Love Jesse, he makes corruption fun 😉

  2. DeniseVB says:

Yep, another Joe pick … D’Oh!

    • taw46 says:

That is pathetic. I would think, hope, that our judges would know our Constitution.

    • elliesmom says:

I am not a lawyer, and the only law course I have taken is Educational Law, a grad course required to get an advanced degree in education. But I know Article II of the Constitution describes the executive branch of the government, and Article V covers the two ways the Constitution can be changed. Things I learned in high school. How did this woman graduate from law school? Isn’t Constitutional Law a required course? She’s already sitting on the bench in a lower court. This appointment moves her one step closer to becoming a justice on the Supreme Court. I’m not sure how Senator Kennedy remained so constrained. I would have been laughing her out of the place.

  3. DeniseVB says:

    Tis the season…. 😀

  4. DeniseVB says:

It takes about 4 minutes from Trump posting on Truth to have it reposted on Twitter. I love this one….

    • taw46 says:

Lol, they will be going after him today for that one. But Jessica’s voice IS grating.

      • elliesmom says:

Kathleen Turner, who did the voice of Jessica Rabbit, was asked if she was born with her sexy voice. She answered, “My breasts are all natural”. I don’t know why someone, male or female, who has a voice that grates and wants to be a TV personality doesn’t invest in a voice coach. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if FOX hired her because her voice is so annoying. It kind of goes with her role there.

        • DeniseVB says:

How does that voice get into Broadcast “Journalism”. As the old “face for radio” joke goes, she just doesn’t have a voice for either radio-tv. I liked Harold Ford on the panel, he agreed to disagree. I even liked ole Bob Beckel (R.I.P.) better than Tarlov.

      • DeniseVB says:

Trump always says what the rest of us are thinking. 😀

    • Anthony says:

Didn’t we used to call her ‘the howler monkey?’

      • swanspirit says:

If we didn’t, we should have. I can’t watch the Five if she is on. I can’t listen to her. Both because of whay she says, and the sound. I don’t know how the people on shows with her can endure her. President Trump is once again 1000% correct.

        • DeniseVB says:

Trumpie Bear does have the knack for gently bludgeoning his enemies. 😀

          • elliesmom says:

The sun is out, and there’s not a cloud in the sky today so I walked Ellie all the way across the dam. Unless the wind is blowing, I could only tell the house on the other end of the dam still had a Trump flag up. But today the wind is strong and blowing in the right direction. I could read it, and it says, “Trump Won!”.

  5. DeniseVB says:

So, today the new RNC chair is picked? Anybody but Ronna! Who’s leading Charlie’s poll ? (I can’t see results til the poll ends)

Did they run out of fabric to make the second sleeve, or is it a new fashion statement? Maybe a more modest spin-off of the one shoulder look?

      • DeniseVB says:

I tried to spin a 10th grade Home Ec fashion project disaster with a rough cut hemline, rather than hand sewn, lopped off with pinking shears. Got an “F”. I think I was way ahead of my time 😛

        • elliesmom says:

When I was in 8th grade, they made the girls take a semester of sewing while the boys took shop. At that point I’d been sewing my own clothes for about 3 years. I asked for permission to take shop instead, but the principal wouldn’t hear of it. We spent 2 weeks just learning how to thread the machine. The teacher wouldn’t let us move ahead, and she wouldn’t let us do anything at home. I’d finish the day’s lesson in about 15 minutes, and then sit and read a book. I got an A in the class, but she wrote me up for having a bad attitude and poor class participation. If I hadn’t already known how to sew, by the end of the semester, I would have decided I hated it.

It kind of looks like Theo’s shirt from an episode of “The Cosby Show.”

  9. Miranda says:

Vegas trip was more profitable than most. Husband killed it at table games, including 4 of a kind at Let it Ride. I shared in the profits and also won 300 at craps. I also had spiked icees, so fun was had 😀

Just watched the video of the Paul Pelosi attack. It is brutal. The attacker is much bigger than I thought. He said ” everything’s good” but it clearly wasn’t.
Then the attack happened so fast. For me, it makes the argument for shooting the guy with the weapon, instead of giving him time to swing that hammer.

  12. DeniseVB says:

Mt Laurel !!! I found the companion piece to Taylor and Penn at Disney. Here they are as their wives, Heidi and Kim. ROTFLMAO.

    • Mt.Laurel says:

      😂
I turned the sound down to watch it at work but the housing agency guy across the hall heard something that sounded a lot more interesting then the blah boring woke fest going on in the kitchen. Came over to see what I had playing. He has not been here long but has figured out the two larger agencies are rather humorless. Had me email the link and he is now on the phone sharing with his wife.

His wife is still howling that his story about the commission and transportation staff talking about those odd backward people who live in the suburbs that they see when the venture “further out” was true and that they honestly do not realize they themselves live and work in the suburbs (Yep – this is Fairfax County AKA suburbs).

    • taw46 says:

That one was funnier than the husbands. lol

I have no idea why anyone would have deleted the original picture.

I recently saw a nature special on the octopus, so fascinating. I think anything that remotely resembles celebrating any life form on Twitter will get blocked and reported, and in the meantime, hidden as sensitive.

      • elliesmom says:

I think the transparency of the octopus eggs was the issue. It’s easy to see the octopus babies are living creatures and look like octopi. Not clumps of cells.

It’s going to be a long hot weekend in Memphis.

    • DeniseVB says:

I’m trying to catch up with this. Sad situation but St. Tyree sounds like he was doing nothing and was beaten senseless for that.

One of my summer jobs was as a penguin watcher at an aquarium. That’s where my fascination with visiting Antarctica comes from. The aquarium had a veterinary clinic where they cared for the animals who lived there. I wasn’t all that interested when they cared for the fish back then, but I loved to be there for the well-checks for the sea otters and the harbor seals. The big sea turtles were kind of fun, too.

  19. DandyTIger says:

On that RNC vote where the Romney lady won. I’m so very glad I’m independent and not a member of any party. Many GOP voters seem to have the right idea. Too bad their party is fully corrupt and lost. The Dem party is right over the cliff. Fuck them all. I’m going to have fun and have a life. I don’t expect anything to improve with American politics.

    • DeniseVB says:

      Amen, Brother Dandy, me too.

    • taw46 says:

I do as many fun things as I can down here in KW. It helps. Because everything, the treatment of the J6 people, all voting, it all makes me physically ill. I had to register as a Republican in order to vote in the 2016 primary, we are a closed primary state. But I despise them all, both parties. And there is not a lot of joy at home, because I am surrounded with the enemy, lol. At least the dogs and the cat don’t give a crap about politics!

  20. helenk3 says:

I am watching the police tape in Memphis. I really hope the march stays peaceful. There is no need to wreck the city. These guys face 60 years in prison. It will be a long 60 years if they make it that long. The black prisoners will be looking for them and the skinheads will go after them just for GP. They will pay for their actions

I think bad tv is the best. I have no taste. I enjoy intentionally bad television. I loved Revenge. It was. So stupid it was a delight. Paramount pay channel put together a TV movie about Teen Wolf. I am insipid. I took pleasure watching kids turn into wolves. So dumb but fun. I made popccorn and mixed it with it Wise bbq chips. I gathered blankets to watch. It is awful. I wanted to be a writer when I was 25. I read Gods like Miller and O’neil. I was embarassed that I consideted writing. They were everything. I was a joke. Sad faggot beaten who thought he had a voice.. I admit I am white trash. I am dumb. Ellies mom calls me out often here. I crave her. I live in bland reality. I seriously deal with dull people. It is refreshing to have a woman say you are asshole. I cherish being told I am stupid. I am associated with a now 16 year old I love the inkling I have no idea what I am doing.
