“Not Exonerated” means “Innocent.”

Judge: “Mr. Foreman, do you have a verdict?”
Jury Foreman: “Yes, your Honor.”
Judge: “Go ahead and read it to the court, please.”
Jury Foreman: “We the jury in the above-entitled action find the defendant “Not Exonerated.”
Judge: “Thank you, Mr. Foreman. The jury is dismissed with the court’s gratitude for your service. Bailiff, take the Defendant into custody. We’ll hang him in the morning.”

In this country we have a legal principle called the Presumption of Innocence. We are all presumed innocent until proven guilty. The Democrats want to introduce a new legal standard just for Donald Trump – the Presumption of Guilt. They want us to presume that Donald Trump is guilty until exonerated.

After 2+ years of them proclaiming that Trump’s guilt was obvious and the evidence was overwhelming, the Democrats produced bupkis. Mueller even flipped Trump’s lawyer by arresting him on charges unrelated to Trump. Screw Attorney-Client Privilege, Cohen knows where the bodies are buried because he advised Trump where to bury them. That’s a Crime/Fraud exception.

So what did Cohen have on Trump? Bupkis.

Mueller and his crack team of former Clinton lawyers despise Donald Trump, but they still could not find shit on him. So now the Democrats have some competing explanations for this massive failure of their Impeachment Witch Hunt. The most outrageous assertion is that since Trump was not exonerated Congress must begin an impeachment inquiry.

Legally speaking, Congress could create a permanent Impeachment Committee that would endlessly keep searching for an impeachable offense, but that probably would not fly politically. The police do not launch investigations without reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed, but that rule does not apply to Congress. But the voting public can vote the Democrats out of power and that would kill impeachment dead as Gen. Franco.

One thing that slipped by a lot of people’s notice this week was an article by John Solomon.

Mifsud was a “longtime cooperator of western intel” who was asked specifically by his contacts at Link University in Rome and the London Center of International Law Practice (LCILP) — two academic groups with ties to Western diplomacy and intelligence — to meet with Papadopoulos at a dinner in Rome in mid-March 2016, Roh told me.

A May 2019 letter from Nunes to U.S. intelligence officials corroborates some of Roh’s account, revealing photos showing that the FBI conducted training at Link in fall 2016 and that Mifsud and other Link officials met regularly with world leaders, including Boris Johnson, elected today as Britain’s new prime minister.

A few days after the March dinner, Roh added, Mifsud received instructions from Link superiors to “put Papadopoulos in contact with Russians,” including a think tank figure named Ivan Timofeev and a woman he was instructed to identify to Papadopoulos as Vladimir Putin’s niece.

Mifsud knew the woman was not the Russian president’s niece but, rather, a student who was involved with both the Link and LCILP campuses, and the professor believed there was an effort underway to determine whether Papadopoulos was an “agent provocateur” seeking foreign contacts, Roh said.

The evidence, he told me, “clearly indicates that this was not only a surveillance op but a more sophisticated intel operation” in which Mifsud became involved.

Joseph Mifsud is the guy who allegedly told George Papadopolous that the Kremlin had Hillary’s emails and was planning to release them. The Mueller report mentions that Mifsud has lots of Russian contacts, insinuating that Mifsud was a Russian asset. But it turns out he was one of ours.

George Papadopolous allegedly repeated the stuff about Hillary’s emails to some Aussie politician, and when the Aussie reported that comment to the CIA that was what triggered the investigation of Papadopolous, including the FISA phone taps.

If what Solomon is reporting is true then Papadopolous was set up, and the investigation was a sham from the get-go. (But we already knew that.)

Trump knew he was innocent, but he had to wait for Mueller to finish before he could hit back. Now it’s not obstruction of justice, it’s just good old fashioned payback.

And payback is a real bitch.

does anyone know when the democrats intend to start working on things that benefit the American citizen? So far they have concentrated on overthrowing the 2016 election and helping illegal immigrants. I see no sign of that changing. They have the best paid parttime no work job in world

    off topic
did you ever hear your own words quoted by your kid when replying to a post on facebook?
my daughter replied to a post about raising kids,
I was taught ” what is cute at 2 is not cute at 3. You never want people to say I hope they come over but I really hope they leave their kids at home” I guess I got through to her.

This is what my husband has been saying for days, unprompted by his law school graduate wife. He’s a nurse. Even he sees this so clearly. And he’s pretty much now of the mind of “Fuck this shit. Go Trump!” He’s always been moderate, distrustful of both parties, and could not vote for Hillary, so he held his nose and voted Trump in 2016. Voted for Obama in 2008, Romney in 2012. Has made frequent comments about Trump calming down and shutting up. But he’s done with all that now. He’s on the Trump train!

    • Woke Lola says:

Oh, and he HATES Obamacare and what it has done to medicine. Says the country was sold a pack of lies.

      • swanspirit says:

He is absolutely correct about that.

Yes. Ocare has basically strangled healthcare. Barry and his masters would be happy to have most of us tossed into the carousel 🎠 at 30 [well maybe 60 to start] while exempting themselves. And the koolaid brigade have no clue they will be on that early end of life ride with the rest of the peons and enemies of the state. Maybe even before us as we might fight back.

Back in the 90’s to the mid 00’s, I was an ahole liberal activist married to a staunch Republican. I was an ahole like the RD crowd, and he loved me anyhow, mostly by just ignoring me. I learned more from him about tolerance, by him reminding me that’s why he served two tours in Vietnam to protect idiots like me 😀 In 2007, he even drove me to the airport to attend YK07 in Chicago. (I was an Edwards volunteer then, spent thousands on room and travel only for JRE to become a “Bernie” that year. Oy, under the bus, ouch).

I’m happy to have evolved by just opening my mind and learning to free think. Democrats won’t allow that. It’s sad to watch that’s still going on. It’s why WalkAway is so successful in welcoming those recovering from Hillary and Obama. It’s AA for recovering Dems 😀

Dems are playing a very dangerous game with PDJT. At the news conference yesterday, PDJT mentioned looking at Obama’s book deal, Hillary’s stuff and Clinton foundation, etc. He is also taking more shots at Obama’s piss poor performance as POTUS. These comments are likely in response to Dem Thugs talk about prosecuting President after he leaves office.

    • DeniseVB says:

Choose Team Dershowitz, a respected liberal Harvard law professor who happens to support President Trump. The New Yorker is a vile prog sh*t rag. Dems have been gunning for him for years now, ever since he said he remembered Ted Cruz’s brilliance in one of his classes and Obama didn’t even qualify to get into his class.

This is John. John purports to like children. John also purports to be an educator.
John is displaying what is commonly called among professionals who treat dysfunctional family systems, as kick the dog syndrome. This means as you may already know, that abuse in a family, comes from the top down, and unfortunately, if not treated, continues all the way to the person who, unable to defend themselves, retaliates by kicking the dog.

John, and his dysfunctional unhappy progressives, are unable to strike at what they see as the person who displaced their object of worship, will strike at anyone lower on the totem pole. Even if those persons are children.

I’ve never visited BJ until just now. Mostly because I think – from what I’ve read at other sites – he’s a blowhard and gasbag and he can’t hold a candle to most others writing/posting “thoughts” on the internet. What I just found was indicative of his presence which I find more or less detestable…

      “About John Cole
This author has yet to write their bio.
Meanwhile lets just say that we are proud John Cole contributed a whooping 21999 entries”

Even he has no words to describe his meanness and detestable spirit.

So I’m staying at a Holidayday Inn out of town.
I’ve discovered that turning on the dish tv that it automatically opens with fake news CNN every time.
Today its quoting Muller “that the Russians are still interfering with US elections…still?
Still pushing the Democratic party scam.
Lard-ass Nadler is live still talking impeachment bs “coming soon”.
Bunch of Dem cronies around him giving support.
I think I’ll change channels and watch cartoons.

    • SHV says:

Field notes from out in the wild anthropology.

Al and I are staying at a Holiday Inn in N.W. Arkansas on a weekend vay cay; something about needing “points” before Aug. Also visiting Crystal Bridges, Alice Walton’s hobby art gallery.

Any way, we were having brunch at a chain “egg” restaurant and Al is whispering about the woman at the next table: blah..blah..she has a $6k Chenel purse…blah…blah..the jewelry on her arms would pay the national debt, etc.”. I’m just eating my eggs and Al has her head buried in her I-phone for ten minutes.

After awhile the woman calls over the waitress an says she isn’t feeling well so she isn’t going to pay for the food. The woman leaves a small tip and walks out. Al flips her phone around and shows me a photo of the woman. Her net worth is $2.6 BILLION.

      • Cisco says:

And that’s how she got the $2.6 billion.
I remember a story, Judy’s story that JFK never carried any cash when he was President.
If along the road he decided to buy something or some service Kennedy’s Secret Service detail would have to dig into their own pockets and pay.
I guess it’s hard to tell a President, “ hey, you pay for your own shit “
Of course JFK never reimbursed the Agents.
I wonder how many other Presidents did the same thing?

      • DandyTIger says:

        Holy crap. What a bitch.

      • DeniseVB says:

You should send that “tip” to the local news “tipline”. I’m sure 2.6 Billion Dollar woman has shafted other businesses too. Someone might recognize her.

        • SHV says:

If Al made a correct ID, the woman is 86 and obviously has had a lot of high $$$$$ work. Most recent net worth, a year ago, $3.1 Billion. Al, being Al, talked to the manager about the woman. They didn’t know her name but she is a recurring customer. She was also driving a high $$$$ sports Merc.

          • DeniseVB says:

Whoa. At that age maybe she had an “episode” or something, but at her worth no excuse for not slapping down $100 if she had time to dig out a tip.

The most embarrassing time in my life was being taken to a fancy schmancy restaurant with my veterinarian boss and her drug dealer, er, Pharma sales rep. I was the Hospital Manager at the time. Had a serious cold so loaded up cold meds…..meet pitchers of margaritas, passed out at the table. Face first, into the first course. Fortunately my projectile vomiting (which probably saved my life) didn’t start til after they carried me past the other foo-foo’s dining there and pretty much messed up their foo-foo entrance. Happened about 30 years ago, but it was a life lesson to avoid all fine dining and stick to the dive places 😀

So I found this message in my DM mailbox on Twitter.

“You look so amazingly gorgeous and pretty good. How are you?”

At my age I felt a little flattered until I realized my profile pic is Lucy looking crosseyed at her nose on fire (same one I use here). He’s (?) a new follow that I followed back without vetting. Obviously, I’ll never do that again. I like to brag that in the past 10 years on twitter I vet those I follow 10x more than the media vetted Obama. Be careful out there.

when you try to save money but not hiring workers and it backfires on you. which is cheaper a salary or theft?

    • DeniseVB says:

I have never used a self-check out. Not even for one item.

    • Mothy67 says:

I love self check out. Use it all the time at Sam’s Club. When you leave someone at the door randomly scans items in your cart. Woman told me she catches someone every few days and they claim they must have missed it.
My grocer is pushing curbside pickup which I love. Produce is always fresh and they text you when it’s almost ready. You can walk through virtual isles to shop
Same with Little Caesars Pizza. Order pay online get a code enter code and pizza slides out of a warming box. The push for 15 is only going to increase automation.

      • DeniseVB says:

EM uses delivery service from her local grocer and she’s loving it. Just started up here, it’s true, they will pick the freshest stuff for you. Between Amazon, Door Dash and Goldbelly, I may never have to leave my house 😉

      • votermom says:

        I always use self checkout.
Never occurred to me to steal though smh

    • 1539days says:

Considering it’s an article from The Atlantic, I’d take it with a grain of salt. At my local grocery, one employee watches 4 self-checkouts and the items scanned by weight are photographed. With increasing minimum wages and indifferent employees, it’s still a money saver even taking shrinkage into account.

  14. Mothy67 says:

What”s up with this Bill Pulte guy on twitter? Constantly getting retweets about him giving away money.

    • Cisco says:

      From the article.
Epstein actually thought he was going to be granted bail and allowed to return to his $77 million penthouse.
You know, the one where a fake passport with Epstein’s picture was discovered during the execution of a search warrant.
