Sure Happy It’s Thursday

I wasn’t shocked. I was cheering.

We see this tactic being used a lot these days – Leftist protestors blocking traffic, trains, etc., to force people to listen to their “speech.” They arrogantly believe that their cause is so important and so just that they are entitled to disrupt the lives of thousands of people, without any regard as to the possible consequences to the people affected. The courts are no solution when judges mete out wrist slaps or Leftist prosecutors dismiss cases with a sympathetic wink to the defendants.

More instances of instant feedback from angry mobs of delayed commuters would make Leftists rethink their tactics.

Okay Joe, me gotta go. I’m DMD.

About Dr. Myiq2xu

Unless President Donald J. Trump pulls a hat out of a rabbit real soon, on 1/21/21 I will wake up in a socialist banana republic.

I heard about that bus cancellation problem. Wonder how Michelina is doing, such a happy group ! Here’s a longer video so she can try and find herself 🙂

      • michelina says:

VB–these were the ones held hostage walking to our location—I was one of 5 people waiting for our people, we didn’t know what happened—–they did every thing to minimize us to being NOTHING

        • DeniseVB says:

It’s the March portion of the rally which ended up at the Capitol building. If you were already at the Capitol, you must have missed this?

          • michelina says:

I did, I came in on greyhound————–if I went through new York’s bus never would have made it——-Brooklyn’s and long island never showed up

    • lateblum says:

There must be huuuge fear involved that they – whoever *they* are – are going to this much effort. And YES. This is definitely a DNC based sabotage. It’s just like the DPOE and the DPOI did when they rounded up people to get on buses and travel to Iowa for the 2008 caucuses. I must’ve received 20 emails from them and from MoveOn urging me to sign up for a bus into various cities in Iowa to caucus for bronco as if I lived in Iowa. I really started hating the democrats then.

  1. helenk3 says:

why did some bus companies cancel scheduled trips to DC?

    • DeniseVB says:

Yeah, GWB left somewhat of a mess (McCain LOST, remember, since voters said, let’s go with the Magical Unicorn Guy! They didn’t trust Hillary either in 2008, ‘member that too?) CNN guy is right, Obama could care less.

    • taw46 says:

So, just confirming what we knew, Obama didn’t give a damn about our country. By the way, I wonder how many of these CNN guys will be fired? Some of them are pretty outspoken, lol.

      • lateblum says:

I was wondering the same thing. Especially the ones whose faces re-election so clear and who seem to not give a damn who knows what they are saying. Maybe they can go over to OANN. I hope they have decent savings before they get the axe.

I’m sure lots of people carry around professional camera gear on the subway just in case something happens.

  5. John Denney says:

“Assistant Chief Constable Sean O’Callaghan said: ‘Despite our countless warnings, we are frustrated that Extinction Rebellion put people at risk to obstruct services on London’s rail network.”

ACC O’Callaghan added: ‘However, it was also concerning to see that a number of commuters took matters into their own hands, displaying violent behaviour to detain a protester at Canning Town.

‘Understandably, the delay to passengers’ journeys would have been annoying, but this level of response was unacceptable. We are now investigating this morning’s events at Canning Town in its entirety.”

What? The Crown’s subjects should not defend their own Liberty? Heaven forbid!

    • lateblum says:

At one point in the article, the writer reported that when polled, only 4% of XR protestors had been in favor of this protest. Of course, when I went back to find that stat, I couldn’t. if I do, I’ll add it to my comment.

      • lateblum says:

        Okay, from the article:

“A poll on the Extinction Rebellion Telegram chat showed 86 per cent of members were against action targeting the London Underground.
Just four per cent approved of the action, while seven per cent approved if they could be sure trains wouldn’t get blocked underground.
Extinction Rebellion London Group on Facebook has seen some members disagreeing over protest action taken at Canning Town and Shadwell stations on Thursday morning.”

      • DeniseVB says:

Let them try that on NYC’s MTA. There will be blood 😉

So humans who identify as different sexes, among other things are on the same intellectual level as a “blob” of whatever🙄

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

I may have bagged a few blobs over the years, but that was back when I was still drinking. The worst part is the goo – it stains and won’t wash out of your clothes even with dry cleaning.

        • DeniseVB says:

Speaking of blobs…..I just got my new driver’s license in the mail. The day I went in to renew it, the line was out the door, so stood about an hour outside while the wind whipped my cool, photo ready hairstyle to shreds. Another hour inside before I was called up to face a menopostal, hungry or needed a ciggie DMV clerk. I wasn’t in a great mood either, but wasn’t about to piss her off anymore. She made me push my hair back for the eye test machine, passed, NOW LOOK AT THE CAMERA *CLICK*. My DL photo, I look like “Squiggy” from Laverne and Shirley, my hair was still pushed back except for the one little clump of bangs down the middle of my forehead. #FirstWorldProblem 😀

Ok, so at this point it’s only for 120 hours, but imo, the fighting is over…for now 🤞
    3rd rate politicians they are.

Nesting error. Was responding to Myiq’s comment about Cummings

    • DeniseVB says:

Nancy Mace-R, who’s running for Congress in SC’s first district, wrote a flowery tribute to Cummings on her FB page. Her supporters called her out accusing her of pandering for Dem votes was not a good look for her. It really was over-the-top syrupy blather, when a RIP, Condolences to the family would have been better, and more honest. Let’s see if this FB link works…..

  13. DeniseVB says:

    Love these two !

  14. michelina says:

HI ALL, been back for awhile, was catching up with what I missed. I you see anyone crying during the national anthem–it’s me, i’m a big BABY when I sing the song.

the worst part of the rally was the DAMN COLD weather, i’m from Buffalo NY and I froze, people there were from Georgia, Florida, west Virginia———–and most were not prepared.

2nd thing they (Dems, did everything in their power to minimize us)———–11 busses from 11 states were cancelled this morning———–1 bus 2 busses you could understand but 11 and the busses that did arrive were held hostage and were sent to another building 1 1/2 miles from our location (security concerns which is bullshit)———we ran almost 2 hours late

NOW THE GOOD STUFF; Amy was there (naturally), SCALISE spoke to us, he’s ALOT more passionate in person. to be continued in next comment

  15. michelina says:

congressman from FLA, Louisiana, GEORGIA was there, a guy from OAN, AND A NAVY SEAL who we all know——-he’s much better in person—————and PDT’S FRIEND ———–MATT something or other—the one with the accent, he sent a selfie to our PRESIDENT of all of us.

THEY were all WONDERFUL and a woman who I didn’t recognize who’s running America First for PDT.—————-IT WAS A FUCKING BLAST!!————–I took two pictures while I was there and they will be the last ones I’ll ever take again——–god I look TERRIBLE

  16. Myiq2xu™ says:

I hope he died from an infected rat bite.

    • Mt.Laurel says:

Actually it was dormant “virus” [STD] that flared up after he had surgery. Which might account for his looking 20+ years older and believing that the weight of a few Marines would tip Guam over.

      • Mt.Laurel says:

Or at least that is how the local media were walking around things early this morning. By tomorrow I am would not be surprised to find the story had morphed along the lines that he died trying to dodge bullets in Syria.

      • taw46 says:

I believe the Guam tipping over was Hank Johnson. But they are all crazy.

        • DeniseVB says:

LOL, did ANY Dem contradict Johnson’s claim? No, so they’re all complicit in that stupidity and they own it 😉 New rules, heh.

        • Mt.Laurel says:

Yes, I managed to loose most of my comment when the power surged and went off (our office building looses power with every little rain storm/breeze). I was in the middle of editing and came back to find had posted and I did not realize it was incomplete. Hank started it and then Lewis and Cummings kept bringing it up. Because, of course, three of them believing it makes it an absolute in swampland.

Trump promised to end the endless wars. The American people wanted that. It is only the pols that are most likely making money off these wars that are for them.

Can anyone tell me what we as a country have to gain by these endless wars? Oil we have enough of that to export some. Peace ,these people have been fighting each other for centuries we will not change that. when we stop wasting our money on their countries we could lower our national debt and upgrade our own country ,Friendship, not going to happen they do not like us and never will.

I am glad he is starting to bring our troops home. Maybe they could teach some of the spoiled brats who spend their time whining a good lesson about freedom

Even my younger, disabled daughter called to say, “They are reporting there IS QUID PRO QUO!!” I said stop watching CNN and she said she was watching ABC. So I told her to stop watching FAKE NEWS.
The networks are really manipulating people who don’t go looking for – or don’t have time to look for the truth. They are truly scaring people who don’t really follow this noise. I’m getting angry. Not because I’m being hoodwinked, but because others – some who want to be informed but don’t know where to look and others who are more easily shaken, are being psychologically abused. ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, MSNBC, FOX, are all guilty and should have their licenses rescinded.

  28. Mothy67 says:

I can’t find where to get tickets to see Trump in Pittsburgh. The official website only lists Dallas. I will go. He is going to be downtown. The mayor is a rabid proggie. It will be interesting.

      • Mothy67 says:

No info about time or tickets. I can easily get to the convention center. It’s not that big. I can’t imagine it can hold more than 5,000.

        • Mothy67 says:

I wonder if it is not going to be open to the public. It’s not a rally per se. It’s an industry thing.

      • lyn says:

Did Obama ever get these crowds?

        • DeniseVB says:

I don’t remember BO “breaking attendance records” 😉

        • helenk3 says:

when backtrack spoke you could count the “I”s in by the 10s. When Trump speaks it always what we did, not what I did. He always knows people in the crowd and talks about them and what they did. He knows how to get people involved and want to do more for the country and be damn proud of the country. He always knows what is going on and makes sure the public does too.
Today’s dems really do not understand that and are no proud of this great country and I am not too sure they would standup for it today.

        • Somebody says:

I don’t think so even with rock bands.

        • Constance says:

Obama got big crowds of high school and college kids during during school hours on college campuses. His rallies were the place to hang with kids who couldn’t vote yet. Just like climate change marches get big crowds of kids when they let them out of school. Most of them are just hanging with the gang.

          • DeniseVB says:

I remember those rallies. Schools gave (high school and college) kids excused absences and extra credit for attending an Obama rally. To this day, I don’t think his crowds were as enthusiastic as today’s Bernie kids.

These events would also be an attraction for younger voters who Democrats always appeal to with their marches.

Carolyn Maloney is the author of the book a lot of us read back in 2008 which encouraged women to support any woman running for political office at least until some parity in numbers with men was reached. I think the number was around 30%. I, like a lot of women who wanted to see more women in office, jumped on board. I even canvassed for a woman I wasn’t enamored with for a local office. Then came Sarah Palin’s run for VP, and Congresswoman Maloney was nowhere to be found. She’s an even bigger fraud than Amy Siskind. I deleted Maloney’s book from my eReader, started even saying “no” to signing nomination papers for any woman running as a Democrat, and began being very, very picky about the women I’m willing to cast a vote for. Yes, I hold them to a higher standard because they claim to represent me better because they’re women. Prove it. I have no expectation Maloney will be anything but a fraud.

      • Myiq2xu™ says:

I remember reading some stuff that said when women reach X% in an organization that the behavior of men changes almost automatically blah blah blah. I think they were extrapolating from too few data points. What I do find amusing is that as women in positions of power become more common we are seeing more women accused of sexual assault, harassment, and more infidelities and other sex scandals. I guess you can’t abuse power until you have some.

        • Constance says:

I guess we should have assumed political women would have the same level of sex scandal simply because we know most men are straight and we know they are banging someone so obviously that is a lot of women who are/were participating.

      • DeniseVB says:

Sarah sure shined a light on feminists, who scattered like roaches, that year. Very disappointed to find out their definition of “support all women” didn’t include conservatives, especially one that rose through the political ranks (mayor-governor-VP candidate) while maintaining her devotion to faith and family. Sarah was the whole package, plus she was beautiful, smart and funny. What was not to love about her?

Where are those feminists now speaking out for young women being forced to compete against bio-men and losing their opportunities to reach their goals? Women’s sports is being destroyed for this generation. Their silence is deafening 😦

        • Constance says:

Today’s feminists are just a bunch of conforming little Leftist bitches. It’s sad.

          • DeniseVB says:

You know what’s really sad, the Virginia Dems have recruited Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine from Seinfeld) before our state elections next month to convince women they have no rights in our state ! :groan:

          • John Denney says:

Denise, it’s just so sad and not fair that the women of Virginia have no Rights to Life, Liberty, pursuit of Happiness, free speech, religion, keeping and bearing arms, unreasonable search and seizure of their property, . . .

  40. DeniseVB says:

Dora, I think this is Long Island? Great little video of some wonderful patriots !

    • Dora says:

That might be Sunrise Highway, but I can’t recognize the town from that video.

Years ago I would be standing there with the Tea Party crowd. We’d wave to the drivers as they went by. Most of them honked their horn. It was fun.

I didn’t know this one was taking place. Thanks.

      • DeniseVB says:

Sorry, the town didn’t come over with the video 🙂 Found Hauppauge, which sounded very Long Islandy to me ….. yes, the Trump crowds do remind me of the old Tea Party enthusiasm and love of country.

  41. Dora says:

There would have been more people at the protest, but at the last minute, a bus company canceled 13 buses which were supposed to bring Trump supporters to Washington.

    • DeniseVB says:

Could be they didn’t get the minimum required to fill the buses? That happens. But never to the lefty protests because their seats are paid for. True story. 😉

      • 49erDweet says:

In that case wouldn’t they have just reduced the number of buses down to whatever was needed? That all 11 were cancelled isn’t logical without factoring in bad intentions.

        • DeniseVB says:

“Coming from several cities” was my first clue. Charter buses need to book a minimum to make the trip profitable or they’ll cancel the trip. Just playing Devil’s Advocate here, the left prepays, the right depends on citizen sign ups.

      • Mt.Laurel says:

Well it was also a work day. Many of the bots work for NGOs that are funded to support crazy crap so there organization sends them all expenses paid. Then you have the one’s that appear to have no real jobs and are always available, for a price, to fill a seat/hold a sign/dress up for Halloween 365 days a year.

      • michelina says:

I don’t think so-we had 6 or seven people on the bus leaving for washington and picked up passengers on the way down—bus costs are one price I believe-not the amount of people taking them, paid for by march for women-1, 2, buses would be believable-not friggen 13———our opposition is so obvious and stupid

    • John Denney says:

As if the Flint water problem were a Federal issue.

The lead pipe water system was built many decades ago. Why did it just recently become a problem? Because the Democrats ran the city into bankruptcy, and bureaucrats in the State Capitol began managing the city’s finances. They noticed Flint was spending lots of money to import water instead of using the fresh, pure water from the nearby Flint river, so they switched water supplies.
What no one took into consideration was that the imported water had a high pH; it was alkaline, and so was safe for the lead piping. The fresh, pure water from the river is slightly acidic, and dissolves enough of the lead to be a problem.
Seems to me the problem could be solved by simply alkalizing the water and having everyone run their taps until the system is flushed.

Retired Admiral William McRaven has published an op-ed in Friday’s New York Times titled, “Our Republic Is Under Attack From the President,” urging that Trump be removed from office — “the sooner, the better.”

    • John Denney says:

      “Under attack”

      Yeah, right.

The “attack” consists of standing with dictators for a photo op, perhaps believing Putin rather than our own (corrupt) intelligence, and pulling 50 troops out of Syria.

I may be in the minority in this thinking, but I do not think the House will or can find enough votes for impeachment, especially after last night’s Dallas rally. Even the closed, biased, one-party railroad hearings in Schiff committee are not going well. PDT will keep up the public pressure with those rallies and House Repubs probably are already hearing from their constituents. They have already abandoned pre-impeachment inquiry vote. With the way, it is turning out, the post-inquiry vote will not be there either, IMHO.

    • DeniseVB says:

Meh, you’re fine ecoast, great observation, but I digress here…. 😉

    • Somebody says:

Perhaps, but I think at some point Nancy will be forced to shit or get off the pot. She and Schiff thought they had him based on WB, she had the votes from the purple district dems.

She should have struck while the iron was hot, instead of being too cute by half with the star chamber proceedings. Everything still would have fallen apart, but she could have saved face and thrown the WB under the 🚌 The way she approached it in a nakedly partisan way is not a good look and will most likely cost the dems. For that reason, since they’ll have nothing to lose, I think they will vote to impeach.

    • Constance says:

You could be right. I’d like to see some Hong Kong style protests from Trumpites (notice I didn’t say Republicans) where groups converge wearing some anti coup symbol, clog things up for awhile until they are noticed and then fade away. And do that repeatedly. Especially around Democrat strong holds. Scare the holy shit out of the Leftists.
