a ride !

        • Dora says:

Are you sure? I thought it was June 16th.

I was on board since that day too. 🙂

        • John Denney says:

I was clueless about Trump. I’d seen a few snippets of The Apprentice when the tv was on in the background at some friend’s place.
My guy was Dr. Ben Carson.
I thought it really odd when I saw Trump, a reality show star, standing front and center at the first debate shrugging his shoulders and looking around as if to say, “I don’t know why they put me out front, but . . . whatever.” Yeah, I don’t know why you’re there, either, Buddy. I was mildly amused. Talk about a fish out of water!
I don’t recall much else about that debate. What got my attention was a subsequent news article about Trump saying something wildly racist or misogynistic. Really?? Who would say such a thing these days??? So I had to dig in to understand why he would say such a thing. Turned out, he didn’t. That was weird.
Then it happened again. And again. And again. Outlandish story after outlandish story about him and his supporters. I had never seen such slanted coverage before.
That was how I got to know him — reading what he actually said, versus what the MSM was saying he said.
I still like Dr. Carson, but I’m now grateful for President Trump.
The MSM has earned nothing but my disdain. Fellow Americans do not obscure the Truth and build false narratives against fellow Americans.

          • DeniseVB says:

LOL, “Realty TV Star”, in actuality, PTrump owned that showed with the guy who produced “Survivor” (?). I’ll always love Dr. Carson, and he’s been crucified by the left too. Students at Johns Hopkins forced them to cancel Carson as commencement speaker one year. They hate all conservatives, sad little people.

My most unforgettable moment was when Dr. Carson was introduced at a debate and didn’t hear his name called. While the next intro’d candidates just walked past him. Until PTrump, who stopped and stood with him, until they were forced to introduce both of them again. Beautiful moment.

          • John Denney says:

I had forgotten that moment. Thanks for the reminder! What a classy guy!

Happy Birthday 🎂, Mr. President, and many many more. We need you in office more than ever!

I’d love that ! Methinks, he’ll use the Deputy PressSec or Melania’s Communications assistant (from what I hear, a Trump loyalist pit bull) til after the election then put in somebody like Mark Levin, a master media crusher. I’m still rooting for Milo 🙂

Niles is playing with matches again.

    • elliesmom says:

Given what the Obama years did to her life, it’s a sign of pure stupidity that she’d ever consider voting for a Democrat again. But you know what they say about stupid. You can’t fix it.

    • Anthony says:

“But then you never did have a lick of sense.”

🎼🎵 Pass the biscuits, please 🎶

      • DeniseVB says:

Oh gawd, I read her reply too. Republicans don’t like women? Bless her heart, I could jump on Niles defense and explain to her how I ended up with a “republican” for the sex, money and happily ever after sh*t. Guess I’m just too happy to slop that piggy. 😉

        • Anthony says:

Yah, ‘Niles’ really got her rollin’ 🤣🤣🤣

          • DeniseVB says:

Reminds me of those stupid posts over at DU, “Would you date a Republican?” I loved commenting that I married one. Ewwwww, holy spittles every time. But it took supporting Hillary over Obama to finally get me purged?

    • DandyTIger says:

LOL. For fun than should be legal.

What if, ( My Aunt Honey used to say “What if what if! What if a bear shit in the woods?” To illustrate the pointlessness of this phrase, but I shall endeavor on) after his last term in office, President Trump moved into a big house in D.C., Moved KellyAnne Conway in with him and Melania,(like that would ever happen) supported a deep state coup that he started before the next president assumed office, continued to constantly criticize the new administration, traveled to other countries and conferred with heads of state regarding ongoing issues relevant to this country, and went on makng snarky statements regarding the new President? What if he did that? Hmmm?? How would the Dims like it. Would they think it was even problematic?

      • DeniseVB says:

The Obamas used Sasha as excuse to stay in DC “til she finishes high school”. Now they plan to stay using the excuse, when the girls come home for a visit, all their friends are here” ? I guess they don’t plan on making new friends in college? Private schools don’t usually have kids from the neighborhood you grew up with, especially such an elite school like Sidwell Friends. Those kids are from all over the country and usually the spawn of high ranking DC officials, mostly temp jobs 🙂

    • lyn says:

Trump won’t leave The White House on November 4th, idiots. He will still be president. The graphic is totally wrong. LOL.

President Trump should just say “Why would I call the FBI? Since they spy on me I’m sure they would already know.”

    • DeniseVB says:

Why should they fund non-residents? Sounds like part of the PP money laundering machine for Dems. “We’ll donate to your campaigns if you pay us for other states abortions….”. It’s how Virginia got in this mess of legalizing the killing of viable late term babies. PP gave Gov Notham’s campaign $2million.

  18. DeniseVB says:

Good article on alternatives to facebook and twitter.

LOL, that was tongue in cheek, I hope 😛 I think Michigan’s already found a primary challenger for Amash and drawing yuge crowds, his home state (auto and other industry jobs, jobs, jobs!) supporters are pissed. For that alone, Amash should support Trump, not Rino him.

  21. helenk3 says:

Is he part of the swamp and just covering up for the FBI?

  22. DeniseVB says:

Yet another Taterhead twitter meltdown. Why would OANN be such a threat to CNN ? Must destroy them !!

    • Anthony says:

Awww… don’t cry, Tater. Wait til you see *all* the ratings. Even Sponge Bob Square Pants is leaving you in the dust

I followed the LI coverage almost daily. It was thorough and well done. I did get the sense that the author of the reports, although very competent and detailed and actually quite wonderful, was also a bit biased. Or perhaps I was biased. No perhaps there. I was/am biased. The comments were also numerous and very interesting.
I am thrilled at the decisions made by the jury. Especially the determination that Oberlin will bear the responsibility of paying for the Gibsons’ attorneys fees.
Thanks for linking to this twitchy post.

      • Underwhelmed says:

There really does come a point where you stand up or you roll over. And if you roll over, it’s all over. I’m so happy for this poor family. Now it remains to be seen if academia gets the message,

        • lateblum says:

You know, Gibson’s gave Oberlin every chance to resolve this without going to court. I think the college wanted to show the town and this family who is boss. I’m so glad. I hope college towns learn from this. I hope my town learns from this. My town lays down to make it easier for Northwestern to walk all over us without even tripping. Maybe it will change at some point. I hope.

  30. DeniseVB says:

Why does this piss me off ? I really don’t care, do you? (snort). It’s just the hypocrisy, private jet, personal chefs, a small army of USSS agents helping the French police keep them safe and big ass carbon footprint they’re spewing. Comments are great (meow) and one poor schlub had to mention the Trump family vacations are pretty lavish too. LOL.

I wonder if this is near Jadzia ?

    • taw46 says:

The Resistance pays well. I’m sure all of this is supplied by the puppet masters.

    • lateblum says:

You know what pisses me off is the way the complainers call Trump’s going home to
Mar-a-lago or whatever other Trump compound, “going on vacation”. I remember we used to call it “vacation” when GWB went to the Crawford ranch. Remember when W would “clear brush”? The Dems would have fits. Golly! I wish I’d had more tolerance and acceptance back then.

    • Jadzia says:

Ha ha no. I’m up near Tours.

If you haven’t been watching the US Open today, turn it on now. I truly have never seen such putting and “saves” as I have today. The last 30 minutes have been unbelievable!!

    • DeniseVB says:

I’m in the Majors “pool” battling it out for 9th place (out of 200). I have Koepka, Kuchar and Ooothenism. (lol, spellings). I’m about ready to stroke out 😉 It does make it even more exciting. One more Major to go and I still have Rory and Tiger I haven’t picked yet this season.

      • lateblum says:

        Good luck!

        • DeniseVB says:

I’ve been in this pool for 4 years, it’s so much fun and I’m not a serious golf follower. Next year, I’ll promote the link again. I did a couple of years ago and got crickets from the TCHers.

          • lateblum says:

You go girl! Be sure to watch today. Although I’ve never, ever seen such amazing golf as I did yesterday. I hope you got to see ysome of it. I was cooking and shopping and Fathers Day-ing nearly the entire day. So when I sat down to take a break, I saw the golf was still happening. It was awesome.

  34. lyn says:

Stephanie Grisham, the press secretary and communications director for first lady Melania Trump, is emerging as one of the top contenders to replace outgoing White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
One White House source told The Daily Wire that Grisham “has proven herself to be a stone-cold killer” who is a “risk-free move for the administration in the run-up to perhaps the most important election in American history.”

  35. Dora says:

This is going to drive the democrats out of their minds. Hee Hee.

Can’t wait to hear what the muzzies in Congress will say about Trump Heights.

Happy Father’s Day to everyone here —- whether father’s or not.
    Enjoy the day!

  38. taw46 says:

Here is the CNN special on Melania, if you have any interest. Just what you would expect, they try to assign motives, thoughts to everything she does. There is no interview with FLOTUS. Lots from the left’s “hit parade”: the jacket, the hospital stay, pith helmet, Stormy. And they do use this piece to try and smear PDJT more so than Melania.

  39. DandyTIger says:

    Happy Father’s Day!
