I’m waiting for the sun to come up to get the full effect of our snow from yesterday. I can turn on lights in the backyard and see the fenced area, but that’s as far as they go. The front lights are a combination of switced lights, motion sensor lights, and solar powered ones. I can’t see very far with 2 out 3 kinds not coming on when I flip a switch. There are no street lights here so nights are very dark unless there’s a full moon. The sun is just beginning to rise. We have more snow predicted for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of next week so hopefully we’ll get enough sun and warmth before then to melt some off, or poor Hank is going to have “issues”.

      • swanspirit says:

We don’t have street lights here either. I love it. You can really see the stars and planets at night.

We are supposed to get snow here tomorrow. If I can run around today and get all my little errands done, today, I will be a happy camper this weekend. I had a grocery delivery, yesterday, so that’s off the to do list.
I called PayPal, to complain, because they still haven’t resolved that fake L.L.Bean scam, which happened in October, and was over $100 that basically was stolen by scammers. I told the PayPal lady on the phone that my bank would have resolved it by now. I wasn’t mean or anything, but really just out of patience. She issued me a voucher for $100 over and above the amount on the unresolved case, and which I don’t have to pay back. So I used it to order my groceries! 😁🍞🍌🍗🧀🍎🍐🍶🍯🍳

I hope Hank can cope! Give him A big hug for me,❤

        • elliesmom says:

Paypal is like an insurance company. You have to keep submitting claims until they get tired of hearing from you. When my bank contacted the scammers, the scammers refunded my money and sent me a Burberry scarf. I’m pretty sure the scarf was a knockoff based on the quality of the fabric, but my brother loves it, and that it’s probably fake makes it more fun.

          • swanspirit says:

I got a scarf too, but no refund. The PayPal lady said the reason for the delay, was that they were waiting for MasterCard, and it was an internal office issue and they couldn’t be reached by phone, which made no sense to me. So I said “Do they get email?” Not long after that, she gave me the voucher. The resolution date is February11, now and they haven’t extended it again, so I will see if they come through with the refund this time, instead of extending the resolution date again.

I wonder how this is going to play in Dallas ? They’re pretty patriotic……

    • swanspirit says:

What in the living Hell is wrong with these people Go eat bats and live in China if you don’t appreciate, or have no gratitude, for living in this country.

    • elliesmom says:

I would rather the teams not play the National Anthem than use it to show disrespect by kneeling. Like I would rather someone not fly the flag than hang one that’s been torn to shreds. The NFL isn’t a place Americans come together anymore. There’s no need for them to pretend. Whining because a white quarterback of obvious superior talent won the Superbowl during Black History Month has trivialized any grievances black players have to the point where their concerns have moved into the level of “ludicrous”. I’d rather their performance in sports not be honored with our anthem at the start. They’re the ones who are undeserving. Let them play their black song and take the pay cut losing their audience is costing them.

    • Constance says:

Owners can’t control the players anymore so they are trying to take away their ability to be controversial. It won’t work. They are determined to be in the face of Patriots so they will just move on to another in your face outburst. Meanwhile they have removed something of value to most Americans to make the game more acceptable to multinational sales. They should probably produce a 2 minute National Anthem that they play before games broadcast in the USA.

  4. Angie says:

OMFG –this is one of the funniest things I’ve seen.

    • Constance says:

This bit is funny. It’s something I have pushed to the forefront of my mind too. I’ve been single now for about 5 years, my ex married a woman he met after the divorce, 6 months after the divorce was final. So family and friends have been pressuring me to couple up too. But the few men I have hung out with who were interested, were interested in household services, meal planning and prep, house organization and of course my property. I’m just at the point where I don’t want to run a house, plan, shop, cook, clean. Letting the minutia of other people’s life overwhelm my life is not appealing in any way. I don’t want to worry about weight, wearing sweat pants until noon, and letting my chaos room flow into the rest of the house. I’m just really happy being single and running my own life. Frankly I can’t see any reason why a man would want to couple up with me!

  5. elliesmom says:

My dear friend went for a bone marrow test Monday. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took closer to two hours because she has very hard bones. Her hematologist was doing the procedure, and he kept up the chatter to keep her calm. When she expressed her dismay at not being able to get the vaccine yet, he told her he himself is waiting for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to be approved. He thinks it will be a safer choice. While only 72% effective at preventing the virus from making you sick, it has been 100% effective at making the virus no more dangerous than getting the common cold. He told her there have been no deaths or serious side effects in the tested group so far. She is slightly ahead of me in the triage of who can get the vaccine in RI, and he thinks the J&J vaccine will be out before she becomes eligible. She was shocked her doctor, who has had access to the vaccine for weeks is waiting. Whether he is right or not, he took her anxiety level over the vaccine from Defcon 1 to 4 so for that I’m grateful.

    • votermom says:

that sounds like a covid vaccine worth getting!

      • lateblum says:

I’m waiting for the J&J vaccine as well. My family is over-the-top anxious that I’ve not made efforts to receive the shots. Finally last night, when I said I was waiting for the J&J vax, dd#1 said she was less concerned to know I wasn’t anti-vax.
        Kids! smh

        • elliesmom says:

I don’t expect to be eligible for the vaccine until June. The rollout in RI has been very slow. With Raimondo packing her bags for DC, our normally incompetent state government is even more so. I’m definitely not an anti-vaxxer. I just don’t buy version 1.0 of anything. Many years ago a friend tolf me I was being a luddite for not buying SONY Betamax.

          • lateblum says:

I’m eligible now. and I did submit my city form indicating interest in learning more about the vaccine. But I also indicated being uncertain about actually receiving the vax. I think that’s why i haven’t hear any more from them except that they received my completed form. I feel the same way about any 1.0 edition of any new thing. I’ve only bought one thing in its initial offering and that was in 1970(?) when we bought a Ford Maverick. It was a sweet little car and it got me to work and back home very nicely. But nothing since then.

          • Angie says:

My mom was dead set on not getting the 1.0 but missing her grandkids got to be too much for her.

She & my dad are getting their 2nd dose of Pfizer on Saturday.

        • Jentx says:

I suggest going to Alex Berenson Twitter and reading what’s going on in Israel right now you might not want I go forward on any vaccine

          • elliesmom says:

I know the Israelis are way ahead of us in vaccinating their population. I know they have some promising work on therapeutics going on. How effective the vaccines have been for them and the risks they are uncovering vary widely depending on who’s reporting. Which is why I said I never buy version 1.0 of anything, including media reports. I’ve seen Alex on Tucker Carlson many times. He’s an interesting person to follow, and he’s on my radar as one of many people with a point of view. Since i won’t even be able to make a decision for four or more months, I can take my time and listen to a lot of people.

          • lateblum says:

Thanks, Jentx. i know only a little bit about the efforts in Israel. I’ll have to take a longer look at it.

    • DandyTIger says:

Very interesting. I’ve been ignoring all this for now, but probably time to start thinking about how and when, and which one. Not that I can probably get one any time soon. J&J sounds good. Will start asking around too.

      • Constance says:

Most of the medical people I know took the Pfizer vaccine. But no one has had a reaction to any of the shots. I’m holding off awhile.

    • Somebody says:

I agree with this doctor. I’ve read a lot about the different vaccines and I too prefer the J&J vaccine. I find it curious that this vaccine has been pooped on a bit by some in the media, because it’s supposedly not as effective as the other ones available. It uses older technology and it does not have the side effects reported the others do. It was 72% effective in the US, that’s better than the yearly flu vaccine that is heavily promoted. Fauci and others also do not have a vested interest in it.

I also keep coming back to the covid press conferences DJT had, he would frequently mention J&J when speaking about vaccines. He’d say J&J and others. He was asked specifically about Moderna a couple of times and he talked about their progress and then would mention J&J. We now know that Pfizer and Moderna were not concerned with keeping him in the loop, but J&J appears to have. He mentioned talking to J&J several times. I don’t know the board or the scientists at J&J, but it appears their interest was developing a vaccine not politics. That can’t be said about the others, they clearly played politics.

      • taw46 says:

Of the twoPfizer and Moderna, I preferred Moderna ( which is what we have in the Keys). Of the three, I preferred J&J. The problem is, you get what they are giving where you live. At this point in time, you don’t get to choose your vaccine. Not here, anyway.

Today Publix increased the number of vaccines for our county from 280 to 480. My sister has an appointment here in KW for Saturday, my BIL this Friday in Key Largo. No soup for me, lol! I couldn’t get an appointment.

        • Somebody says:

TAW they announced yesterday that Walmart, Winn Dixie and Walgreens I think it was might have been CVS are getting shipments of the vaccine. It’s only in certain stores to start, several hundred of each across the state. Oh and also Harvey’s stores, but only a couple of those.

Right now the only vaccine that is being offered is Moderna that I know of. I think they used all of the Pfizer on medical personnel. J&J hasn’t been approved yet. I think it’s scheduled for 2-22 to begin review. I’m thinking that puts the first shipments out in mid-March provided it gets approved, maybe a week either side of mid-March.

          • taw46 says:

We found out about Winn-Dixie last night, they had appointments for 2/9 – 2/16 but they were already gone. I will keep checking. CVS has told us they will have them but they don’t know when. I will try for Publix again this Friday.

All of the Keys has Moderna, but Miami has been giving Pfizer. Our neighbors got their vaccines there.

I read it would be April for the first J&J vaccines. And again, there is no guarantee it would be given here in the Keys. I’m ok taking Moderna, many people here have had that vaccine, including our medical personnel, and so far all is good. I’m over it all, I have read articles about vaccines until my eyes crossed. I just want to take the damn vaccine and be done with it! LOL

I just picked up my mail, and i received a huge poster from the state with instructions of what I should do to protect myself from the cootie flu. Included is I should wear a mask inside my house whenever I invite someone in who isn’t part of my own household. (If I invite you in, I’ve adopted you.) I should only call repairmen in emergenicies. (So we can add our homes will suffer from lack of maintenance as well as our bodies.) I should get tested often. (Because going to a testing site with lots of other people who might really have cooties is a good idea when you have no reason to believe you’ve been infected.) If I’m over 65, there are now treatments for me if I get the cooties. (I’m sorry. If you’re under 65, I guess you’re shit out of luck.) I should sign up for the vaccine as soon as I can because that’s the only way things get back to normal. (Define “normal”.) When I say huge, I mean even if I cut the half off that’s printed in Spanish, this is too big to stick on my fridge.

        • taw46 says:

I’ve never been tested, don’t intend to unless I would be required to for a medical procedure. Hopefully that never happens. My sister had to go to the ER a couple of weeks ago and they did make her take the test.

I am so sorry for everyone who is in some form of lockdown. Life is normal for us here in FL except for the mask thingy, lol. KW requires it everywhere. We go out to eat, hairdresser, dentist, shopping, have repairmen come in, etc. Thank goodness for Gov DeSantis.

          • lyn5 says:

Took my third covid test today via the drive through. (The cataract surgery on my right eye is scheduled for next week.) Three stations were available the first week of January. Now only one is. The tech said the school kids and surgery patients are mostly being tested now. If students have any sign of a cold, they have to be tested. If they refuse, they have to miss school for 10 days.

          • lateblum says:

Best wishes for your second cataract surgery next week. I am doubly jealous!
            💕🌹💕

          • taw46 says:

I understand having the test for a reason, like in your situation. Surgery or ER, yes. Sick or exposure, yes. But I can’t see taking a test with no symptoms and no exposure, just to see “if I have it”. That’s what people were doing down here once the testing started. Hope they got over that, it was crazy for awhile, they were obsessed with testing. 🤦🏻‍♀️

And keep us updated on your cataract surgery. What day next week?

          • lyn5 says:

I was the only one at the testing site when I drove through. Last time, I had four cars in front of me. It’s Tuesday.

          • lyn5 says:

LOL. I chose near-sighted lenses. I can see clearly up to 20 inches. The side effect of the 20/20 lenses is halos around lights. My mother had the 20/20 lenses and didn’t drive at night. The new right lens will be a little under -2.0 and give me a little more distance vision.

Yesterday I looked at the hourly weather report to see what time the snow was supposed to start, and it said 11 am. I usually walk Ellie around noon. Then we come back and have lunch. I decided to take her earlier before the snow started, and the roads got slippery. At 9 I put on my coat and grabbed her leash. She stretched out on the floor for her morning nap and refused to budge. And I mean refused to budge. So I took my coat off. Then after lunch she got all pissy because I hadn’t taken her for a walk. It was snowing so hard I could barely see the house across the street so she was out of luck. This morning after breakfast Ellie went and got her leash and sat down in front of me with big sad eyes. Don’t get a smart dog. The stupid ones are just as loving, and they don’t turn you into their slaves. While I would have preferred to wait until the sun melted the snow left on the street, I put my crampons and took her. Hank is waiting for June.

When I was a curriculum adminstrator for an online high school, we offered an elective in bioethics. It was a popular class with the kids, but the most fun part of the course were the case studies in unintended consequences. I loved to read the research papers the kids wrote. When I went to engineering school, there wasn’t much time spent on learning how to have discussions on whether just because we can do something does it mean we should? We also didn’t talk much about how easy it is for science and engineering to become corrupted by politics and greed.

Shay’s boyfriend lives in one of those very new places where nothing is above ground. Houses are 500,000 to start. Same houses would be 5 million on Long Island. There is a very large state park there. It’s where everyone goes to learn to drive. They actually have a roundabout Looks like they are going to build one of those Obama ghetto buildings there. Owners are livid. It is insane. The park is massive and only a few miles from downtown. There are horses, a wave pool, tons of greenery, hills maintained to sled. It is like going camping. Its state owned and run so the residents can’t stop the low income housing. I don’t know if it will go through as it is planned near the park. There would have to be plumbing put in. It would cost hundreds of millions to install. The site is at the edge of the park. There is nothing there. You wanna talk food deserts? There isn’t even a 7 11 nearby. One bar that has been there for a hundred years. It has a septic tank. Sorry you cant have a septic tank for a high rise with 200 units. It is the usual proggie process. Some do gooder looked at a large expanse in one of the best neighborhoods. The area is just outside of the park but owned by state. It is a forest. There is nothing there. No wiring. No internet. Seriously no roads. Also South Park is where doctors live. People have money. Shay beats them all at swim though. I live in a town where nurses live. I can afford to give my brat classes. I can’t send her to Mexico for the summer to learn Spanish. I juggle providing lower middle class accoutrements. Seriously a bra from Pink is a hundred. Double dog dare you to buy the good not great just good sports stuff. It can run a few hundred for a swim suit. I can provide for my Pup the average.she does not ache. Yeah we bicker over some must haves. She goes to South Park every weekend. They have media rooms and domestics. I have a roomba. Travel ball kills me. Hotels and food. I raise my kid in a place where I can be on an even playing field. Perhaps my extreme poverty discolors my take. I wanted a shirt with an alligator so much. I wanted to get off the school bus and not walk several blocks until the bus was gone. Everyone knew I lived in the little house but I couldn’t face letting others see me walk into a sad shack. Lordy that house was a disgrace. You could hear the carpenter ants. Smell the decay. It was not all bad. We had a TV. It was from like 1492. I think Columbus carried it across the ocean blue. I hear he was a big General Hospital fan back in the day. Our round TV didn’t work. My mom would gather her brood and have us tell the stories emenating from that television that did not function. So many epic sagas came from that dormant machine. I know what it is like to not afford a phone. I marched on my clothes in a tub and ironed my jeans so they might dry. I went to bed hungry. I for something silly reason catapulted my limited sorry ass to Ivy League SAT scores. I was drunk and had to piss when I sat for that silly test. I was not overly shocked by a 1560 score. I had skipped 2nd and 6th but I never thought college was potential. I was the white trash kid who sold popcorn at the drive in. I loved selling snacks. Nothing in life can ever “Trump” being a genuine idiot. God gave me the chance to watch Sandy Duncan in The Cat from Outer Space. A cat from outer space. I laugh. Shay laughs. I iddn’t miserable. My life has been a tapestry. Y’all might never know how much I thank you. Who was it that wrote well you came and opened me and now so much more i see. Elton John oh fuck its That What Friends are For.
You women have given me so much. I did done some harsh spiels with my mom. No lie having your sternum sawed open a few times with a saw is not fun. When they put a hole in your throat to breathe ya might be less than happy. Contrary to common myth dying in a kids hospital is not fun.
I know it sounds crazy but I did not enjoy looking at my parents watching me get sawed open. Ugh I made it through the rain. I getted Dolly Parton and Barry Manilow. I have anger. It is mine and it is private. I have been afforded you people talking about your kids with cancer. I have learned so much from your honesty. I can try and forgive. If I can’t forgive I hope I can not hurt another. My mom hates homos. She has beaten me and called me filthy and disgusting. I t was a blast in the 80s to have her wish AIDS on me. She is my mom. I aint never gonna spurn my mother. She hates me. So what I hate me sometimes. I am funny. Humor always “Trumps” blind hate. My gay detesting mom has a mad crush on Richard Grenell.

    • elliesmom says:

Just pulling something out from your post. There are apartment complexes with 200+ units all over the place where there is no city sewer system. The complex builds a small wastewater treatment plant of its own. It’s not a septic system. It adds some expense to building, but it’s not cost prohibitive. They also would drill a well for water if there’s no city water. As long as there was an acquifer large enough to support that many households, they’d be good to go. If there’s no industry nearby, the water wouldn’t need to be treated. No water bills and really nice tasting water. My only expense for water is changing the pump filter once a year. About $20.

I live out in the middle of nowhere, but the power lines don’t have to go all that far to be “somewhere”. From your perspective, I probably live in a food desert, but I manage to get all the food I need. I just can’t walk there. I can’t get GrubHub or Door Dash to bring me takeout. But I have virtually no traffic on my street except for the few people who live here, I can see the stars shine brightly, and I don’t have to drive to go for a walk in the woods. The area you’ve described sounds like someplace I’d like to live. There are country mice and city mice, and it’s great if we get to choose. Unfortunately, we don’t always get to pick.

Isn’t that the truth, we have simply been swamped with “refugees” mostly from NE blue states. Liberalism is damn well a mental disorder. These jackasses came here because Florida was and is open. Because Florida with the highest senior population managed to keep their death rates from spiraling out of control. Because Florida has hospital bed capacity, in fact per capita we beat most states as far as hospital bed capacity. Because schools are open in Florida. Because if you choose not to wear a mask in Florida you don’t go to jail. Because there is no income tax and the weather is great, but most of the new arrivals are covid refugees.

I’ve met them young and old, pulled up and left so they could work, they could survive. They point out all the reasons they chose Florida, but fail to associate that with the man leading the state. He’s evil because he’s republican, Trumpian, unabashedly MAGA, oh and apparently he’s stupid to boot. They know nothing about him beyond some cartoonish character portrayed by the media. They are shocked to learn he’s a graduate of Yale and Harvard. Doesn’t matter he’s associated with Trump and MAGA.

Both men and women have breasts. Only females have functional mammary glands that produce milk. Males have mammary glands, too, but they don’t produce milk. Animals whose females produce milk are called mammals. In humans and other primates the milk is dispensed through the breast. Whether the person dispensing the milk believes it’s a male or female or something inbetween, the milk is still coming from a breast, or in the case of a cow, an udder. This is second grade science. There’s usually a lot of giggling when the boys hear they have breasts, too. I guess this hospital’s staff missed school that day.

I’d probably party myself to death in South Beach lol. A little Somebody we all know has been gently persistent in texting me alluring and provocative pics of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Another friend doing the same with Hollywood, and yet another with the Naples area.

Years ago, a friend and I visited his uncle in South Pompano Beach and I rented an apartment for a year on the first block inland of A1A. Great getaway. I lived in Jamaica West Indies for just under 5 years, so climate is not an issue.

Wherever I land, it will be a party house for all TCHers

South Beach was always my first choice FL spot. Just a happy place with amazing art deco apt buildings all around and BEACH 🙂

My favorite memory is enjoying a lovely cocktail outside of Mango’s with the Marine while a parade of lovely hard bodies sporting speedos kept passing by. Wow, was he sweating, lol, I thought for sure he was going to come out any minute. My bad, but was fun giving him a hard time while he was trying not to stare. 😛

Somebody is right about that area, everyone I know who has spent time there loves it. And it is easy to evacuate if a hurricane is coming, not far to go inland in Georgia. I hear Naples area is nice as well. I still love KW and we have so much to enjoy with the arts, many plays/musical events down here in season. But that hurricane problem is a thing of worry, lol. Really hard to evacuate when Miami is doing the same, clogged roads!

My relatives do talk about moving, my sister wants to go to the Charleston area. My bil wants to stay in KW. At some point we probably will leave. It gets harder to evacuate for a hurricane the older you get. We would still have to do that if we lived near Charleston, but it wouldn’t take us many, many hours to do so.

          • Anthony says:

I loved KW when I did trunk shows at FastBuck Freddies. My only reservation about any of the Keys (loved Key Largo too!) is hurricane evacuation

          • taw46 says:

Anthony, we were all so upset when FastBuck Freddies closed. That was such a great little store.

          • Anthony says:

I discovered FBF through a shopper I met when I was doing a trunk show at Bendel’s, which also bit the dust. Pity.

You know how when you be finding a book or a moviie that you you want to share with the world. mine bacck when was Georgie Girl. I wanteed those near me to hear Hey there Georgie Girl. Who knew Uncle Tim would decades later raise a brat.
I am watching watching Beuriful Thing right now on amazon. I had seen the play in London and the Village. I prefer the movie to the play. I am Tim. It would provide me with some respite if the Crawdads watched it i endured most of that shit. Sometimes kids get beaten. Sometimes mom’s are afraid of gay sons. Oh yeah Sharon beat me in the head with raw spaghetti. What fun. I moved on and got to see Beautiful Thing in the West End. I wanna ask if any of you get bored to watch Beautiful Thing. It might sound silly but I think you wiill be with me better after a watch. Nothing could have been more cruel than being a sick kid hated by his mom for being gay. Life can never be more brutal than getting spit on and called filthy and disgusting by your mom. She struck me hard many times. I am here with Shay because I am always gonna protect her. Nothing can seperate me from protecting my Shay.
I can’t dislike my parents.okay they broked a few bones. I lived it, that time it was a diffdrent time.
. i remenber more than the bad. My parents never left the hosptal as l lay dying. Never a second was my mom not there. I can’t go through life hating teenagers who were scared to death of a dying child. My mom was 15. Of course my being gay scared her. Maybe they shouldn’t have broken my bones. That shite was not right. They were angry with themeselves for having a flawed kid. I was a disgrace. It is comical that silly Stanford Binet test labelled silly me at 17 with a number. I aint smart. I want to be understood. I can eat it all. I do not reside in yesteryear. My addres is not poor me. I have Shay. My job is to get my sorry ass up and make her a better day. She matters to me. I am not nor never going to lead my kid down a pity road. My thing is I tell me to Fuck Off. I aint gonna play Tim is broke. I tell Timothy John to fuck off. Shay and I are not sitting on pity pot. We gonna make a better way. I really wish da Crawdads would watch Beautiful Thing. I think it reflects me. Jesus Mama Cass.

Libel Definition🤔”A method of defamation expressed by print, writing, pictures, signs, effigies, or any communication embodied in physical form that is injurious to a person’s reputation, exposes a person to public hatred, contempt or ridicule, or injures a person in his/her business or profession.” Interesting —Dan

Today, Dem Impeachment Trial Managers disgracefully cited the below hit piece against myself and 45, from a British Newspaper. I made the below statement back on January 15th, and stick by it 1000%. It was disgusting and sickening to see this lie be told on the floor of the United States Senate, by (Dem) elected officials. Once again, citing a “journalist”, with anonymous (fake) sources. We all saw how that played out the last time around—yet sadly, they (Dems) continue their desperate charade, and they don’t care who they smear or falsely attack, throughout the “process”. A TOTAL DISGRACE!! —Dan

So i I feel I have a very valid reason to question PA results. Shay has mad swim skills. She also breaks vball records. Our school is very small. Less than 100 a class. It is permissable for our girls to compete with and on the bigger schools teams when they, if they move to championship stuff. Its refreshing. Shay breaks records. Mount Lebanon is down the road. Mark Cuban is from there. He really was an asswipe in high school. Shay they say might become an Olympian. I don’t know bout dat. She is very good but she is 14. Who knows were life will take her. Mount Lebanon has the highest Ivy League acceptannce in the state. The white sports are almost an obsession with people that have mother in law apartments. All the coaches invite my Shay. It’s for lack of a better word cute. She shines, but she is honestly exempt from taking it too seriously. I care about math. I bloat when Pitt coaches invite her tovball, but I want her to treasure her mind. I need her to have belief in her thinking. I hated reading Jane Eyre but I am grateful i read. Never want my daughter to live that cold anger. It’s a great book so is The Brothers Karamozov and The Sorrows of Young Werther are brilliant reads. I aint gonna sit idle and allow my charge to decay. I may rot but i will TALK. I doubt I can ever shut it. I babble like a brook. Its not all bad . what ever may come what ever may go mu Shay knows of Human bondage , all the sonnets, I ain’t right but Shayla Rayne knows George Bernard Shaw and Joyce. She can quote Oscar Wilde. We laugh about Pushkin. I can sit on a damp hill and chat about Howard Roarke. I have made the aquaintance of being so tired I wanted no more. I wanted to go to sleep! This forever. I couldn’t to my brat. I had to put on my boots the next morning. I did it. I wish I knew how to say thank you. I am frightfully limited when it comes to words. Sometimes only a song can suffice. Thank You by Dido
