Denise, you just outdo yourself. How gorgeous is that mountain meadow? Just amazing. Thank you.❤🌻

This scene is almost breathtaking! How beautiful!

    • Constance says:

That’s my beautiful state. Now if we could just remove the Libtard infestation.

    • Mt.Laurel says:

Almost looks like its a picture postcard of the Alps. We are so lucky to have such a wide variation in natural beauty in this country and so few seem to appreciate.

      • lyn5 says:

When I asked the family I stayed with In London (1979) to visit Montana and Glacier National Park, the wife replied, “We have the Alps.” The husband worked for British Airways, so they had free travel. They planned to visit another student who lived in Seattle, and that’s why I made the offer.

This is one of the things that makes me crazy. It is a process permitted by the Constitution, and the Republicans had a corresponding Senator to force a discussion. That was happening when the “riot” occurred. All the more reason to suspect a Deep State action that day.

I never see the media explaining this process to the people. And the goal wasn’t to install Trump that day, it was to delay the process of certifying Biden votes until there was a discussion about why the states sent alternate electors, to look at the election process in those states.

      • 1539days says:

They’re literally trying to paint J6 as a group of terrorists planning to barge in and kill enough House and Senate members to install Trump as president. If anyone points out how crazy that theory is, they’ll just say it was Trump’s plan and Trump dumb.

        • taw46 says:

Yes. And the other insane accusation, the attempted assassination of a Vice President incited by the sitting President. They throw that around a lot. I hate them all.

    • swanspirit says:

Dimocrats have very selective memories. Deliberately selective memories.

      • taw46 says:

Yes they do. But I am so disappointed at how corrupt our media is, it really became apparent in 2008. Just worse every year, especially with Trump’s election.

Florida meningococcal outbreak among gay and bisexual men is one of worst in US history: CDC
The CDC is reporting 24 cases of meningococcal in the United States with 6 deaths among gay and bisexual men.

“Getting vaccinated against meningococcal disease is the best way to prevent this serious illness, which can quickly become deadly,” said Dr. José R. Romero, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

“Because of the outbreak in Florida, and the number of Pride events being held across the state in coming weeks, it’s important that gay and bisexual men who live in Florida get vaccinated, and those traveling to Florida talk to their healthcare provider about getting a MenACWY vaccine.”

The agency has reported at least 24 cases and 6 deaths among gay and bisexual men related to this disease, with approximately half of the outbreak cases among Hispanic men.

That’s ironic. That is what children used to be called, that were born to unmarried women, and it was a badge of shame, to be an illegitimate child. And it was a reason women sought abortions. Now, there are no illegitimate children, and it’s not a reason to seek an abortion. I bet the women chanting have no idea of that history.

Wow. That is a great statement. Nothing changes in my state of WA because we have a state law that duplicated the Fed law. I think the Libtards here are going to be surprised to know nothing changed here since they have been bashed over the head by this issue by Democrats for 50 years. I bet Seattle Libtards feel left out of the opportunity to riot ant piss and moan that they are victims.

Oh mama, Nanz is pissed! Lol. Pelosi called it the Republican controlled Supreme Court. But when the democrats were in the majority for years, decades, that was fine. It was a legitimate Court. Such hypocrites on the left. I know the leadership does that on purpose, but you would think some normal people would see that hypocrisy every day. If there are any normal democrats left, there must be a few.
And — such a cute baby!

      • lyn5 says:

        Hate them all.

      • Somebody says:

Pelosi showed her ignorance of the constitution in her little tirade. Comparing the NY concealed carry case with Dobbs. The former was an infringement on the 2nd amendment, the latter overturns a court precedent that was based on bad law and twisted judicial logic.

One is a right enumerated in the constitution, the other is not. Apples and oranges.

        #MeToo
Maybe now Congress/beau rats will take up the Trump push to correct the adoption process. We have children living in group homes and foster homes. The current system is cost prohibitive to a middle class family and very lengthy at least in PA.

      • 1539days says:

I say just co-opt Juneteenth. No one understands why it’s a holiday anyway.

    • DandyTIger says:

Nanz is extra pissed because from beyond her reach Trump comes back to smash her and the Dems. Trump wins, again.

  29. swanspirit says:

Maryland has abortion laws that allow termination of pregnancy up to viability of the fetus, which is to determined by a doctor, and a minor’s parents have to be informed if an abortion is to be performed. The only exception to the viability condition, is if the mother’s life is in danger.

    • elliesmom says:

My second pregnancy was high-risk, and Elliesdad had a long talk with my ob/gyn about what happens in a pregnancy that is endangering the life of the mother. He explained that when a child is wanted, there are no late term abortions to save the mother’s life. There are premature deliveries where every effort is made to save both the mother and the child. He had never encountered a situation where an abortion was less threatening to the mother than delivery once the baby hit viability. Sometimes the baby didn’t make it, but it wasn’t for lack of trying to save it. I had already decided to carry the pregnancy as long as I could. My doctor’s reassurances to Elliesdad that he wasn’t going to lose me to save the baby brought Elliesdad on board. The babe and I made it to 34 weeks, and we’re both here.

There is no federal law regarding abortion anymore. I’m not a lawyer, although when I was 10 that’s what I wanted to be so that’s the same thing, right? I would guess that going forward unless congress passes something the Supreme Court would accept, women in the armed forces would be governed by the state they’re stationed in? Is there something in the Uniform Code of Military Justice about abortion?

      • Somebody says:

Most military bases have hospitals and doctors on the base. I assumed he meant the military intended to continue providing unfettered abortions on military bases. Military members can go to off base doctors using tricare, that would be governed by the state.

What I don’t know is if doctors that practice solely on the base have to be licensed in that state or are they exempt? Teachers, for instance have a DOD certification. I used to know several mitary doctors, but that was years ago.

        • 1539days says:

Doesn’t that go against the Hyde amendment? The military is federally funded.

        • elliesmom says:

OK, military doctors have to be licensed in some state, but it doesn’t have to be the one where their base is located. They can’t moonlight or admit patients to local civilian hospitals unless they’re licensed in that state.

dems really hate kids. the only time bid-on likes them is when he can sniff their hair or take showers with them. the rest of them think killing them up to birth is just fine after starving them with no formula, if they make past that, indoctrinate them instead of educating them.

It took a long time for the Court to get to this decision. It means a lot, but there’s something else that this represents.

There are some rules about genetic manipulation in the US and other countries. Others ignore them (China) and still others in the US (Fauci) find ways around them by working at the viral level. Create the disease and the cure and everyone is forced to take the cure. Imagine how COVID demands would have progressed had the Obama-era SCOTUS been in charge.

Genetic alteration of children in the womb is only marginally possible now and has the possibility to be the greatest threat to human civilization. COVID also taught us that nature has a way of asserting itself regardless of our plans. Altering genetic code and finding out generations later that some “scientist” was an idiot and doomed humanity to extinction is something I’d like to prevent.

I think the next frontier in legal rights is establishing fetal rights not only to live, but to maintain the genetic code they were created from.

Again. DC is probably the most coveted city in the world with CCTV

  48. elliesmom says:

I sort of had today off. A family with a lot of kids has moved into the neighborhood and showed up at the beach.. I sent kids back to my house to get more floaties, pool noodles, and super-shooters, and their mom went home and came back with lunch. Pizza delivery brought dinner.

So I have had some time to catch on today’s events. Left wingers think the state of Mississippi was trying to ban abortion. They can’t comprehend Mississippi just wanted to be France instead of North Korea. I have several rabid Right-to-Lifers in my circle of friends. None of them want women to carry dead babies around in their wombs or for women to die from ectopic pregnancies. They don’t consider treating either situation is an abortion. Those issues are ludicrous. Before Roe in 1973, several states had laws on their books making abortion illegal. They’ve neglected to remove those laws so those became the laws of the state today, but few of them will make abortion illegal for long. The meme that abortion is now banned forever in the US is prevalent on the left. smh

    • 1539days says:

This reminds me of the people who tried to promote the many uses of hemp. They actually just wanted to smoke pot. Ironically, the states where they can smoke it are usually the same ones where they can get a late-term abortion.
