Oh, my!

ICE detains alleged domestic violence victim

Federal immigration agents went to the El Paso County Courthouse last week and arrested an undocumented woman who had just received a protective order alleging that she was a victim of domestic violence.

The agents apparently detained the woman Feb. 9 after receiving a tip, possibly from her alleged abuser, whom they already had in custody, El Paso County Attorney Jo Anne Bernal said.

The detention has alarmed Bernal and other county officials who fear that the arrest will scare undocumented victims of domestic abuse into staying with their abusers for fear of being deported and separated from their children or other family members.

That’s outrageous!

But wait! There’s more!

However, a criminal complaint on file with the U.S. District Court in El Paso indicates that a person of the same name as the alleged victim might have a history of deportation and domestic violence.

Bernal was not aware of the complaint, filed by U.S. immigration officials, when she spoke about the arrest earlier in the day. She said, however, that her office cooperates with federal authorities when serious crimes are alleged.

But she and other officials said protective-order courts are not the place for immigrant detentions.

“Our clients come to us at the lowest point in their lives,” said Bernal, whose office represents domestic abuse victims when they seek court orders against their abusers. “Many of them are so frightened of coming to us because of possible immigration concerns.”

Bernal said her office is taking steps to relieve those fears in the wake of last week’s arrest.

The alleged abuser, Mario Alberto De Avila, is jailed on a charge of forgery of a financial document, the criminal complaint states.

Bad cops! No donuts!

But wait! There’s more!

The criminal complaint states that on Feb. 2, Homeland Security Investigations Border Enforcement Security Taskforce agents received information that Irvin Gonzalez, who also is known as Ervin Gonzalez, was in the U.S. despite having been previously deported. The information received stated that Gonzalez was staying at the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence.

The complaint, filed Feb. 9, indicates that Gonzalez, whom Bernal identified as transgender, had been deported six times since 2010 — apparently after arrests for crimes including possession of stolen mail, false imprisonment and assault.

I guess that a headline reading “ICE detains six-time deportee/convicted felon illegal alien transsexual man in court” just doesn’t have the same zing.

I wish there was a way to arrest Barack Husein on charges of sedition.

OBAMA Gave NSA New Powers In Final Days As President That May Have Been Used To Sabotage Trump

The more information that continues to come out about the connections between former national security adviser Michael Flynn and members of the Russian government the more clear it becomes that this entire mess was set up by the Obama Administration.

    • AFVet says:

Obama has no shame and is determined to take this country down.
Sedition and subversion are obviously taking place.
I can’t recall anything like this happening in history to the extent it appears to be happening now.
He still has 250 active offices throughout the country that are willing to carry out the marching orders of the OFA, a direct link to Obama.
He’s on record for urging and condoning the “demonstrations” occurring across the nation.
I guess we will see just how untouchable he really is.

Sessions doesn’t really have his feet on the ground yet, and just because Flynn lost his position doesn’t mean he’s lost his voice.

I keep telling people that Mexico EXPORTS their crazy criminal population so they don’t have to deal with them. The local cops say when they pick them up for exposing themselves, assaulting random people, stealing mail out of mailboxes, sexually torturing children, etc they they tell the cops that the Mexican cops told them to get out and head north or deads-ville like that gives them an excuse and waiver. Whenever the media picks up “stories” of poor illegal aliens caught up in the cruelty of enforcement the backstory will start leaking out and they are mostly crazy as shithouse rats with bizarre backstories. Many come from professional criminal families in Mexico or central America. Yesterday a notorious case in a nearby town had an illegal convicted and sentenced to life for his predilection of kidnapping seven year old babies, tying them up and violently raping them. The local cops are getting inquiries from all over the US as he has probably been doing this all over the country and then just moving on with a new identity he buys. But identity theft is ok because they need it to support their families and not evade law enforcement. The national media is not interested in covering stuff like this as it doesn’t fit their open border narrative.

A few years ago, a tranny was making YUGE $$$$$ off the ignorati that we allow in. She was injecting women with industrial silicone in all body parts. A few months later, women started walking into the local county hospital with bits and pieces of breasts, buttocks and other parts falling off. No, make that rotting off. Tranny fled back to Mexico. Her “assistant” got jail time, and the taxpayer got to pay for the “reconstructions” afterward. Now, they first used up (John Cornyn approved this one) victims funding…I believe at the time it was $100,000 apiece. There were well over 30 “victims.” They sent them to a guy across the river to do the reconstructions. Long story short, the “victims” were not happy so now they have worked the system here to continue their so called “reconstructions” at the tax payer expense.
Now, all those “victims” paid the tranny MORE than they would have if they had gone to a legitimate plastic surgeon in cash for the “work.” The “victims” are scamming the system. Many aren’t from here, they have green cards. The local investigative rag doesn’t like those minor details sullying the “victim” story.

      • mcnorman says:

Forgot to include how it all ended: Tranny did “work” on girlfriend of drug dealer and got taken to Mexican prison where karma met up with tranny in a very violent death.

      • 49erDweet says:

Well, they might not HAVE to expel/deport them but they DO give them transport to border areas from the deep interior. That has been going on – either formally or informally – since WWII. Back in the early 60’s when I was a cop near the Salton Sea could (and did) pick up 3 or 4 every week hiking thru the desert just uphill of the SP railroad tracks that runs alongside the Salton Sea. The ones that weren’t kray-kray were hardcore crims. And dangerous. They were always headed AWAY from Mexico, somehow.

“But I also take a Trump victory seriously, and I take his pledge to #draintheswamp seriously. There’s lots of slimy things in the swamp that don’t want their precious habitat destroyed, and they fight back.

So when my friend Thomas Wictor started talking about how the Flynn resignation was a sting, I started paying attention. This could very well be phase I of Trump’s plan to drain the swamp. And an indication of just how serious Trump is about commmitting to his campaign promises.”

And throughout the entire presser the “journalists” didn’t understand and were horrified of why trump was calling them fake news and very fake news. Because of half truths and click bait agenda/narrative driven headlines. The headlines do not state the deeper actual facts within the last paragraph of the article. And unlike when we learned abouthow to write an article in middle school, you know outline of who, what, where, when, why, how in first paragraph, these new fake news people save all of the actual facts until the end! It’s infuriating what passes for journalism now. It is all poisoned with narrative and bias. And we can plainly see it.
