Nature can be so beautiful and scary at the same time.

I can’t imagine seeing it, much less being caught up in it.
Have any of you visited Red Rocks just outside Denver? I was there just to see it, not for a concert. It’s a beautiful park and there is an amphitheater built into the rocks. Last night at a concert, they had golf-ball size hail, at least a hundred people injured. Just no way to get away from the storm.
My son and his family went to a lot of concerts there, it really is supposed to be an experience with the natural acoustics.
I got to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, that’s pretty cool too 🙂
Red Rocks is beautiful. I wish I had seen more of Colorado, especially around Colorado Springs.

I lived in Breckenridge CO in the late 70s and attended a few concerts at Red Rocks. It is a beautiful place.

In other words, the government decides who you can sell your own home to and would force you to accept a lower price than the market value, because a “marginalised group” would be making an offer.
How can we even still say we have property rights, when this is our reality? We’re not “losing our rights” we’re straight up already living in a neo-feudal system. Wake the hell up, people.

Did anyone else had a card/note to Helen returned? I just found the one I sent on May 26th (Sent from office on a Friday) in my mail box. Although props to USPS it usually takes them months to return cards. I sometimes get Christmas cards back in July only to have someone, when I inquire, say -opps we forgot to tell Mt Laurel Auntie Em finally moved to OZ after that last tornado and Cousin It is now at Gloomy Skies Assisted Living after that tragic encounter with a robovac .
I haven’t sent Helen’s card yet. Did they state a reason, like I gave you the wrong address? Or she’s no longer a patient?
It’s says unable to forward.
So I assume she was transferred elsewhere and they either did not have the address or do not forward due to privacy?
It is the correct address for that facility down to the zip code.
My card I sent to em the middle of May was just returned yesterday. 🤷🏻♀️ It was sent to the rehab address.
