What To Expect From A Kamala Harris Administration

I firmly believe that Donald Trump won this election with a majority of the popular vote. I also believe that the Democrats are trying to steal it from him. And while I still hold out hope that justice and the rule of law will prevail, it is looking more and more like the fix is in and they will get away with it.

If Biden is officially declared to be the winner, Kamala Harris will be POTUS by Memorial Day. In fact, Biden may never get to take the oath of office. So it is a waste of time to discuss what Biden would or wouldn’t do. The question is what would a Kamala Harris administration look like?

It really doesn’t matter which one takes the oath of office because the economy will come to a Joy Behar-level screeching halt. If I had money in the stock market I would take it all out and buy gold. Try to stock up on necessities while you still can.

Kamala would love to keep the lockdowns in place but she’ll lift them hoping to restart the economy. It’s probably too little, too late to save the entertainment and sports industries, because they were all circling the drain before China sent us the ‘Rona.

Kamala won’t have a “To Do” list, she’ll have a “To Undo” list. Expect China, Russia, Iran, the Democrat party, and the rest of our nation’s enemies to be very aggressive politically and economically. They will want to accomplish as much as possible before the 2022 midterms in case cheating doesn’t work and the GOP takes back the House.

Democrats will try to ban Voter ID laws and make Vote By Mail mandatory. Dissent will be suppressed and resistance will be criminalized. Self-defense will be prohibited, and the use of a firearm in self-defense will be a capital offense. CRT training will be mandatory for everyone. Kamala Harris presidency will be happy times for the Swamp. The rest of America will be grabbing our ankles and hoping they use lube.

Here’s the most horrible part:

The media will gush about the beauty of Kamala Harris and rave about how historic her presidency is, and we will be required to agree. Failure to shout her praises loudly enough will be deemed an act of resistance. And racist.

My advice:

If you can’t go off the grid, keep a low profile. Antifa/BLM will be looking for us.

Biden could break the record held by William Henry Harrison.

    • 1539days says:

Probably resignation. Biden just wants to be in the books as president. He could taste it for 4 decades. This way, he gets inaugurated, gets the number 46 and announces he just got the disease he’s had for 3 years. If he doesn’t want to go, the laptop will suddenly become legitimate evidence.

I’ve seen Antifa/BLM close up in Seattle and I see three groups. Hard core criminal commies that no one can control who were deliberately set on us by Democrats. The Dems might lock them up if they want them out of the way because their violence is indiscriminate. The indoctrinated sons and daughters of idiot Libs, they are the ones with the brand name Antifa gear and probably cut themselves to feel alive and get attention. They will never be charged with anything. And pathetic losers who may be mentally ill or addicts and seem to be manipulated and fearful, I believe they are told to do dangerous acts and beaten if they don’t. They should be rescued but they won’t be. If you set trained warriors against these types they wouldn’t last and hour. It did appear there were some CIA/FBI trained warrior Antifa in the pictures from outside the White house. None of them have the brains to track people down except the FBI/CIA and they will be too busy raping the country to bother. I do think I’ll get a new shotgun though.

You are right that media will start raving about Kamala’s style and beauty which those dumb shits think is how you relate to women voters. Pathetic media fools. They don’t have the capacity to learn.

  7. Constance says:

I read an article (maybe here) that said FOX wants to do the MSNBC model now and be the hate Biden channel. So they have no idea who their audience is. I don’t want to hear about Biden or Kamala or fashion in general (although Melania is so stunning why try to ignore her I just absorb the beauty). I want to hear about the positive things that were being done for my country that I love. Fuck FOX. I am really pleased with Parler, Newsmax, OAN and Gab. People on this blog and Trump supporters in general are positive people with complex lives who can feel many emotions. We are not the pathetics who tune into MSNBC for the daily outrage because outrage is the only emotion we can feel.

So the thing the GOPe and other DC-ites don’t seem to get is we do not consider them elite, they are parasitic elitists. We want to rid the world of them. No one would miss them because they contribute nothing. We will not vote for the GOPe.

I consider very few reporters, commentators to be very intelligent. That constipated look cooper gives turns my gut.
They all seem terribly unhappy and enjoy wallowing in misery. Trump is optimistic. We can’t have happy people. I mean life sucks. Listen to when madcow laughs there is an undercurrent of cruelty. Lemon is a bitch.

  9. Gram Krakka says:

We deplorable chumps will have to confess to a crime from a list provided by the state and suffer pain and humiliation before being cast out into the wilderness.

Stolen from a commenter on a post at Fox News

George Orwell, Animal Farm, Ch. 7
“They had come to a time when no one dared speak his mind, when fierce, growling dogs roamed everywhere and when you had to watch your comrades torn to pieces after confessing to shocking crimes.”

    George Orwell, 1984

“How does one man assert his power over another Winston?”

Winston thought “By making him suffer”, he said.

“Exactly. By making him suffer. Obedience is not enough. Unless he is suffering, how can you be sure that he is obeying your will and not his own? Power is in inflicting pain and humiliation. Power is in tearing human minds to pieces and putting them together again in new shapes of your own choosing. Do you begin to see, then, what kind of world we are creating?”

    • elliesmom says:

I think things might be getting even closer to Huxley’s Brave New World. The convergence of making recreational drugs legal, a caste system, and obedience seem to suggest his version of dystopia.

“A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude.”

      • Somebody says:

I’ll have to re-read Brave New World

        • Mothy67 says:

I reread it about 10 years ago after having been forced in 8th grade. It is such an easy read. Today I would compare it to a YA novel. You can finish it one sitting as long as you can sit for a spell.

          • elliesmom says:

Teenagers love dystopian movies, novels and short stories. If you look at the books and movies they’ve made popular recently you find the Hunger Games series right at the top. The Giver, Divergent, The Handmaid’s Tale, A Wrinkle in Time. If you want young adults to read a book, a dystopian novel is a good list to start with. Make it into a movie, and you can get most of them to open the book. I’m not sure why they’re so popular with the kids, but they are.

          • Mothy67 says:

Pup had to read The Giver last year. I was amazed that the teacher read it as Rethuglicans were the bad guys. I don’t fight with Shay. She is 14 so I am always wrong about everything. I set little traps and let her fall in. I simply ask who demands conformity. Who silences all dissent? Who wants to erase history? Don’t see me a Trump conservative hushing anyone. She begrudgingly gets it. Helped that the sickly looking ashen vegan teacher was brutally unhappy as a person and looks for injustice in everything. I think I said this before — all the girls asked me to complain about cnn 10. They lost 15 minutes outside after lunch to watch that horse shit.
We had parent teacher conference in a circle. They exuded praise on Shay. She shows exemplary leadership skills. I said knock it off she can be a bossy little brat. I am not here to get jacked off. Tell me something you see I may not. She has like a 97% in all classes. Then I expressed my disdain for cnn propaganda. They tried to say it was mostly news from Europe. I said through what lens.
I then told them I get they are liberal, but I take umbrage with some of the anti Trump stuff. I do not see how politics can seeindoctrination. . I respect you and your job, but I demand reciprocity. I gotta be on top of right and wrong. Do you think it is fair to label me as a monster because I hold different views. What dissonance could that create in a youngin’s head. Shaypup is not one to stay silent. She doesn’t talk a lot but when she does she tells me everything.
The language arts teacher who has a doctorate whispered to me I will never get anywhere with those clods. She told me Shay was a gift. She teaches the stuff like diagramming a sentence not reading books. She told me she doesn’t really know how to reach the kids that aren’t getting it. Says academics has removed her from reality. She sends Shay to explain after a lesson to a kid or two. Oh yeah I exploded with pride. She is hot. Michelle Pfiefer in Fabulous Baker Boys hot with a Phd. She instructed me to voice my opinion but do it low key. The ultra liberal advanced biology teacher hated me because I dared say keep your personal politics out of the math class. Advanced biology is by invitation. Shay has gone to Carnegie Mellon representing girls in stem. She has had lunch with state senators to discuss women in the sciences. She was on local mag cover. She was not invited to advanced biology. Small school she would be fucked because the track is advanced bio, then chemistry, then physics and then the AP or community college classes. You do not get those opportunities if you are not in advanced bio in 9th grade. You are sent on a different track. Shay had a 98% in the 8th grade science. She was not invited. I instructed her to make her own case and present it to the teacher first with the caveat that she would also present it to the school board if needed. Well to quote biden son of a bitch there came a call with a lame excuse about hanging chads or glitches. No this bitch was gonna hurt my kids education because I asked to lay off indoctrination. I was polite. She had this progressive disdain. I let Shay put her in her place. She didn’t know what hit her. Aaah libs.

I talked to my son today and he was telling me how many of his friends had huge bets on the election. That probably means he did too. Any way they and all the others who bet on the outcome are really, really pissed. They are not that political and bet on it as they would bet on a game or horse race. But being screwed by a fake election especially one that was faked by computer which they consider easy to predict and trace has them livid. A whole bunch of previously non political Democrat haters were created with this stolen election.

      • Mothy67 says:

He was 80 and had led an incredible life. I never would have thought 80. Cancer treatments can be vicious and must be that times 10 after 70. My grandmother wasn’t in pain (thanks to meds) but she was tired. Exhausted by being sick. RIP. I loved Jeopardy until it went obama. Clues all the time in praise of that puke. I also hated how he would correct pronunciation, but I loved the show and appreciated the man.
I would do guest hosts with money going to charities for a few months as they do tryouts. I like the idea of the older straight male with an intellect hosting. He was sort of paternal. I am sure there is some push for a transgender, mixed race, try anything pansexual, that attends furry conventions.
I do wonder how they replace an icon. Matt Lauer was in consideration before the #MeToo. Yuck. Please no left wing news guys. I bet they have looked at anderson cooper. Gag.

I’m thinking Ken Jennings, because he has no other reason for living other than being “Jeopardy Guy.”

          • lateblum says:

I believe Ken Jennings is the designated driver. That is what I read a few months ago.

          • Mothy67 says:

Too dull without any saving grace. Trebek is inimitable which is why I would do several months of guest hosts with a donation to charity. A direct replacement would sting for those of us who welcomed Alex into our homes for 20 plus years. Like a new stepmother walking down the aisle the day after a funeral. Play with it for a few months with rotating givers before a permanent host. It is the most successful game show in history. Okay maybe 2nd. Let Vanna White host for two weeks. Or oprah, but do not ignore the fact that people had a relationship with the show.

          • 1539days says:

“Weird” Al Yankovic could host. He wrote a song about Jeopardy.

          • jadzia1971 says:

Weird Al is a great idea! He is a national treasure.

          • elliesmom says:

My daughter had to do a portrait as part of her portfolio to get into the art program in college. She did a charcoal drawing of Weird Al. The head of the department offered to buy it from her. She matted it for him, or rather I did. I spent a lot of time matting her work for school. She was going to give it to him, but I told her to take the money. It turns out realizing her work had monetary value was part of the test.

      • Mothy67 says:

Can you think of a woman that could host? I didn’t hate merideth viera on the daytime version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire, but she was not warm for a midday game show and Regis had made it his show. Jeopardy is on here at 7. It was always an after dinner family show. I owned a bar for years. Final jeopardy was always fun. 5 bucks a pencil scrap paper and a quick answer. Winner take all. Everyone loved it. Working class bar.
I will repeat Alex Trebec entered my home and workplace for decades. I fear they will go PC with someone like Cooper or Lemon. Trebek was annoying correcting french pronunciation. Part of his charm. I hope they run tryouts like Live! Did when kathie lee left. I love Kelly Ripa. She really is that person she portrays. A goofball. I’d hate to see a brett baier plugged in or worse bill hummer. I ran through every celebrity I could think of. I maybe sexist but the closest I could come to as a woman would be Ronan Farrow. She/he/it is smart. It would give the show a new edge. Just a thought. Anyone suggest a better host?

        • Mothy67 says:

I would love to see a teacher like Elliesmom host Jeopardy. I was hooked on Jeopardy since forever. It drove me to learn more. My brat’s first song was the theme. It encourages acquiring knowledge. I dread seeing that fun show hosted by a Katie Cowlick.

          • elliesmom says:

The high school where I taught had a game show set up a teacher could check out. There was a set a buzzers hooked up so you could tell who had buzzed in first. It was before smartboards had entered classrooms, but there was a portable bulleting board that had different inserts. One had pockets where you could put Jeopardy answers and questions. I used it for review sessions before midterms and finals. The kids loved it. Today it would be too primitive to impress the kids, but I’m sure there are smartboard apps for Jeopardy.

When I took the pup to see her “boyfriend” I was stunned by the number of Trump signs and flags still standing. These homes were not your middle middle class homes. Boyfriend has a mother in laws apartment and a pool house, a media room. Yuuuge. I am not worried about the building of low income high rises in my area. We have section 8, but most of it is home owners getting top dollar and inflating rent. It is very congested. I cannot put in a pool. Yard is too small. This area has yards that require a riding mower. I can’t see anyone willing to accept a project being built there. Our districts schools scores plummeted when Section 8 was court ordered. Most of the subsidized are white single moms with father unkown on b.c. I do not see how biden could win that area. People buy there for the schools. No way suburban mom’s want a project. I have seen the signs and those big assed flags for Trump. May not be scientific, but I can take a pulse. These are country club people. They probably all voted for obama to be PC, but no way did they vote biden.

I hope that is true so Biden will go down in history as a disgraced cheater. But Barr and his justice department are a bunch of pikers. I found what they did to Aaron Schock reprehensible. He was young, fit, and closeted. He was not elected to represent his penis, but his constituents. The left went after him with threats of imprisonment. He had used campaign funds to model his office after Downton Abby. Mad max pays its daughter 100s of thousands to lick envelopes. All kinds of politicians kids sit on boards. This young man dropped a 100 grand and he was finished. The screaming gays went after him for being closeted. His job was to represent his district nothing else. He resigned. The gay nazi’s still followed him and fully outed him to his parents. The political left is vile. Hunter biden has pornhub videos and it is ignored. A young man not playing their game and they destroy his life for doing his job. Last I read his father still has not spoken to him.

It is typical of Illinois politics. My brothers best friend was a judge in Illinois. He refused to do – or say – or rule the way Mike Madigan wanted and was ruined. The Dems dug up info on him that were actually in sealed records and made them public. Sort of like when Obama went after Jack Ryan during Obama’s campaign for Illinois Senator in DC. They are damnable and dirty here. Hateful really.

People were condemned to death in the era she wrote about, but never executed. I was playing around with the numbers to go to this weekends rally in DC. The cost is not prohibitive . it’s the time. It would take me 2 hours to get to airport, but my state ID is expired so don’t want to risk that. A cheap flight would take longer than the bus or train. I would want to fly into Dulles or Reagan not Baltimore. So i looked at Amtrak not bad going, but coming back would be many hours. I looked at Greyhound. It actually takes about the same amount of time and I could travel over night. The chain hotels are not expensive. Round trip 300 with hotel for two nights. I’d sleep on the floor before I trusted a 100 a night room. Please I have slept outside and in some nasty hostels in Europe. I am not fussy. I bought the pup airbeds. I could actually check one and have a carry on for one days change. I would be by myself. I just don’t know if I could handle the mask thing. You have to wear the whole time on the bus. A direct flight would take me almost as long. Two hours early plus commute time (uber 45 minutes, public trans 2 hours) I can get my ID anyday. Flight on priceline with hotel is 450, but I would have to do uber from Baltimore which is quoted at 70. I would need to return to Baltimore. Direct no hotel to Dulles is 950. The bus actually takes less time than flying or Amtrak. Amtrak going is not crazy but coming back is a nightmare. I took the train and bus for years when I was at Temple. The train goes putt putt putt.

A parent had “Do It For Pap” rubber bracelets made that they all wore at every game. Shay loved her great grandfather. He fought to protect her from a very bad place with her birth parents. He and my mom won. He struggled to breath but he allowed my brat to exist and grow. The little chump excels because she adored her Pap. Who is an Emmanuel to decide when it’s enough.

She is sometimes absent and sometimes who she was 40 years ago. Her grand children get to learn it can be a part of life. They adore her. She had not been shelved in a hideous ltc. The place they wanted to place her has had 300+ covid cases.
Had Janice Dean not spoken very loudly my cousin may have been cajoled into putting her mom in a death camp. It has been months. Sarah loves her grandkids and they adore her. She infuses them with life. Will there be Christmas 2021 – who knows but her grand babies. The oldest is 18 have learned you don’t turn away when it’s hard. She would be dead had the administration not had to face Sharon aka mom (via Janice Dean). They wanted to kill her off and she would have died alone. Socialized medicine will never allow a family choice.

The weirdest part of being in the ER with a sound mind and not so sound body, was being asked about a Living Will and who my plug puller would be? Like, what? This can get worse? I’m 74, I want a DNR. I was talked out of it because I was so young? LOL, yet living my life being paralyzed from the neck down was such a lovely option. That part I recovered from within days. Dh said of course they talked you out of it, you have GREAT insurance, you’re worth more to them *alive*. Sad, but true. I was treated like a Queen. 😉

I was told by my Dr that you’re officially ‘aged out’ at 70. In other words, they stop hounding you about colonoscopies, gall bladder removal etc once you turn 70, and start encouraging palliative care (assisted suicide).

Christian had a medical proxy who was in charge of his DNR request. She pulled the trigger, and although it was the hardest thing I ever had to do to honor his wishes, I realized retrospectively that wanting to not honor it was purely selfish on my part. He would have never survived the surgery he needed at the end. He was in a long term care facility. Our plan was that once I could get us a 2 bedroom apartment (because he was no longer able to live alone safely), I’d sign him out, move him in, and his insurance would provide home health care when I wasn’t available. All was going well until covid hit and the lockdown began.

Once Cuomo started putting covid patients in those facilities, a lot of the staff quit, and they had to hire replacements. No takers, save for former healthcare workers who were fired and deemed ‘not hirable’ because of patient abuse, theft etc. Ultimately, Christian died from neglect. He also had a broken hand (and cell phone), most likely from one of those replacement workers.

The neglect I mention is an untreated perforated small intestine. I spoke with him 2 days before he died, and he told me he had excruciating stomach pains that started the day before, and were now going through his entire body. After I calmed him down, I called the nurse’s station and let them know of his complaint. They said “We’re aware of that, we’re taking care of it”. The facility was on lockdown, so I couldn’t visit him and rattle cages. Two days later, he wasn’t available for our scheduled Skype session. That was odd, because he really depended on our Skyping to keep his spirits buoyant. I called the nurse’s station to inquire about it, and was told they were taking him to the ER.

I managed to finesse (threaten) my way into the ER, and saw his upper abdomen so distended that it looked like a beach ball was shoved under his skin. His left hand looked like it was in a boxing glove. The ER doctor said that he would never survive the surgery because he was already in respiratory distress and his blood pressure was dropping rapidly. Either would not be able to be stabilized throughout surgery, so enter the morphine drip. I did get to spend almost five hours with him. I will never get over this loss.

God bless Janice Dean for her relentless attention to righting this wrong that took so many people from their loved ones. Once something substantial emerges to vindicate Christian’s death (and others too), I’m jumping on that bandwagon so fast it will make heads spin.

About the DNR thing- Elliesdad and I talked about this a lot in regards to his parents. The day his mother got her diagnosis of multiple meyloma, she called a lawyer and had a DNR drawn up. She put a copy of it in an envelope and taped it to the door to the house addressed to “Emergency Response Team”. My father-in-law had to see it every time he entered the house for 2 1/2 years longer than her original diagnosis said she’d probably live. But he’s the reason it was there. She knew he would ask medical staff to do anything they could to save the love of his life so I held her medical proxy, not him, but I was a couple of hundred miles away. She had a DNR on file at the hospital, but she worried about what the EMTs would do. Elliesdad understood why his mom had chosen me, not him or his father, and it opened up a discussion about who each of us could trust to make those decisions for us.

Ultimately, our son holds my medical proxy and our daughter held ED’s, but when push comes to shove, who legally holds the decision isn’t always the one who makes it. I watched the agony my daughter went through when I was having discussions with the hospice doctors when her grandmother was dying. I knew she wasn’t going to make a wrong decision when it was her father. She wasn’t going to be able to make any decision at all. On ED’s arrival in his last trip to the hospital he was conscious, but incoherent. When we were met by his doctor, he asked me if I had a copy of ED’s proxy. I said, “Yes, but” and he stopped me before I could say anything more. He gently said, “This man is very much loved, especially by his wife. You are the one who will have to deal with whatever state he’s in. If we just admit him and make him as comfortable as we possibly can, then there will be no decisions to make. He will make the decision when it’s time. If that is the decision you would make for him, then we’ll just forget I asked. If your preference is for us to go extraordinary means to keep him alive, then I’ll ask about the proxy again.”

We left it there. My daughter was at her father’s side when he died. She knew she had his proxy, but she never asked to be part of the decision-making process. It just never came up. And I don’t have a modicum of guilt over doing things my way. I don’t even know if she would have done things differently because I never asked. A lawyer friend told me it’s very seldom there’s a legal issue with someone who is very ill quietly dying. The battles in families usually come when the offer to extend life using extraordinary means is made. Do we do it? Don’t we do it? If we did it, when do we stop? After the original anger my father-in-law had over his wife not choosing him, he calmed down. After he saw the way I handled things for his wife, all the care she needed to keep her with us as long as possible and as happy and confortable as we could, he signed his proxy over to me, too. My son says, “If your choice is going to be take care of me as long as I’m really alive, and then shoot me when I’m not, then give your proxy to Mom.” There’s a reason why he holds mine. 😉

Christian had progressive dementia for the last eight years of his life. As his conditioned progressed, my responsibilities grew until ultimately most of my life needed to be neglected in favor of keeping him safe and feeling loved. I have no regrets about that, and would do it all over again, except I would’ve married him the day they signed him into Terrence Cardinal Cook.

Not being a spouse or a domestic partner prevented me from having any legal say about his care or treatment options as well as settling his affairs. To date, his family has no interest in doing so, and it breaks my heart that they discarded him so easily.

Luckily, his proxy was a good friend of his who knew him longer than I, and she and I developed a long, deep friendship over the 30 years Christian and I were together. She also lost her Mom to Alzheimers, so she knew exactly what the correct decision would be in the end.

Whenever I find myself twisting into a fetal position thinking of the pain and fear he experienced under lockdown, I remember that Portia (his proxy) did exactly the right thing at the right time, and now he’s out of pain and finally safe in my living room. And my heart.

Uber is 282 from my house to Washington Monument. I might do it. I could take the bus back and it would be under 500. Hmmmmm? I could skip hotel– busses and trains have me arriving Friday in order to be in DC at noon Saturday and then another night to return. I am looking at 300 minimum to stay in a dive for two nights. I drop more than 300 everytime I see a poker machine.
I can cough up to rally for my president. I might even be able to get a Trumper to ride along. Never occurred to me to consider a ride share. I always think the coast is so far away. It felt like years in college to drive to West Lafayette, Indiana. Alas when you are young a summer feels like a life time.
I look through movies and see something made around 9/11 it feels like yesterday but it was almost 20 years ago. Kinda freaks me out. Time has a funny way of creeping up on you.

How miraculous. They gave her 2 1/2 yr old service dog a last name, 18 yrs of age, and then voted for her dog Maggie. The owner and reporter’s votes hadn’t been counted though. She doesn’t know who her dog voted for, I would have been asking!
