Kavanaugh accused of more unwanted sexual contact by former classmate

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.

The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until now not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.

In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh’s, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh’s genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.

The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.

Stier did not speak publicly about the story, according to the Times, but two U.S. officials reportedly corroborated his account to the FBI with the newspaper.

The allegation is the latest to be made public in a list of accusations of unwanted sexual contact or sexual assault that Kavanaugh has faced since he was first nominated to the Supreme Court by President Trump.

Despite a tumultuous confirmation process culminating in emotional testimony from both Kavanaugh and one of his accusers, Christine Blasey Ford, he was eventually confirmed to the court in a narrow Senate vote.

Kavanaugh has denied all of the allegations that he has faced, calling them politically motivated, and declined to answer questions about Stier’s allegations to the Times on Saturday.

The Founding Fathers never intended for the First Amendment to protect people who do crap like this. The Supreme Court added that later.

President Trump is on it:

They need to keep seeding this into the narrative so they can pimp abortion and SCOTUS once a candidate is defined. They need a large margin of active unmarried women to counter the gender imbalance of all demos of men and married women on the other side. Sad, and transparently evil.

I don’t really know who they were, but the discussion covered everything Mollie tweeted about. They also disclosed that the man who started this mess, Max Stier, is VERY OFTEN on the opposing side when Kavanaugh is involved. Jealous maybe?

The media has abused anonymous sources to the point where it is just as likely “anonymous” means “fabricated.” Let’s not forget the source from the infamous National Guard memo who basically faked a letter in Microsoft word, faxed it to CBS and was considered unimpeachable.

      • Somebody says:

Believe it or not the NYT somehow owns or owns a controlling interest in the local paper here in my small town 🙄 The paper comes out on Wednesdays and Fridays with Wednesday being the larger edition. You can just imagine how slanted it is.

I don’t subscribe to it or to the much larger Jax Times union, although as newspapers go the TU is not nearly as liberal as most. It used to be a more conservative newspaper, with a couple of notable liberals. It started drifting more leftward in the mid to late 90’s.

        • DeniseVB says:

It’s all batsh*t crazy now in JournoWorld. I think my local paper has a history going back 100+ years, it was recently bought out by the Chicago Tribune publisher, It’s all SJW and Orange Man Bad now. The internet isn’t ruining their business, sh*tty journalism is.

I’m hoping 2020 will bring us a landslide victory for Trump, an unassailable majority in the senate, and the retirement of two more supreme court justices who lean left. Then I want Trump to finish what he’s started in the judicial system, build the wall all along our southern border, and if the Canadians don’t oust Trudeau, start building a wall to our north, too. I’m tired, and I’d like to be allowed to grow older in peace.

I don’t owe reparations to anybody. I don’t care who you have sex with as long as you leave the children alone. I’m tired of the “party of science” pissing down my leg and telling me my leg isn’t even wet. You’re entitled to your mental illness, but you’re not entitled to my acceptance of it. Don’t borrow money to go college and expect me to pay your debts. If you’re smart enough to go to college, you should be smart enough to figure out how to pay for it yourself. If you’re worried about the climate changing, and you probably should be, then do what human beings have done since we first stood upright, Figure out how to adapt or become extinct. The hubris involved in believing humans can change the Earth’s climate, for good or bad, suggests we’ll be going the way of the dinosaurs. The last to go will be the cockroaches. They’ve already survived over 300 million years. They were here before the dinosaurs and managed to survive when the T-Rex couldn’t. Think about that when you vote. The cockroaches in DC are so brazen they don’t even bother to scurry when we turn the lights on.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas and the daughter of two public school educators, Virginia and her twin sister, Harrietta, were among the first 130 students chosen to desegregate Little Rock’s high schools in the mid-1960s.

        • DeniseVB says:

I remember that movement and glad they’re putting a face on it. I’m sure they mentioned in the movie that is was GWB who made the changes, right? 😉

Ben Carson’s mom should have a movie made about her. Only a 3rd grade education, a single mom raising 2 young boys in a Detroit ghetto who grew up to be a brain surgeon and a rocket scientist. The boys were floundering in the inner school system, then Little Dr. Ben got in trouble with anger issues. Mom turned off the t.v. and forced them to read books, made them write book reports, even though she couldn’t read them. No school system can replace Mom Power.

I can only hope Betsy DeVos has read Virginia’s book and now working to dismantle the Dept of Ed. and teachers’ unions. Only then will the power be returned to the parents.

      • DeniseVB says:

LOL, in a NoVa nostalgia group, all agree we should return public schools to the 60’s when we had dress codes (jeans/shorts were banned, girls in skirts/dresses only, boys hair couldn’t touch their collar, etc) and school boards feared the PTAs, which were like small, well armed militias back then).

An old h.s. pal just retired from the Fairfax County Schools administration and marveled a 1964 “average student” graduate in a typical high school were better educated than today’s crop of college *average student” graduates. I should qualify for an honorary degree from some college, right? 😛

This latest round of Kavanaugh attacks are the opening act for RBG’s replacement’s confirmation process. This will be the Prog/Thugs “Red Line”, there will be no limits. I suspect that we are seeing the start now because the “insiders” have gotten the real info on RBG’s clinical condition and her prognosis. For example, if RBG is going to have a life threatening complication from her radio-therapy it will likely occur end of Oct-Nov. IMO, life expectancy 6-12 months, despite the fact that she looks in amazingly good health at the present time.

I think you are right. But Trump will nominate a woman judge. So what are they going to accuse a woman of? Or will the Leftist animal thugs simply harass and threaten her safety. I think what they are really afraid of is losing their threat ability over idiot Dems. I don’t see a conservative court ending abortion rights completely. Then what are Dems going to run on? Because now it’s the same crap from Dems every year, gay marriage will end, abortion will end, birth control will be illegal. When conservatives take over completely and none of that happens, then what?

      • SHV says:

CommieDems and NeverTrumpers.

  15. helenk3 says:

    weird question
I have not read anywhere that there is a time limit on abortion now. The baby can be born and made comfortable until mom decides to kill it. So if the kid is 2 minutes, 2 hours , 2 days or 2 years or 20 years can you still abort it?

    • SHV says:

Without doing the research of State laws, IIRC, the medical/legal standard is air in the lungs. This def. is commonly seen when a baby is found in a dumpster, etc. If at autopsy air is present in the lungs, the mother maybe criminally charged; if not then ruled “still born”.

“. The baby can be born and made comfortable until mom decides to kill it”
****I would have to go back and re-read the Va. govs statement, but, IIRC I think he was taken out of context. It is not unusual, if a baby is born with a hopeless malformation, severely brain damage, fatal metabolic condition, etc., to discuss with the family the hopeless of the situation and place the baby on “comfort care” rather than prolong the dying with more invasive, painful procedures, ventilators, drugs, etc.

The whole, not providing medical care to a baby who “survives” abortion is a different situation and is un-ethical and murder; no question!

Well I’ve spent almost all day chopping away at my live oak by the street. It’s been so much fun in hurricane outer bands. Nice wind gusts, rain and a fucking chain saw, me in a rain poncho with a really bad attitude.

I never wanted the damn tree the HOA forced it upon me years ago and has the balls to complain about it hanging over the street now. Deed covenants require a “street tree” from the approved list and in fact I had and still have a street tree from the approved list, two actually……three counting the damn live oak. The association wanted the tree closer to the street……so they forced the live oak on me. Planting a tree 1.5 to 2 feet from the road is stupid, I told them at the time it was stupid. Right now it’s whine and bitch, trim the tree. It won’t be too long before they complain that my street tree I never wanted is tearing up the road, bet they insist I pay to repair the road too. Nope, not going to happen…..I somehow feel all the stress of trimming the tree might cause it become diseased and die……gosh I hope that doesn’t happen.

I embraced the live oak, took good care of it. I like live oaks, but not hacked up live oaks. This one is now hacked to hell and back and I still have one branch that hangs a few inches too low. If I cut that branch, OMG we move into truly hideous territory……but I have to cut it. I’m going to have to cut the other sides of the tree too because it is all out of balance now. I had to cut huge branches, so big a 10 inch electric pole/chain saw struggled through several. I’ll end up filling the bed of the pickup at least twice, maybe three times with what I cut today.

Hubby is on his way home from NJ, he could have left yesterday afternoon……hence a part of my really bad attitude. I might have expressed my feelings in a not so nice way after a day of tree trimming in tropical storm conditions, might be why he set out on the road at 7pm. He’s pissed I hacked the tree, what was I supposed to do? Tell them, not fair, nobody else has a tree that high? Hire an attorney?? What?

So now hubby plans to attach a piece of PVC to the bed of his pickup that will measure exactly 14 feet off the street. Then he plans to drive by and measure every tree the HOA owns…….boy there are a lot of those. We have islands in the middle of the main road with trees in them, going all the way to the back of the neighborhood. There are little islands in various cul-de-sacs (not mine) with trees that are sort of like pocket parks, the association owns those. The road coming into the neighborhood has trees on both sides and in the middle. NONE of them are 14 feet above the street. All around the amenity center parking lot, trees. The golf clubhouse, trees.

Hubby is going to drive around with his PVC and his phone and document every single tree that isn’t in compliance. Then he’s going to the board meeting to complain……….sure honey, as if they give a shit. The rules are for the little people. Isn’t it cute when someone you love is that naive?

    • DeniseVB says:

LOL, Live Oaks are a protected native tree in Virginia Beach, yet the oceanfront business goons prefer to plant palm trees, because it would make the area feel more “resort” like Fort Lauderdale. Taxpayers are forced to replace over half those palms after every winter. Jeebus, just plant our native beach trees like the mighty and beautiful Live Oaks. If you wanted to be Fort Lauderdale, you wouldn’t have built hotels east of (our version of)A1A.

We get HOA compliance warnings a few times a year. We just ignore them now, because they don’t seem to be having much success with the really sh*tty homes in our neighborhood. Our past violations have been everything from “we can see your trash can from the street !” to “you need to replace your bulkhead” (which leans ever so slighty FOR THE PAST 20 years, oy). I know our siding, balcony and decks are due for a major power wash, but we just let our trees grow bigger so the “Nazis” can’t see them from the street and lake. #Resist 😀

      • Somebody says:

I was letting my trees fill in for the same reason. I planted bushes that are supposedly fast growing on the side to block their view. Last time I take advice from my neighbor the landscape guy (in the business 35 years) 🙄 Those fast growing shrubs have barely grown and I fertilized the shit out of them this year. I want a big green wall of FUHOA. 😉

I can’t stand HOA’s, inevitably someone gets elected that is a busy body on a power trip and wants to micro manage everyone’s life. Our HOA is being sued left and right since the new Gestapo was put in. They tried and failed to pass a special assessment to cover the legal fees…..84% told them to FO. So they’ve taken a different route nit picking everyone to scrape up fees when and where they can.

It’s so bad I long for the days of the old men running things and those old men blocked me from being the President way back in the early days. I was the heir apparent when we took over from the developer. They used to get together on the golf course and decide how things were going to be. Their big thing was adult only swim time (they hated kids) and people that pimped out their golf carts, those were the days 😉

They’d tell me they needed a little woman to take notes 😡 I was NOT the secretary and refused. I was, however put in charge of social events……because that’s a woman’s job 😠 Served my time and didn’t run again. The owners only elect board members, then the board elects their own officers and decides who does what.

The reign of the bitches is a million times worse than the old geezers from hell.

        • DeniseVB says:

When we bought our FIRST house in 1977, it came with an HOA Gestapo. As new homeowners, we thought this was normal. We shuddered at a warning that someone found a blade of grass taller than 10 inches, next to our mailbox. I remember racing out with a pair of scissors……..our lives were spared. LOL.

        • Mt.Laurel says:

I have a condo board and then an HOA for the whole community. But the worst I have encountered was the zealot do-gooders who tried to impose really crazy crap on the neighborhood I grew up in when the city managed to get it on the historic preservation list.

    • Mt.Laurel says:

I feel for you. Oddly enough we are protected from some of the really horrid ideas of the HOA by our condo covenants and the city. When the whole area was annexed, our street (where the condo community driveway entrance/exit is located) became a city street as there is also an entrance to the shopping center further up the street and the grocery and hardware store did not want to have to field silliness from grass gestapo. We have learned to take our changes to the city first (need to change out planting due to disease – or rope off street parking because of roof work get the city to approve the plan then let them tell the HOA).

Seattle Area Council Member Proposes New Plan For Homeless Problem – Bus Homeless People Out Of The City

  35. elliesmom says:

A few weeks ago we had a discussion about girls joining the Boy Scouts. I mentioned Crash had joined the Cub Scouts. Here’s an update. Crash’s Cub Scout pack is going on its first overnight camping trip at a local Boy Scout camp in a couple of weeks. It’s a single overnight, and the four girls in the pack are welcome to come- provided a mom volunteers to go along, and they’d like the mom to be a mom to one of the girls, not one of the boy’s moms. There will be moms there who are den mothers, but they all have sons in the pack. I see this as the BSA being very careful to CYA.

Crash “volunteered” that her mother would be “useless” on a camping trip, but could she ask her grandmother to come? The camp is on the same lake where I was CIT director for 4 years at a Girl Scout camp when Crash’s mom was a little girl. I’m familiar with the camp Crash is going to be visiting, and it’s very nice, and not very primitive. I’m sure if I go, I’ll have a great time. Recent events have shown me I shouldn’t put off opportunities to be with the grandkids. But, this is a situation of my daughter’s own making, and part of me doesn’t want to bail her out. Crash is right. My daughter hates camping, will be miserable all the time she’s there, and won’t hesitate to share her misery with others. Which is why I should leave Ellie with my daughter, pack up my camping gear and spare the kids. 🙂 Which I will probably end up doing, but I’m not ready to commit just yet. I need a couple more phone calls begging.

But this does give some insight into how the Boy Scouts are going to handle having girls in the troop when overnight situations come up. The parents of the girls are going to be responsible for their daughter’s safety.

    • Somebody says:

Yes EM, it’s on the parents. My son has to attend everything 😂 Now the youngest 2 are in the cub scouts. The oldest hangs with me. To be fair to my son, there are no openings in our area for girl scout troops.

The oldest wants to be in the girl scouts and there are no openings. The council says they will help sponsor a new troop…..hell no, been there, done that. When my oldest wanted to do GS down in Jax (same council), it was the same story. There were 12 of us that got together with our daughters, but there was a heavy price to pay. The council promptly sent over 38 girls on scholarship that had no troop because there were no openings. So we had 50 girls total 😲

Most of them were pretty good, but about 10 needed lots of supervision and made my job challenging. One of the girls…..let’s just say I fantasized about a tranquilizer dart gun. So I assure you I won’t be starting a GS troop.

I hope you go camping with Crash, what a great way to bond with her! Too funny she knows to pick you and not her mom 😂 I can’t say anything, I’m like your daughter…..I don’t do camping, not even glamping. My GS troop was rather like Troop Beverly Hills 😂 Our only camping outing was in my backyard, that’s woodsy enough for me. To be fair we have bugs, loads of poisonous 🐍, gators and all sorts of other dangerous critters in Florida.

I agree you should wait for a few more phone calls though, let it all play itself out.

I don’t know when the first camping trip is here. I know this weekend they are going to the shooting range. They will learn gun safety and shoot targets with air soft guns. I’d actually take them to the range, but instead the oldest will come hang out for a few hours and my son will take the younger two.

Perhaps another mom or big sister will step up soon? Sounds fun. When my grandgirls were 8, we sent them to a coed sleepaway camp for a week, but they overnighted in separate cabins from the boys. A big girl counselor slept in the cabin too. They had so much fun despite it was the middle of a muggy August and no a/c in the cabins. The weather must be getting so gorgeous up in NE now, great campfire temps 😀

P.S. Sounds like you really want to go 🙂

I was thinking about the temps up there myself. More than likely cool enough in the evening so there are no or very few bugs. Hopefully cool enough for the creepy crawlies to stay away too, but not cold enough to freeze.

I hadn’t thought about campfires. Now that’s one of the few things I like about camping……just don’t ask me to start it or we’ll all freeze and/or starve 😛 Even with my bic lighter 😂😂

It does sound like EM is up for the camping trip. It sounds like she is far better suited to it than her daughter. EM knows that, Crash knows that and EM’s daughter knows that. Most likely it will turn out that way. EM can have a s’more for us, nothing like a s’more made over a campfire.

The next question is who is going to help Crash with her Pine Derby car? Pine Derby is a big deal usually.

        • elliesmom says:

Crash was in the Pinewood Derby last year. Her dad helped her with the car, and she took home a prize. He’d go camping with her in a heartbeat, but they want Mom. I don’t mind going camping. Fall is a glorious time to camp here. The days are still warm, but the nights have a chill in the air. Not buggy, I can get a campfire going in the rain with a single match. lol I know all the campfire songs- even the ones we wish the kids didn’t ever learn. I expect I’ll go, and I expect I’ll have a good time. It’s just that my daughter was so cavalier about the Boy Scouts and how they’d provide better camping experiences than the Girl Scouts do. FTR, I wasn’t my daughter’s leader until she got to high school. I got tapped to be the Senior Scout leader on the condition my daughter would always be placed in a troop. My troop camped everywhere from Maine to the Virgin Islands. The reality is that camping in the Scouts, for both the boys and the girls, is only as challenging as the leaders are willing to make it. It turns out Crash’s camping experience is only going to be as good as the 4 moms who thought the Boy Scouts were better than the Girl Scouts make it- an experience they could have supported for lots of girls.

Glad they got it fixed, they still could live stream on twitter and FB, but youtube is an outlet for those not on those social medias. Boy, the left must be monitoring them closely to find a few seconds worth of copyrighted material they broadcast to shut them down.

Good grief, they won’t let up.

It’s almost as if the hit jobs are orchestrated. Make up lies and a narrative and execute. I have to admit, they’re good at working these narratives, and of course have the MSM behind them 100%. Hopefully with so many in a row flopping, most Americans are catching on. But whoever still watches CNN/MSNBC will probably be on the side of these frauds.

And now with Rothlisburger (?) and Drew Brees (?) injured and perhaps sidelined for the rest of the year in Rothlisburger’s case, the numbers may crash and burn.
I can only wonder how Fantasy Football fans are feeling right now.

Have not really read much any where else but got a blip from the local media and I thought at first they were imbibing [a great deal] while sending out push notices. Then I saw a couple more from other outlets and figured unless they were all together in a bar daring one another to come up with something really bizarre – Uncle Joe was indeed on the imaginary friend train out of Booker Station.

The Shaypup is so mad with me right now. I ordered her the iPhone xr and paid 35 dollars for same day delivery. Three days later no phone. I kept being placed on hold at T mobile. The third person i talked to said he was going to put me on hold. I had enough. I said the phone was for a double amputee. Shay is so mad but the phone will be here tomorrow. She is looking at me with such contempt. What kind of a person lies about dismemberment? I do if it saves me from an hour on hold.

    Summit News reported:

A legal ban on eating dogs and cats in the UK has been blocked over fears it might offend people from South-East Asian countries.
    Yes, really.
After a bill was drawn up to make possession of dog or cat meat illegal in the UK, civil servants stepped in to halt the move.
Tory MP Giles Watling was later told that the main reason the Ministry of Justice blocked the bill was over fears it would be seen as “culturally insensitive” to dictate to other countries what they could eat, despite the fact that it would have no impact whatsoever on South-East Asian countries where dog and cat meat is consumed.
“Dogs are our companion animals. We do not eat them, and that is a very important message to send to the rest of the world,” said Watling
Former Oval Office Occupant was at lunch and not available for comment.
“It’s not culturally insensitive because we’re not telling them what to do – we’re just telling them what we do,” he added, noting that he was “surprised” by the MoJ’s objection.

NYT SPIN ON KAVANAUGH ARTICLE – saw a clip of the ‘reporter’ doing damage control. Said omitting the truth from the published article can be attributed to “hasty editing”…

    Another example of hasty editing:

THE SPIN: “While visiting a friend at Sloan Kettering, RBG cornered me in an elevator and tried to force me to motorboat her!😡 IMPEACH!!!”

THE TRUTH: “RBG faced me on an elevator at Sloan Kettering. I can’t imagine why I was fixated on her tits. I don’t remember anything else”

    • DeniseVB says:

I love that Trump is pushing Kavanaugh to sue the NYT for libel, especially that it seems the editors intentionally left out some of those pesky facts.
