I use stevia with my morning coffee. I had looked it up a couple of years ago when I still believed what I read. I thought the video looked a bit sketchy, but I looked up stevia and fertility. It’s true. Also can harm gut health.

One of the most amazing ( to the kids) , important and effective groups, I ever used, with abused kids, on a psychiatric unit, was a group on boundaries. It didn’t involve any embarrassing disclosure from any child, but just allowed them to see where there current boundaries were, and what was acceptable, and how to reset them. And it was fun!
What was involved, was having one person at a time stand still at the middle of the room, and have another walk toward them, steadily, until the one standing felt uncomfortable. What the child standing was supposed to do, was raise their arm, and put up their hand to signal stop, the second they wanted the walking one to stop, and come no closer.
Some kids raised their hands immediately, didn’t want the one walking to come any closer than 10 feet. Other kids, never raised their hands at all, allowing the other to almost knock them over.
What was fun, was the kids really enjoyed it, because they weren’t sitting being lectured to, and they got to discuss their own boundaries, and learn A. It was normal, healthy and ok to have boundaries, and B. It was important not to have theirs violated. These kids had to learn this, something most children already learn in a healthy home environment.
The ick factor burns with both Biden and Kerry. Sorry Charles, you should have never allowed this, I don’t think Mum would have.
